We were there for a wedding. We enjoyed our stay and wished we could have camped more. The site was great. The pool was very nice I loved using it. We would definitely come back again. The manager was very friendly and would have gotten us anything we needed.

Great place! We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem was the water in the showers smelled like sewage and turned my rings yellow and tarnished. Thankfully my jeweler was able to make them bright and shiny again!

My sister and I arrived to stay for two days with two granddaughters, age 5. The managers were so accommodating with us as they offered a great spot near the park & the pool. Whenever we needed something we forgot, they again came up with help. They stopped by our site to chat a couple times & delivered food and wood quickly. It is a great place to stay and would recommend it highly.

Great overnight stay. Campground was clean and the staff very friendly. Even though we were escorted to our site, we were given clear and concise directions to that site and how to exit when we were to leave the next day. Will definitely be back!

Campsites are outdated for today's RV's. No room for slides without being on your neighbors patio. Staff were great and know the short comings of this campground.

The camp was quiet, peaceful and clean. The camp workers were friendly and preformed above and beyond.

I found the KOA staff to be very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Lots of activities and the messaging kept every informed on events, pool closure/uptime, and minor problems they were having due to weather. The RV park was very well maintained. Yes, I would camp there again.

A delightful stay for us as we got to learn/test some new things on our RV. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The areas are kept clean and there was much to do if you chose to partake.

The staff was friendly and amazing, the facility was clean and well kept. The sites are really close together, that is the only reason for the lower scores.

Kevin and Karen are great hosts but their supporting cast needs ALOT of work/training! The office staff never greeted us with a smile or “how can I help you” or “enjoy your stay”. They had a young man named Jordan that worked Memorial Day weekend that helped with the kids activities that was GREAT! He was so patient with all the kids on Saturday when the heated pool was too cold to use.

The staff at Wapakoneta KOA are very friendly and helpful. The sites are well maintained and facilities are kept clean. We especially liked the phone text updates for our visit and activities. This was our second year at this KOA and we will be back again!

We booked last minute on holiday weekend and they were very accommodating to get us in. Park clean and the service was outstanding. We'll definitely be back.

Staff are very friendly. Sites are way too close to each other unless you book a site with a patio. Not a whole lot for kids to do. “Arcade” consists of ping pong table, pool table, air hockey, 2 outdated games (1 didn’t work) and a grabber game.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

This holiday weekend, we did our best to keep the campground 'moving'. Pool was open weather permitting, field games Sat, playground rain or shine, 'no hay' hay ride on Sunday along with field games for kids of all ages. Pancake breakfast Sunday morning...staff was busy and other families too.

Everything was great! The only complaint would be canceling the 8:00 hayride on Sunday evening the first days were pretty crappy, and the grandkids were so excited about the hayride and didn't get to do it.

Everyone was very friendly and eager to assist. The campground is well maintained and amenities worked well. Perfect place to visit. Only reason not a "5" was that sites are very close together and highway noise (although it was much less than other KOAs).

Beautiful, well kept KOA. One of the friendliest staff we've encountered from all the KOA's we have stayed at. Just too bad we couldn't stay longer from just passing through.

The staff was great and very accommodating. When I ask a staff member about getting some ice on my way out He was waiting for me with the ice. The food from the cafe was really good. I will definitely be stopping at this campground again.

Beautiful grounds! Play ground and field was great for our 3 year old. Wide sites, easy overnight in our 43' toy hauler. Review their arrival instructions for best exit to use.

Wapakoneta KOA was a convenient, well kept and quiet place to stay. The staff was very friendly and the food was great!

The rotten egg smell during my shower made me want to PUKE. I had to continually had to resign into Wifi. I have stayed in KOA's all over the US and this one was the worst.

Not every campground is for everyone. As a tent camper, you have choices and we are glad that you tried us out. The well water is tested monthly and it always passes with flying colors!

We stay at the Wapakoneta KOA in the fall on our way to Florida and again in the spring on our way home in Michigan. We have done this for a number of years. Our experience has always been very positive. The KOA is kept spotless and each year we have noted improvements and updates. The people operating this KOA are very accommodating and just plain nice!

You have a wonderful campground with many amenities, the only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that I was only staying one night on my way home from Tennessee to Michigan and was told that there was only a deluxe site available. When I got there, and even the next morning there were many open standard pull thru sited open.

Some of the sites were closed due to maintenance issues...decks, sewer drops and picnic tables come to mind on the weekend that you stayed. The 'ground' does not always reflect the 'computer'. Thank you for staying with us and we hope you come again. Safe Travels!

New Owner and all I can say is "Wow" We have stayed here several times over the past couple years and watched it go down hill to the point of almost not stopping again but we did and Wow, what a difference a little TLC can do to a place. The staff is always so friendly and seem as excited and we are on the upgrades and the upcoming ones also. We look forward to our next stay here.

Enjoyed our stay, I can say that I was suprised when they charged us a daily rate just to have our parents come visit for the day at our camping site, even after us already paying a charge for 3 adults and 3 children. Our parents were not evening staying on the campgroud..just visiting for lunch while we were there.

Most campers fail to understand why a park requires their visitors to pay a fee for entering and/or using the facilities. Due to the extra liability and utility expenses with the additional strain placed on the facilities, visitors are required to pay a fee. This is posted on the website.

It was disappointing we choose your Koa to stay for my sons birthday because all of the amenities. The thing is it doesn’t have half of the stuff listed and what it did have was broke. There was no miniature golf there was no corn hole the pool table was broke the arcade games were broke. The basketball hoop was completely crooked. They did have the pool open thank goodness

Why didn't you come to the office to tell us that things were not in order? When it was brought to our attention, attempts were made to remedy the situation. Campgrounds are difficult at best to keep in running order when customers do not let us know that damages have occurred.

This is a super cute campground very well maintained, I love the gas grills you can reserve on some sites and the comfy seating with umbrellas. They have dog areas where you're dog can come off leash to use the restroom. A must stay if your passing through. We came here on a trip to Georgia and our truck ended up breaking down and was towed to the dealer nearby the owners were so accommodating to assist us in any way we were able to secure extra days while waiting for repair.
