We had a great time on the coast. The staff were awesome. Very helpful and understanding. The spots are small and close together but we still had room for the grandkids to play. The teenagers complained about the poor quality of wifi but I enjoyed being away from it all. The access to the beach is amazing from the nature trail. We would stay again.

While the park was very nice and clean it is lacking in amenities. No pool, outdoor games or other activities we're used to from KOA. The advertised cable only included 12 channels, not exactly a wide selection. The WiFi was essentially non-existent; we were never able to get a strong enough signal to even connect our phones. The closeness to the 101 also made it very loud from all the traffic.

Our stay was fine with one small exception. Traveling with a dog is much more enjoyable when the KOA provides a fenced off-leash area to exercise the animal. Other than that small issue, our stay could not have been better. Thanks to all the staff for their polite and helpful attitude.

The stay was good. Did not appreciate the 2 dogs, 1 howling and 1 barking during our stay.

We had a great time. Very relaxing. Very clean park. Our spot had a great view of the Alsea Bay. Our spot dropped off at the back which made leveling our trailer somewhat difficult. But will definitely come back. �

The low rating is due to the older lady working in the office. While the grounds were pleasant and well kept, enjoying a weekend under the watchful eye of this woman was uninviting. She literally was at our camp checking in out us frequently in a negative way. We also were not familiar with the KOA check in procedures and we were treated with unprofessional and demeaning behavior.

Everything was great except for the internet. Never had a problem here before. Think you need more towers to accommodate your guests.

I think your advertising is misleading. You advertise Wi-Fi but the signal is so weak that you can’t even get online. That’s one of the reasons we chose your campground. We would not have paid the more than $70 a night if we Knew didn’t have Wi-Fi.

WIFI is terrible. Need ESPN channels. Cabin 1 had no TV remote and leaked rain water under the door. Rates are on the high side for what you get. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Nice Kampground on the Oregon coast. We stayed in a "bridge view" spot (#23) with a great view of the Alsea Bay Bridge. The spots are close together but are nicely screened with hedges to provide some privacy. Staff was very friendly. We will be coming back again! Downside? Smokers. We thought that smoking was restricted but apparently that may not be the case, or they don't care and smo

Very noisy the cabins till 220 am. People drinking we woke up as we thought someone was breaking into our truck. A dog fight in the cabins also sounded like two dogs one was hurt. Quiet time is 1000 pm but not enforced. We called in the morning and left asking for a one night credit.

We wish we would have known about the burn ban before arrival, we paid for a deluxe patio spot and didn’t get to use the patio really at all. By the time we were able to have a fire it was down pouring and windy. The lady at check in was super nice but the other lady when we went back the next day made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her. Not sure how I feel about this location.

Nice and clean and well kept. Everything was in well kept condition. The views of the Alsea Bay were outstanding. Campsites were of decent size, with adequate privacy.

Love this campground and our favorite site. Just sad the land below was NOT purchased by KOA so now the guests have no access to the beach. And thank you for saving our favorite site after driving 1300 miles to get there.

Lovely, well situated little KOA campground, If you are lucky enough to get a site with a view of the bridge or Bay. Most of these require a smaller rig. Ours is 26 ‘. You can wander through marionberry bushes to a narrow beach with nice view of the Waldport bridge. Walk across the bridge and observe see otters carousing below. Have a lovely seafood dinner in Newport

Good location to park a RV lots of sites. All sites are well kept has a restroom laundry and playground. Owners are friendly store is nice enjoyed my stay

This was one of the last trips my family and i took together. I pulled in hoping to find a sign and the facility over the years has had upgrades. It looked amazing. Great to see it once again!
