We enjoyed our one night stay! It was conveniently located as we were traveling I75 to Michigan. The park was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we were unable to connect to WiFi on our TV and the office was closed but we did get basic TV reception so all was well.

Very nice and friendly staff, escorted to our large big rig site with cement landing, patio set, weber grill and fire pit (other site options available) Tons of kid activities and pet friendly. Quiet and relaxing area. Have stopped here numerous times on our trips north and south bound on I-75.

We just pulled in for overnight on our way home. This KOA is lovely, easy to get to from I75 and very convenient.

The pool table wasn't open and you had to pay for pool anyway so I guess it didn't matter. The game room wasn't available -annoying. The pool table and game room were the draw to for us to go to this KOA-get out and stretch our legs the last night of our trip. Since the game room wasn't available there was absolutely nothing to do. We left. Won't return. Don't bother

We just opened on April 1st and weather is unseasonably cold, the games are not warmed enough to turn on. If you had called ahead to inquire, this may not have been the stop for you. Do remember the KOA 1 hour guarantee- full refund you if you are dissatisfied for any reason if you had told us.

When we arrived we found that our motorhome could not fit in the assigned site due to overhead branches. We asked for a back in site. We were told that they would upgrade us to a pull-thru which they did. We asked for the back in site across the drive and was told it was reserved. We were there for 5 nights and that site remained empty the entire time.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Often other reservations have dates that overlap the dates of your stay. Even if 1 day overlaps, the site is 'reserved'. In this case, the reservation was there but cancelled, leaving the site empty. Sorry for the confusion but early in the season, people cancel quite frequently.

Although the Manager and all employees were courteous, kind, helpful and professional, the KOA itself was too close to the highway; sites were too close to each other; WAAAYYY overpriced for site amenities/size/proximity to next site; Roadways too narrow for trailers; noise from freeway too loud all day and night.

We only stayed overnight on our way back to Michigan. We have stayed at this KOA three times now and knew we would not be disappointed. The only thing different is that the park is under new ownership and undergoing a few adjustments in renovation but the staff is just as friendly and helpful as one would expect at any KOA. We would stay again if needed.

We stop here every year on our way home from Florida, The staff here is always welcoming and very friendly along with accommodating They are doing some great upgrades to their all ready nice sites. Keep up the great work and we will see you again next spring if not before.

Overnight stay, easy access, quiet and most important they had 2 camp canines which our dogs look for when we walk the grounds! Only wish the season was longer for when traveling i75 in the off season, even if it was electric only.

Stay was great, campground was nice, clean & quiet, My only feedback is to put in more concrete patio sites. Think I counted only 4. Also pull through sites could be a bit larger.

Thank you for your feedback! New owner (since July 2020) has poured his heart and concrete into the campground! We have 4 concrete sites but you missed the two brand new stamped concrete KOA patio sites that are just waiting for upgraded patio furniture delivery and an additional visit from you!

I rented a premium pull through spot for my 35’ toy hauler that had a full concrete patio, as well as a concrete pad on which to park and level the trailer. So very worth the small extra charge to have a perfectly level, clean and dry parking spot for the trailer. It made setup a snap and got me to the fun, family time that much quicker. Great staff, great sites and lots of family fun.

Kevin and Karen (campground host/managers) are so friendly and helpful! There is a new owner this season and they are making some improvements! Can’t wait until next season to see them all! This is a small campground and well maintained!

The husband and wife management team showed they truly appreciated we were staying with them. It is a very well kept campground with a great playground area, we will certainly be back next year!

The people there were very nice and friendly. We were there the final weekend of their season and they treated us like it was still opening weekend. We go back for sure.

This is a super cute campground very well maintained, I love the gas grills you can reserve on some sites and the comfy seating with umbrellas. They have dog areas where you're dog can come off leash to use the restroom. A must stay if your passing through. We came here on a trip to Georgia and our truck ended up breaking down and was towed to the dealer nearby the owners were so accommodating to assist us in any way we were able to secure extra days while waiting for repair.
