Wonderful camping experience! Everything was clean and staff was helpful and kind! Was close enough to town to get what we forgot but never heard the traffic. Would highly recommend!!

The reservation and check-in processes were seamless. The campground was clean. Lots are grassy with some shade. After a long day of travel, we really appreciated the fresh made pizza from the cafe. Yummy!

Very comfortable. Excellent facilities. A bit of highway noise, but that comes with the territory. This is a very well run park!

We stayed here for one week! We asked for a different site before setting up, in order to not have neioon both sites. There was nothing available. The assigned site was so small that when we sat at our outside table we hit our head at neighbors slideouts. We had new neighbors every day, both sides. That was very inconvenient and not necessary, when they change every day anyway. Staff was friendly

Campsites to close and you have to share the sewer hookup, which was right next to our trailer. We wanted to leave early but had to wait till our neighbor woke up and unhooked his sewer line so that we could dump our trailer. People were nice but not real helpful in getting setup at our campsite. Nope, we will try Venture Out RV Resort next time.

Not sure what help you needed setting up since you never asked. Unfortunately older campgrounds have smaller sites. Your sewer hookup may have been shared but had two drops, one for each site. Best of luck in finding the campground that suites your needs, thanks for giving us a try.

Would have been 5 star except for them putting a camper about 3 feet from us. We were in a totally empty row of sites. One camper came in and instead of leaving a spot or two between us they were put so close that both of us probably couldn't put our slides out. I just cant make sense of that.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We explained when you came to the office, the placement was due to the type of site that both you and the other camper had chosen. You also failed to say that we moved the camper per your request - upgrading him to a full hook up so no one was near you. You were set up- he was just doing the same.

Beautiful campgrounds well maintained and excellent bath facilities The staff extremely helpful as this was my first time towing an RV to a CG. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our one night stay! It was conveniently located as we were traveling I75 to Michigan. The park was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we were unable to connect to WiFi on our TV and the office was closed but we did get basic TV reception so all was well.

Very nice and friendly staff, escorted to our large big rig site with cement landing, patio set, weber grill and fire pit (other site options available) Tons of kid activities and pet friendly. Quiet and relaxing area. Have stopped here numerous times on our trips north and south bound on I-75.

We just pulled in for overnight on our way home. This KOA is lovely, easy to get to from I75 and very convenient.

The pool table wasn't open and you had to pay for pool anyway so I guess it didn't matter. The game room wasn't available -annoying. The pool table and game room were the draw to for us to go to this KOA-get out and stretch our legs the last night of our trip. Since the game room wasn't available there was absolutely nothing to do. We left. Won't return. Don't bother

We just opened on April 1st and weather is unseasonably cold, the games are not warmed enough to turn on. If you had called ahead to inquire, this may not have been the stop for you. Do remember the KOA 1 hour guarantee- full refund you if you are dissatisfied for any reason if you had told us.

When we arrived we found that our motorhome could not fit in the assigned site due to overhead branches. We asked for a back in site. We were told that they would upgrade us to a pull-thru which they did. We asked for the back in site across the drive and was told it was reserved. We were there for 5 nights and that site remained empty the entire time.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Often other reservations have dates that overlap the dates of your stay. Even if 1 day overlaps, the site is 'reserved'. In this case, the reservation was there but cancelled, leaving the site empty. Sorry for the confusion but early in the season, people cancel quite frequently.

Although the Manager and all employees were courteous, kind, helpful and professional, the KOA itself was too close to the highway; sites were too close to each other; WAAAYYY overpriced for site amenities/size/proximity to next site; Roadways too narrow for trailers; noise from freeway too loud all day and night.

We only stayed overnight on our way back to Michigan. We have stayed at this KOA three times now and knew we would not be disappointed. The only thing different is that the park is under new ownership and undergoing a few adjustments in renovation but the staff is just as friendly and helpful as one would expect at any KOA. We would stay again if needed.

We stop here every year on our way home from Florida, The staff here is always welcoming and very friendly along with accommodating They are doing some great upgrades to their all ready nice sites. Keep up the great work and we will see you again next spring if not before.

This is a super cute campground very well maintained, I love the gas grills you can reserve on some sites and the comfy seating with umbrellas. They have dog areas where you're dog can come off leash to use the restroom. A must stay if your passing through. We came here on a trip to Georgia and our truck ended up breaking down and was towed to the dealer nearby the owners were so accommodating to assist us in any way we were able to secure extra days while waiting for repair.
