Waterpark wasn't open yet so can't rate that. I would love to see you add a basketball court areas to provide another options for recreation for older kids that stay at the campground. We will stay here again. It was clean, safe and well maintained.

We had a great stay! All of the staff was so friendly, we played at the beach, went fishing, played at the park, rode our bikes, and they had a bounce house as part of their weekend activities which our boys loved. We were also able to fill up our RV with propane and gas at their own gas station which was so convenient! We will definitely be back, we loved it there!

The cabin was decent but there was a pool of water on the floor when we arrived. Rain water was leaking through the door so we had to keep a towel in front of it. We had to request towels twice (2 different days). Our “neighbors” had 5 dogs in their cabin and tied them up outside and let them whine and bark at 6am both mornings they were next next to us. Not sure I would stay again.

We love the KOA at last island, the employees are very friendly everything as well groomed the park is beautiful with lots of options for activities. We will definitely come back

This was the worse KOA we have ever stayed at. We will never stay there again or let anyone of our friends stay there either. They refused to give me my KOA rewards and my discount.

Worse KOA in the country. Be sure to read YELP and GOGGLE reviews before you go. The negative ones are correct. Don't pay attention to the FB reviews, the owners delete the bad reviews and only post the good ones!!! Camper beware!!!!

Disappointed that the grass had not been cut throughout the park. Upwards of 10'-12" in most areas. We enjoy coming here an have for several years. Worst it has looked.

Worse KOA that I have ever been too!! The staff, and drunk campers who are good friends with the campers, are racist. Also, dogs apparently are not needed to be kept on a leash because these specific drunk campers let their dog run across the street to our site and bit my daughters friend on the ankle....the staff allowed them to stay cause they were friends. Still waiting for my refund!!!!!!

We were not very happy with our stay. We paid more money to stay here rather than the other state campgrounds near by thinking it would be a better experience. Unfortunately it was not. The grass was very long and not mowed which made it uncomfortable and hard for my little boys to walk around. Also, the firepit had about 6 inches of standing water in it so we couldn't have a fire.

The employees at the gas station seemed to be a bit confused about a few particulars but most were happy to find an answer when they didn’t know. I’m guessing this is because the season just started not too long ago. The bathrooms were clean, although the floor was always soaking wet. Beach was great! We will be back

Had a wonderful stay. This is a great location, close to the water park. The campgrounds have great amenities and is very nice. Lots of fun things for kids and families.

My wife and I were just passing through and needed a place to stay for the night. The weather was windy and rainy, but the park was very nice; one of the nicest KOAs we've stayed at. Hope to return someday and take advantage of everything this park has to offer. We were in our 36 foot 5th wheel and stayed in a pull-thru site.

All of the employees are very friendly and helpful!! the park is well maintained. The store has everything you need. They are very accommodating. The only wait was to check in as there was only one associate and a long guest call to change multiple reservations. The employee on the phone apologized for the wait. Love this RV park, we will be back!

cabin was dirty upon arrival we had to clean cabin walls and cupboards were sticky smoke very bad in cabin floor was very dirty will we be notified if there is something you will do for our inconvenience

Best KOA I've been to. Staff extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. Our site was level which was nice!! There were activities for the kids. The beach was a very nice added bonus! many things on the menu and the pizza was very good!

Great time - we rented paddle boards, peddle boats, brought own kayaks & bicycles. Played beach volleyball, did a little swimming (race to island and back tradition started). We had a bon fire out front with S'Mores, hot dogs, and some good board games (Aggravation) inside during a short rain spell. Great sleeping layout in Cabin 15 for 8 of us !! Kids even played late night Clue in Pavillion!

This campground is very nice, great views of the lake, cute cabins, great patio sites. We love this place. The staff is the friendliest staff we’ve ever encountered at any KOA. They will pick up your trash, they will deliver your food. They will help you with whatever your needs are!! We are going back!!

We love the Waterloo KOA as we stay there every year at least two or three times. Friendly, clean and just a very nice place to go. If you haven’t been there you need to visit soon!

Had an electrical problem at our site. Needed to use generator for power. Turns out the problem wasn’t in our rig but the 50 amp connection at the site. No one from the office came to check the situation. Couldn’t use the sewer connection as the connection was past the 40 ft motorhome and the car being towed. Camped here several times but this wasn’t a great experience.

We enjoyed our time at the campground and wished the weather would have been nicer to try out some of the rental equipment. We were a little disappointed in our cabin. Upon arrival, I wiped down the counters with a Clorox wipe. The wipes were black after using them. Our furnace also did not seem to work when it was raining, so we were left with a cold nights sleep.

Stayed here with our two dogs, we loved the dog park!!! We also loved all the green space. We stayed in early May, so didn’t use the lake, or the water park, too windy and cold. We definitely will stay here again and will recommend it to others.

We stayed here multiple times during the 2021 camping season and thoroughly enjoyed each and every stay.
