The sites were ok, but the pond was algae filled at the swim area and basically mud with 6” of sand on top. The beach wasn’t cleaned from day to day the entire 4 nights of our stay. Litter every where. Was disappointed in the tiny children’s area and the dog park was in disrepair (broken gates). Surprised this is listed as a resort as the other resorts we have stayed at were exceptional.

I was never aware of a deposit and still have not received mine back&our cabin was left spotless!!!

Very relaxing, nice KOA with plenty of things to do. Nice to have gasoline station right on premises and lots of items at the store.

Perfect spot IF there were a modest dress code at the camp.. Also the beach area was near the front where everyone has to pretty much drive by it to get to their campsite and see immodest dressers. We didn't appreciate the camp celebrating Mardi Gras, but we left before it started. This camp is beautiful and we loved the options for different campsites and tons of activites. The campstore was nice

We've stayed in only 1 KOA that we thought was better than this one: West Glacier Park KOA which we understand is KOA's premium campground. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We eat fish so a pond full of keepers in lieu of releasers might have been nice. Also, there were no depositories for plastic/aluminum, etc. Only other problem: Too hot outside! Thanks for an otherwise great stay.

Everything was wonderful! The beach area was nice, however our kids were older and wished the swimming area encompassed some deeper water. The bathrooms and showers were very clean, although a little hot inside. All in all a pretty nice campground!

We really enjoyed our stay at Waterloo/Lost Island KOA. The park was clean, well maintained, and very quiet. I requested a site with a view of the lake and Kristina in the office was very accommodating, even apologizing that she couldn't get us right on the water. Next time we stay we will request one of the spots with the patio as they looked very nice.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, nice store for last minute items, It's quiet even in busy times, sites are good size, shower house/restrooms are kept very very clean (could use a exhaust fan for humidity). Firepits need some work and wi-fi didn't seem to work again on this trip. All in all it's by far our favorite place to stay.

Booked a patio site. Have had them before. One reason we like is patio and a glider swing. our site had no glider and all but one other had. We have had this site 88 before and always had a glider. I called and asked them at the check in where was the glider. Was told we will check . After two hours I called again and was told only VIP sites had glider. ??? Very disappointed what is a VIP site?

Was not a place to find that a toaster was in the cabin prior to arrival; even when we called to find out. Do not like the Keurig coffee maker; not enough pods for 4 adults, coffee was awful, no idea how old it was. A coffee maker and filters would be better; guests can bring their own coffee to make. Air conditioners worked great! Leaky kitchen sink underneath. Wish had outside table umbrella.

It was a beautiful stay! So clean and friendly! We truly can not wait to go back! And the Waterpark was amazing! But recommend going about 30 minutes before they open as the line gets very long!

We came in town for a Dek Hockey tournament downtown Waterloo. The KOA cabin was a nice change from staying in a hotel. The cabin was clean and had all the accomodations we needed. Enjoying a campfire and eating outside was the perfect way to unwind after a long day at the tournament. The KOA staff was very helpful and we look forward to our next stay.

Have stayed several times previously with no issues…not the case this time. Multiple dogs running loose both days and loud music playing until nearly 1:00am. Plenty of opportunities for staff to address the issue but they just drive by. Love the location but truly disappointed this time.

The park is beautiful, but the sites are not clean. The tables and chairs were filthy and the fire pit had burned wood to the top Of the pit. There was bird poop all over the patio.

Very nice campground. It is very clean and well maintained. Lots of stuff to do there. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely camp there again!!

Cabins were clean and tidy. Camp ground is extremely nice and big and clean. Our particular cabin, DK16, needs very minor maintenance. The refrigerator door handle is plastic and cracked so hard to open; the toilet continually runs unless you giggle the handle; and the faucet in the bathroom sink needs a screen at the spigot since water sprays all over. Would highly recommend cabins!

The campground was well maintained the sites were spacious. The walking path around the lake was wonderful. Allen who worked the evening shift was very helpful. We plan on coming back.

This is a great RV park. Clean with plenty of room between coaches and wonderful place for families. We’re a Georgia retired couple but certainly will return again.

I pulled up and put my Brand new rug down on a black spot of grease under my door. The Previous renters left oil I called she bought a rug up to put in my rug and she said she’s gonna call the manager and the managers and call me to see if I get a discount on my rug in Tracked in my new camper the manager I’ve left several messages they said the manager has my number on her desk and stil

Very Clean. I assume they were all staff is vaccinated as no one wore a mask in the office or the store. (Doubtful) As they are dealing with people from all areas of the country, they should have been masked for the comfort of their guests.

Stay was good. Would like the opportunity to move within the campground if other reservation are canceled. Our group had 4 open next to them and we were not allowed to move to any of them. Otherwise enjoyed the campground
