The campground has everything we need. My only complaint is the fact that we can't chose a new site when we arrive, after making the reservation online. The person checking us in said it wasn't possible. Maybe that person doesn't have permissions to do that. It would have been nice to move to a higher elevation on a rainy weekend when the campground is only 1/3 full.

We had a wonderful time despite the weather was not on our side. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast that this mother did not have to cook on Mother's Day. Our grandson loved the playground and watching the geese. I have shared your campground to one of the RV sights I am part of telling them how helpful the staff was and how we loved our stay. Definitely recommend to others to enjoy your facility!!

Way to many Speeders!! Saw a lot of employees driving way to fast in a campground that host families. I would have rated mush higher if not for this. Please slow down!!

Wish the physical shower was more enjoyable...spray from shower head went clear out, soaking my clothes behind the curtain...also way to cold in shower house with like warm water

Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing that I would suggest for improvement is that they should take you to your sight with a golf cart, like in other KOAs. This one is big and can be a little challenging to navigate.

The only thing we would recommend is that you have a driver escort you to your site. It was a little hard to get around in that park It would be a super great park for someone that has children with all the water rides. Overall the pocket South was very good and the people in the office were excellent

Bathroom spotless. Area clean. wish that you have more than 6 channels on Cable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Nice cabins. I love buying s tent spot for the day and taking my kids out fishing. Always clean and quiet. Management and staff was very nice as well.

Everything was clean and well maintained. The common areas were nice and spacious. There were also lots of activities available for kids to do.

Only there one nite. Beautiful place especially with kids. Big water park across road but enough at campground to entertain all ages. Very clean.

We were here in April and the park was very open. It is a big, nice park. Very clean, convenient and friendly.

We love it here.Love it. Employees FANTASTIC and very helpful. Place is very nice and very clean. Most friendly people around. We were very happy with everything and everyone. Very helpful.

We were unaware of the ‘security deposit’ until we arrived. We made sure front office was aware of no dishware except 3 mugs, broken refrigerator handle and fly swatter in the drawer with the one spatula. Didn’t want to be held liable for their guidelines upon checking out.

We left after the cabin was dirty and they refused to charge us to a different. One so we went and stayed in a hotel. Very upsetting as we have had positive experiences there in the past

I was there for business during the week. It was very quiet and the grounds were clean. Staff was very friendly when checking in as well.

Was not notified of no water at site and arrived late so had to re hook in morning to fill fresh tank. A little bit of a pain.

When we got there we were informed that there was no WiFi or water available. That’s really something they should have told us before we arrived. The park itself seemed nice enough.

When we arrived to our campsite there was a five gallon bucket worth of glass on both sides and in the gravel of the campsite. We had already unhitched so we decided to clean it up as best we could as we had kids with us and didn't want anyone to get cut. When we checked-out we told the person at the counter about the glass. She knew about it but for some reason hadn't cleaned it up.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the experience we were able to have as a family. There was one hiccup, at some point during the night the furnace stopped working. It was freezing cold in the cabin. Eventually it started working again around 4:30AM. I did let staff know at checkout. She was apologetic and said that she would pass the information on. We will definitely stay again...soon!

Mostly a good stay, but 1 major issue. When booked website said open all year and the site I chose was listed as full hookups. No where on the website or any confirmation emails was it noted that there would be no water due to the time of year. We checked in and it was not mentioned at the counter there was no water. Understand seasonal water, but would be good to know ahead of time to plan.

Well maintained, great staff friendly and helpful. Only down side was that propane was not available. Apparently they ran out. Would absolutely stay there again.
