way to close to Railroad track. Our lot was within 75 yards of tracks and trains using the tracks would blow whistle near KOA and track noise was very loud. Site was nice otherwise. Staff was unable to figure out how to use our mileage points toward our stay. Office and game room closed at 5PM and pool was not open.

Worked with customer - this review is NOT for Wapakoneta KOA! Wapakoneta is not near RR tracks and hours are posted - closing time 7pm.

We always stay at the Wapakoneta KOA when we head south. They are helpful, friendly and caring people. The improvements to the campground are great, each time we go we see additional ones. They have always been an exceptional campground.

Everything was great. We are booked for July 4th weekend, to return. Only complaint is, the water in the bathhouse was a little stinky. And shower room was very cold. I realize it was mid May, but, a little heat, would been nice. Had to shower in the camper. Otherwise, great facilities.

The staff was wonderful, our site was very close to the park which meant I didn’t have to sit there all day while our six year old played. Lol

Very happy with the Wapak campground and location. Campground is well maintained and quiet. Pizza and ultimate nachos are of lesser quality that we would expect for the price. Will not order again.

A great stay. The hosts are experienced, knowledgeable and welcoming. We had guests visit our site and they treated them with open arms as well. It was such a beautiful evening we decided not to go out for dinner and enjoy our site instead. We order food from their kitchen which was delicious and priced fairly They even delivers to our site. My wife is a tough critic but she loved this KOA.

Very nice campground. Well cared for and nice people working there. Only complaint would be extremely tight sites, tightest I have ever seen but plenty long. Definitely would go back.

Kevin and Karen are terrific! Were a couple of newbies in the RV world and they were gracious and informative in making our stay wonderful! Clean baths, nice furniture and fire pits. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked a night for our return trip. Great location, people and place, be sure to enjoy their hospitality.

Very good service and staff, the sites were close together after opening slides not much room. Park was clean and well kept. The food delivery was great.

Called about arriving after hours and was told to pick any open site and register in the morning, There were several open campsites. When we went to register in the morning and pay we were told that we parked on the wrong site and that someone else requested that particular site and had to park else where. Would have been nice to have been informed every open site except #12.

The only thing negative I have to say is we just got a new rig with 4 slides and our neighbors had there awning out and we couldn’t put one slide out. The sites are a little close together.

The whole team were excellent. Their response to us for assistance was over and above what other places we have stayed at. Once again the staff was great and the facilities were excellent.

Great, but the wifi would not hold for a few minutes.

Friendly staff. One problem was that sewer hookup was too far from motorhome with towed car attached. Be prepared to have an extra long sewer hose.

The first pull-thru site we went into was not suitable to extend our 3 slide-outs, so they kindly put us into another site 2 spaces down that was perfect for our 44 ft motor home, which they didn't have to do. We were very impressed with just how friendly and helpful they were to us and to all the campers that we talked with while there for our week stay. We will stay there again for sure....!

We have enjoyed this park in the past and still enjoy it every time we have the chance to stop. The owner/operators are so friendly and kind. They work hard to keep things clean and enjoyable for all of the guests....2 legged and 4 legged!

The reservation and check-in processes were seamless. The campground was clean. Lots are grassy with some shade. After a long day of travel, we really appreciated the fresh made pizza from the cafe. Yummy!

We stayed here for one week! We asked for a different site before setting up, in order to not have neioon both sites. There was nothing available. The assigned site was so small that when we sat at our outside table we hit our head at neighbors slideouts. We had new neighbors every day, both sides. That was very inconvenient and not necessary, when they change every day anyway. Staff was friendly

Campsites to close and you have to share the sewer hookup, which was right next to our trailer. We wanted to leave early but had to wait till our neighbor woke up and unhooked his sewer line so that we could dump our trailer. People were nice but not real helpful in getting setup at our campsite. Nope, we will try Venture Out RV Resort next time.

Not sure what help you needed setting up since you never asked. Unfortunately older campgrounds have smaller sites. Your sewer hookup may have been shared but had two drops, one for each site. Best of luck in finding the campground that suites your needs, thanks for giving us a try.

Would have been 5 star except for them putting a camper about 3 feet from us. We were in a totally empty row of sites. One camper came in and instead of leaving a spot or two between us they were put so close that both of us probably couldn't put our slides out. I just cant make sense of that.

We explained when you came to the office, the placement was due to the type of site that both you and the other camper had chosen. You also failed to say that we moved the camper per your request - upgrading him to a full hook up so no one was near you. You were set up- he was just doing the same.

This is a super cute campground very well maintained, I love the gas grills you can reserve on some sites and the comfy seating with umbrellas. They have dog areas where you're dog can come off leash to use the restroom. A must stay if your passing through. We came here on a trip to Georgia and our truck ended up breaking down and was towed to the dealer nearby the owners were so accommodating to assist us in any way we were able to secure extra days while waiting for repair.
