Second time we have stopped at this location. Park is well maintained, clean, owners are friendly as are the campers. Love the quaint town nearby.

Liked getting the welcome text. Was nice to be escorted to the site and assistance with parking. Pool and grounds were clean. Having a cafe with delivery was great. Information sheet was very complete, especially if there had been an emergency.

We were totally impressed with this KOA. Friendly staff, great facilities, just a great camping experience. We would go again!

KOA you as clean and staff was nice. There just wasn’t any room on the site. Could not really sit outside and enjoy camping. Great place if your just looking to stay 1 night.

The folks running the Office and Store were great. Office being open until 9pm on Friday for check-in was very convenient. Able to check-in and get to our site and have ice cream desert before the Office/Store closed for the evening. I just wish that they had a filter of some kind on their water in Bathrooms, we live in a rural area with well water at our home and understand water issues.

Love your park, nice and clean and the staff is always helpful and friendly. At check in, I experienced a customer in front of me that was not happy with their site's electric hook up. The staff member was very polite with her and she wasn't. Turns out she was looking in the wrong place and the proper electric hook up was there. Her attitude changed when she noticed her mistake. Problem solved

Extremely small sites. We were within 6 feet of the camper next to us. However the campground is very well maintained and the staff is great.

In genera, this comment makes it appear that ALL of the sites are small. This was a walk-in reservation on a Friday. A buddy site was available. The backs of the campers are close but there is ample room on the awning side....esp if you are camping with a buddy!

The staff is amazing! We were 2 1/2 hours from the campground when we received their text advising of an unexpected storm and high winds. I called the office and told them we had a table and bins out at our site. One of the employees went out in the pouring rain, took everything down and put it under the motorhome. They went above and beyond for us!

The campground was clean and well-kept. The staff was superb, and great people to get to know for the length of time that we were able to stay there. And we had a great time and would stay there again. I just want to thank the staff for being so friendly it was almost like having family.

Would not stay in that site again. Could barely open my awning.

Site assigned is 80ft long. A 26ft motorhome should be able to position so that slides/awnings could be used. Sorry that you felt that there was only one place to be on the site...maybe not enough sewer hose? We travel with much more than we ever need - just in case.

Karen and Kevin were wonderful hosts. The campground was immaculate! Roads were well maintained and although our site was narrow and tight the rest of the property made up for it. We stayed in a 40’ Fifth Wheel.

The park is well taken care of and the people running it are the nicest and most helpful anywhere. However, the pull through site are the narrowest of any KOA I've ever been in. You're on top of each other. The fire puts are so close to the next site my truck was covered in ashes all the time. You need to take out about a third of them and redesign the spaces!!

Always a great stay. Staff is always pleasant. Booked late and had a narrow spot and could not use our awning because of a tree. Noticed a lot of mosquitoes During this stay.

Great place to stay the weekend or longer. Staff is amazing. You can order fire wood, food, Ice, or anything they have from the camp store and it's delivered to your site. The pizza is amazing!

Staff was wonderful and go above and beyond. Grounds well maintained. Have delivery of pizza, wings, etc right to your camper, which was great for us when we got in after our normal dinner time. Camp store is well stocked. Almost all sites have shade. They also have a texting system for weather, other communications, and ordering your food. Only negative is that the sites are very close.

Thank you for your review...nice comments. The pull through sites are easy access and long to accommodate big rigs towing. Next visit, try our back in sites which offer a bit more room side to side.

We have stayed at this Wapakoneta KOA multiple times and have always enjoyed the campground, the staff, and the nearby amenities. We even had the fortune of being able to stay at the same campsite on each visit!! We are already looking forward to coming back again next year!! Chip and Carmen (Dearborn Heights, Michigan)

The spaces are so close that our “patio” was virtually underneath our neighbor’s slide-out. The grill was mere inches away from their RV. Very very tight—not an inviting space at all. We were shocked this is a “Holiday” location; it wasn’t as inviting feeling as many Journey KOA’s we’ve spent the night in. AND we shared water pressure and sewer access with the other neighbor. SAR

It was a nice place for overnight. Most Holiday’s I’ve been too have had more space snd more resort activities. I was disappointed that the mini golf was no longer available. Then the pull thru sites were so close together we had to pull our awning in some so the huge RV next to us could put their slide out out. The staff was nice and the kids had fun in the pool!

Good choice! It was close to I75 but the road noise was minimal. We had a nice pull through so we did not have to unhook. The staff was friendly, there was a nice game room, and they even had menu items that could be delivered to your trailer. We would definitely stop here again if we pass this way.

Management was very friendly and accommodating. The spots were tight and the decks were very wobbly. The game room was a nice touch and the pool looked nice and clean.

Loved every part of our stay. The concession stand with hot food and ice cream is a nice touch. The campground was very quiet even though it was almost full. Staff was friendly a d helpful. I'm sure we will return.

This is a super cute campground very well maintained, I love the gas grills you can reserve on some sites and the comfy seating with umbrellas. They have dog areas where you're dog can come off leash to use the restroom. A must stay if your passing through. We came here on a trip to Georgia and our truck ended up breaking down and was towed to the dealer nearby the owners were so accommodating to assist us in any way we were able to secure extra days while waiting for repair.
