Beach area was nice and the cabin was ok. Found used glow stick in bedding, corners of the rooms could use a good cleaning but generally was clean. Was disappointed that on a Saturday(sunny and 80 degrees) we couldn't use any of the rental equipment, we were told there was only one person working and they were unable to unlock them for us. No tv signal all weekend. Amenities lacking for $190/night

would be nice to give KOA reward members a 5-10% discount in your stores for purchases... Your items in store are higher in price so the discount may help with sales

Dirty Cabin, no cable TV, no internet, needs some better customer service at the lodge.. blamed it on a storm a few weeks back and said the I.T. guy couldn't figure it out..Will definitely be looking elsewhere on future visits to the area..

The cabin was clean but we had no cable service& we always look for that because we have two special needs children at that keeps them entertained in the evening. So we had some very long evenings with them. I feel we should of got more back than just our deposit because that was to be included. Very Upset.

The cabins are fantastic! The swimming area is clean and has a large beach for playing.

Our stay was wonderful. However, for the entire 5 days we were there, the cable was out. This was not a huge issue, but very disturbing to not be able to watch TV after quiet hours and check the weather. There were layers of dust on doors, window sills, microwave top, etc. There were no batteries in smoke detector, or CO detector.

This was the 5th year that we have brought our grandkids to the cabins and visited the waterpark. It is a wonderful and fun experience for everyone. I know that everyone has a cleaning list at the end of the stay, and I try to do the best I can for the next camper. The only issue I can even think to comment on is the floors are not mopped or cleaned other than the sweeping out of each camper.

Second stay with you and it was fabulous! Relaxing and lots of things to do (fishing, shopping, grilling, waterpark, botanical gardens). Wish there was more than one cabin with ramp as we have a wheelchair in our family but we made due with a portable ramp. Thanks!

The cabin musty/smelling of mildew. The cable TV not working in either cabin. Internet also not working a lot of the time. Told they were having issues at office as well. Told office of the smell and they said nothing they could do and no other cabins available. No manager on duty to talk to. Next morning talked to mgr. He was short and just said to cashier - refund money they can just leave.

We were in Waterloo for a family reunion. We stayed in the largest cabin and it was awesome! Other family members camped in RV's and the patio lots were very nice. Thank you for the hospitality!!

The cabin was a great size for our family of 7. The beach was a hit with the kids. Wifi wasn't great but we didn't need it much. The pizza from the camp store/restaurant was great!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was very well equipped in the kitchen except for a bigger frying pan for frying our morning bacon and a metal spatula for turning the hamburgers on the grill. Really enjoyed the coffee maker and coffee being there also. We had the larger cabin and had plenty of room. I did mop the floor, it was pretty dirty when we arrived. But it is a cabin.

Nice camp ground, but cabins were not the cleanest. There was a sticky residue everywhere inside the cabin. They came in to mop the floor again and the sticky residue was from the cleaning agent. We will come back just not to the cabins.

We loved our stay. The kids loved the swimming beach and playground. Our cabin was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Was not happy with the cabin, the floors were filthy, and the kitchen sink was filthy, and the back splashes were falling off the walls, The Queen size bed needs a new mattress. I didn't think the shower was clean. Needs a lot of TLC.... We have been having our reunion there for a few years and we HAD been very happy with the cabins, but this year we weren't.

This is our 2nd year for a family get together. We had 3 cabins and 1 camping spot. The cabins had everything Furnished that we needed and were great. DK 12 needs 2 new lightbulbs in the bedroom ceiling light. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s be nice if the lake could be cleaned out of the Moss; worse than last year. Booking staff was great. Sites are nice and spacious and the waterpark and beach are amazing! Unfortunately, we didn't find the level of service that we normally do at KOA's. They advertise the island but it's so overgrown with weeds that you can't even use it. The grass needed mowed and there was virtually no staff around the campground. I also rented a cabin for other family members and it was filthy.

I brought my 4 granddaughters and my son. We had a wonderful time and plan on inviting the rest of the family to join us next time. Staff were helpful and acted in a professional manner.

This facility works perfect for our family as we have some cabins and some campers!! Very clean and lake is beautiful! We will be back next year for our annual reunion. Thanks so much to Amy for helping us get the group blocked.

Really nice cabins and nice beach area for the little kids. Beach volleyball and fishing were fun as well. Disappointed with the water trike, the driver side was the only side where the pedals worked leaving one person to do all the work. When staff was informed, they said they forgot and should probably take it out of service. Would have thought they would have offered some money back.

We loved the camp ground! Was nice relaxing trip. Our kids enjoyed swimming and renting peddle boats. We ended our evenings making s’mores in the fire pit. Spent a day at Lost Island water park which was a huge hit!

We were there for the 4th of July weekend,we had a blast,my grandson fished,and fished,my granddaughter,had a friend over,the paddles boarded,and there Mom and all of them went out on paddle boats,what fun,the cabin we stayed in was very clean,and nice,and to top it all off the fire works we're AWESOME, thank-you Matt and Amy for a wonderful weekend,see you next year.����

The website showed photos and floor plan that had bunkers, however the cabin we had did not have any bunkers. Our kids were disappointed. We did not know we had the accessibility cabin either from the description. I would suggest updating the website for accuracy. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the beach!

It was wonderful and the staff was great - always friendly! I wish the floorplans included the square footage because the 4 person cabin for the 4 of us was really cramped. Next time we will get a bigger cabin but otherwise it was a great stay! The cabin was clean and each cabin came with an individual fire pit with lots of seating and table space for our family and adjacent guests to eat.

We had so much fun at your resort! It was the perfect place to stay after a day at Lost Island. Our cabin was ultr-clean and the staff was so helpful and friendly! We would highly recommend and hope to be back annually!
