Great place to stay the weekend or longer. Staff is amazing. You can order fire wood, food, Ice, or anything they have from the camp store and it's delivered to your site. The pizza is amazing!

Staff was wonderful and go above and beyond. Grounds well maintained. Have delivery of pizza, wings, etc right to your camper, which was great for us when we got in after our normal dinner time. Camp store is well stocked. Almost all sites have shade. They also have a texting system for weather, other communications, and ordering your food. Only negative is that the sites are very close.

Thank you for your review...nice comments. The pull through sites are easy access and long to accommodate big rigs towing. Next visit, try our back in sites which offer a bit more room side to side.

We have stayed at this Wapakoneta KOA multiple times and have always enjoyed the campground, the staff, and the nearby amenities. We even had the fortune of being able to stay at the same campsite on each visit!! We are already looking forward to coming back again next year!! Chip and Carmen (Dearborn Heights, Michigan)

The spaces are so close that our “patio” was virtually underneath our neighbor’s slide-out. The grill was mere inches away from their RV. Very very tight—not an inviting space at all. We were shocked this is a “Holiday” location; it wasn’t as inviting feeling as many Journey KOA’s we’ve spent the night in. AND we shared water pressure and sewer access with the other neighbor. SAR

We only stayed overnight as we were passing through, but it was very clean with friendly staff. Would stay again if the situation presented itself.

It was a nice place for overnight. Most Holiday’s I’ve been too have had more space snd more resort activities. I was disappointed that the mini golf was no longer available. Then the pull thru sites were so close together we had to pull our awning in some so the huge RV next to us could put their slide out out. The staff was nice and the kids had fun in the pool!

Good choice! It was close to I75 but the road noise was minimal. We had a nice pull through so we did not have to unhook. The staff was friendly, there was a nice game room, and they even had menu items that could be delivered to your trailer. We would definitely stop here again if we pass this way.

Management was very friendly and accommodating. The spots were tight and the decks were very wobbly. The game room was a nice touch and the pool looked nice and clean.

Loved every part of our stay. The concession stand with hot food and ice cream is a nice touch. The campground was very quiet even though it was almost full. Staff was friendly a d helpful. I'm sure we will return.

Newbie Camper here! This was our first camping spot after picking up our new camper. The ladies inside were nice and helpful. Mike showed us to our site and offered to help with anything we needed to know about setting up the camper. You could order food and firewood and they would bring it to your site. We had a low tire in the morning and they let us use their air tank. Will visit again!

Mike and Jinny were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I can't recall the lady who checked us out on Sunday but she was also very helpful and pleasant. I took pictures of our stay and sent to family and friends. The feedback was amazing! Nice this, cute that. some are making plans for a visit. What a gem.... Our weekend brought back lots of past camping memories. Thanks KOA Wapakoneta!

The water smelt like sulpher,small campsites, and activities were limited. Store prices very expensive. Pool closed too early.

This is the best well run campground we have ever been too! The friendly staff is incredible, constantly on the run making sure every single camper has what they need. The grounds and baths were impeccably clean, not even a single cigarette butt. The pool is a bit older, but again, very clean. We had a back-in patio site and were very pleased with the set up and size of our site.

Our family of 4 enjoyed a studio cabin. Plenty of space, very clean. Staff was friendly & helpful, they even delivered firewood to our cabin!

Friendly, knowledgeable, hard-working staff worked to keep campground clean and trimmed. KOA cafe had good pizza and hand dipped ice cream. Enjoyed heated pool and game room activities. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

For a three nights stay we would enjoyed having more room to sit outside in our chairs. Site 10 had very little space for us to do that. Th staff were friendly and the grounds kept nicely. It’s unfortunate that some of the sites are this way. We would not choose to come back for fear of having limited space again.

We understand - outdoor people like to be outdoors! An additional visit with a request to be on a back in site is just your style....more room to spread out and enjoy the outdoors!

Staff was friendly however the campground itself is lacking. The Lodge we rented was dirty, worn and the mattresses were unbearable. The sheets on the bed were covered in animal hair, the lodge was worn and filthy. Would not stay at this location again.

Friendly staff. Sites a little narrow, but level. Good wifi and cable. Close to town. Convient to shopping center with Walmart supermarket, and Lowe's. Close to Armstrong Space Museum. Convient to highway I-75.

Mr. Kevin (manager) and his wonderful handler were hands down the most professional and loving KOA team our family has encountered to date. Our family considered it an honor to have meet them. During our stay, we found this Wapakoneta Holiday KOA superior in overall grounds maintenance and cleanliness; this includes the laundry and restrooms. Bonus: ask Mr. Kevin for a hug, watch his face!

Very nice facility! Needs a bit more activities and or playground equipment to be in par with other locations. No wagon rides or games for the kids which was a bit disappointing. Some nice upgrades since our last stay.

Everyone was very nice and the campground was well kept. We were right in the middle watching a game on TV when the cable went out but quickly found it on firestick. While the bathroom was clean it wasn't sparkly and I was still glad to have my camper to shower in. All in all we had an enjoyable time and will be back...sooner than 16 years this time!

Had a great lot this stay, quiet ans large, though it was a back in, our 5th wheel and truck fit very well.lots of kids but still quiet. They had two dog enclosures.

This is a super cute campground very well maintained, I love the gas grills you can reserve on some sites and the comfy seating with umbrellas. They have dog areas where you're dog can come off leash to use the restroom. A must stay if your passing through. We came here on a trip to Georgia and our truck ended up breaking down and was towed to the dealer nearby the owners were so accommodating to assist us in any way we were able to secure extra days while waiting for repair.
