Tight spaces, but we loved the shrubbery between neighbors to allow for privacy. Such a friendly office staff and nice gift shop. ( We appreciate that, since many small towns near the beach don't have enough parking for rv's when We'd like to purchase a few things.) We also appreciated the trail to the beach/bay, where we watched a seal in the early morning.

Nice RV park but way over priced. It was the most expensive KOA we stayed at over the course of 37 days of travel. Some of the RV parks we stayed at were much nicer and a fraction of the cost.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the cabin windows plus other areas were all full of a large amount of mold and tons of dust. The mattresses were all quite terrible. Despite these things our vacation was otherwise enjoyable until the last night when car loads of people showed up and were so loud and wouldn’t quit coming to our “area” so we left early :/

Sorry you did not enjoy your stay. I would disagree with tons of dust. We do not have mold on the mattresses. Our cleaning staff works hard to thoroughly clean each cabin after each guest, with commercial cleaning products. If you do find something that needs attention, please let us know .

I like the shrubs between sites as they give a little bit of privacy. These (mine & the one next to me) are the most unlevel sites I've ever seen!! (Maybe too much raking??) The weather obviously can't be controlled, but the rain left huge puddles in the site & even worse in the one next to me (again, too much raking??) & my hose, electric cord & everything was a muddy mess! 2 of 4 dryers broken.

Important to park on the pad at the site, once you were helped with that, you were level. We'll let God handle the weather, that's above our pay grade. He listens to your prayers.

We enjoy our time at Waldport/Newport KOA. We were in site 63, a patio site. It was very nice, except the site did not seem overly level. We have an auto level 5th wheel. When level, we found the last step to be a very long one, thus making if feel like one could easily fall when leaving our RV.

We had a great spot! The hedges are a great touch for privacy but not so tall to ruin views! Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! We will being staying here again for sure!

Issues with a refund of our KOA membership. We already had one & purchased a second accidentally. Should never had charged tax on this purchase in the first place! This is not an eligible lodging tax! It's a membership. They should also pave the RV sites. When it rains, which is usually often, the gravel pads get muddy, which tracks mud into the RV.

We liked the full hook ups but the spots are super tight and hard to maneuver. The pull thru spots have no privacy unless you’re in one by yourself. I think they’ve packed too many sites in a small campground. The playground was a nice touch and the store as well but wish it was open a little longer

A 25' rig should be pretty easy to get around in. The pull-thru's have hedges on each side for nice privacy. We only allow one RV on each RV site, including P/T. Sorry we did not work out for you.

Everything was so clean, the people were friendly, and we liked the proximity to town. The beach access was good, we had a lot of fun! We would definitely stay here again.

The campground was clean and well organized. Two problems however, the site was way off of level and the sewer connection was so far into the corner our hose could not reach. We were in space 18

Yes, the sewer connection is on the left to the back, so is the electric and water. Some coaches have forward connections and may need longer hoses.

The grounds are very clean, all the staff is extremely kind. We showed up after hours the light and heat was on in our cabin. The bathrooms and showers are kept clean and stocked.

It has been a pleasure staying at the Waldport/Newport KOA and we look forward to returning each year. The location is perfect for visiting the surrounding points of interest. The campground is clean, well maintained and provides some spectacular views of the bay. The staff are always friendly and accommodating! It's a perfect way to end the season each year!

Great bathrooms. Some of the best in all our KOA stays. Nice path to shoreline. Ocean view spot blocked by lots of vegetation so could not see the water really. One employee drove around asking if anyone needed anything. Also witnessed them helping separate trash for recycling.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly. We wish we had a car, it limited to what we could do. We did walk into Waldport, not much there but we did find a great restaurant for crab. It is quite a walk, about 4 miles round trip.

This has been one of the cleanest, nicest Koa we have been in, along our one year trip starting in Florida in January 2021. We appreciated arriving at a clean freshly raked back in. Very nice, keep it up, we will be back.

Nice clean, safe, and friendly campground. The only negative thing is the the water, sewer, and cable hook ups were in the middle of the the campsite so we had to pull our trailer up so far to unhook and hookup it that we blocked the road. but it will not stop us from coming back next year. Loved our stay.

We made reservations in advance and paid to deluxe site. They knew the size of our trailer. They refused to give us a specific site just tell us range of site numbers. The site was slanted which made set up difficult. This site was unsuited for trailer our size. And the view that was promised was obscured by tall weeds. Not good experience. Will not return

Great place great weather. The only problem they do not have an enclosed dog run. Every thing else was perfect.

Very friendly staff. Nice big site for our rig. Quiet night of sleep. Just wished the trails were open to walk our dog.

Never stayed in a KOA before. We found this one to be a pretty darn good place to stay! The staff was very friendly. Very clean and quiet. It’s highly likely that I will stay again. I only wish we could have had guests over but I understand.

Good location to park a RV lots of sites. All sites are well kept has a restroom laundry and playground. Owners are friendly store is nice enjoyed my stay

This was one of the last trips my family and i took together. I pulled in hoping to find a sign and the facility over the years has had upgrades. It looked amazing. Great to see it once again!
