Campgrounds was nice and clean. Has a great location. Sites are snug and close together where we were. Get to meet your neighbors.

Nice staff, well maintained sites and the best WiFi on the coast with 60+ Mps, great for streaming. Definitely would stay again!

there was some dog poop left on the site...other than that was still 5 star...i left a day early, which i had discussed with the manager when i checked in..left at 8 am on a sunday before office open...have not yest seen evidence of refund..i did leave my parking tag , with my personal info on the office door when i left...tia

Cabin 37 is absolutely fantastic to stay in!! We loved the campground and the friendliness of the office people. Will definitely be coming back!

Uneventful, even with our KIA discount we feel $48.00 a day for non view back in was too pricey.

Returning visit and we picked a site that was quiet and had beautiful trees. It was wonderful listening to the birds every morning. The sites are clean and bathrooms were nice and clean. The staff was impeccable as previous visit very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to come stay the weekend we stayed by the cabins and it was beautiful.

Our back-in site on the bluff was WAY too close to the edge for my comfort, and the site was unlevel toward the cliff side! There is no dog park here. Just a grassy area right next to the Hwy. unacceptable. The trail to the beach was cool though.

Out first time to a KOA. Our first time in a camper too! Was a very nice park. View of the bay was awesome. Thought the weather was not great. We knew it wasnt going to be a sun tanning weekend.

Outstanding setting on the bluff above Alsea Bay, one of the best locations for campsites on the coast. The grounds are well maintained. A later checkout time, or the option to check out later for an additional fee, like 1 to 2 PM would be nice.

A real nice campground, great location close to Newport. Overall facility feels a bit cramped, sites should be wider, & more level. Really enjoyed the view from our site.

Everything was really fun. The dog policy annoyed me at how inflexible and poorly stated it was but the room was wonderful and the view was beautiful.

We camped with a tent and found the site very clean and we loved the electrical and water access right at the tent The highway noise was annoying at first, but we got use to it. The bathrooms were really clean, which we appreciated. Everyone was really friendly and it was obvious it was a well cared for KOA. Great path to the bay and short walk to the ocean made our daily walks really special.

Cute campground. It's smaller than the Astoria location and I like that. I also like that the cabins face towards the sea vs the driving lanes. That gives the family a little more privacy. We stayed in a deluxe cabin. Surprised how nice it was. Had plenty of space for our family of 4. Had Keurig machine with pods, set of dishes for 4 ppl. TV worked great, even Wifi. Will definitely stay again!

Great view from our spot. Clean but old restrooms. Hard to communicate with staff, only answer the phone during certain times. Office is closed a lot. Our city water hookup was loose pvc plastic and could break easily. The really bad part was the 30 amp plug was worn out and my new male plug was real loose when plugged in. That will burn your plug, safety problem. Tried to call, got voicemail.

We are a little short handed at the moment. If you get the VM please leave a message! But doing our best. All our water spickets are PVC. You have to try really hard, but I guess they can break. Will check the 30amp plug.

We stayed in slot 22. Real close to other RV's. Water faucet squirted water. Told front office and she already new about it. So, even though they new about it, it hadn't been fixed and no one showed up to fix it. It looked old so I would assume its been leaking awhile. I put a 5 gal bucket over it so it didn't spray on our RV or our neighbors. Bathrooms were clean and the over all park was clean.

Yes, we were aware of the faucet needing repair. It's on our maintenance list, we will get to it. The water does need to be shut off to repair, not something we want to do when the sites are all full.

We had a wonderful time at the KOA WaldPort/Newport! We loved the easy access to the beach, which we mostly had to ourselves!!! We also enjoyed walking across the large bridge and seeing the seals playing below! We look forward to visiting again!!

Never disappointed!!! This is by far the best KOA to stay at on the 101. It's clean, quiet and owners are the best!!! We stay here all the time and it's perfect! We've stayed with our fifth wheel, camping in a tent and in the cabins. I don't want to even tell you how amazing it is because I know I'm going compete with your reservations but I can't keep this to myself. Best campground ever!!!

We loved our time at the Waldport/Newport KOA. We stayed in one of the cabins and thoroughly enjoyed it.

This is a beautiful KOA right on the bay at the ocean. The views are incredible, and it is very convenient to activities and food north and south on Hwy 101. Staff was very efficient and took care of everything! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a night or however long you need. We stayed 4 nights and wish we could have stayed longer!

I stayed here in a Tesla Model 3 SR+ with a 30amp adapter and tent camped next to my car. The spot was really nice and the ground was soft. Plenty of room for my car and tent. If you're in an EV and are driving long distances, just email or call ahead to check with them, but this site was very nice about it and let me camp!

Good location to park a RV lots of sites. All sites are well kept has a restroom laundry and playground. Owners are friendly store is nice enjoyed my stay

This was one of the last trips my family and i took together. I pulled in hoping to find a sign and the facility over the years has had upgrades. It looked amazing. Great to see it once again!
