Had stayed there twice in 2019 and loved it. Was randomly given a site that we didn't like and was told we could not change it as it was "their policy"! Spoke to manager and explained that if it was a policy, why was it NOT displayed on their website, their printed brochures and posted where customers could see it. It was posted behind the counter on a sheet of paper! Make the policy available!

My family and I had a great time! This was our first "camping" trip. The cabin was just the right size for us and had everything we needed. Its vicinity to the lake made it very easy for the kids to enjoy the water often while we stayed; the same goes for the playground. The workers were friendly and helpful. We plan to come back again once the adventure park is built.

We had an amazing time in our little cabin! Fishing was great and we rented the paddle boat, water bike and a Kayak. My boys had a blast and have asked to stay again sometime. We will definitely be back. Only thing that was bothersome was our shower and tub drained very very slowly so we were standing in inches of water bu the time our showers were done. Overall though a great place to stay!

The 8 person cabin is laid out nice. We only had 4 people and we had plenty of room. 8 would be tight but still manageable. The “full” kitchen has a frig, stove top and sink. There is no oven or dishwasher. I had planned on some meals that needed an oven, but we made do. Loved being able to sit on our deck and watch the kids play at the swimming beach. Nice campground only issue was sewer connection was uphill and we proved the saying “crap does not flow uphill”.

We sent an extended weekend with friends and family. Enjoyed the camping, fishing, cooking over the campfire and time together without phones or electronics. It is always great to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. Thank you KOA at Lost Island for the great amenities and making this time possible for our whole "FRAMILY".

We really enjoyed our stay - Couple recommendation that we would have is to move the grills that are next to the cabins further away - we believe these are a fire hazard - also the lake really needs to be cleaned. Loved that the swimming area for the kids was not very deep and the kids really enjoyed the rentals. We would be happy to stay again sometime.

It was an awesome place to stay! Wish we had more time than one night. The only suggestion we had is to make sure people understand where to check in verses purchase things from the convenient store and gas station. There seemed to be some confusion there. Definitely want to come back!!

My grandson and I had a very good time. The staff was friendly, although some could have been a little more friendly. I’m pretty sure no one ever died from smiling! The cabin could have been a little bit cleaner, there was toothpaste splattered on the mirror in the bathroom and the kitchen floor had sticky stuff spilled on it. The paddle boats and kayaks should be included with the cabin

This is the best koa we have ever been to. Lots to do and plenty of space between campsites. Only complaint is that no one guides you to your spot and easy to get lost finding spot

Great vacation during Covid! We plan to make more trips in future. My only complaint would be amount of algae in swimming area and island overgrown with grass.

The site was beautiful and our stay was awesome! We are even planning our trip back next year. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the communication afterwards is taking forever!

It’s a very beautiful campground. The only way to make it better is to have a shuttle service to the water park next door

Poor customer service, ordered food from "grill" and was given to us cold. Asked several times about water park and the front desk girl only kept mentioning the $6 off coupons, but would have been better for her to mention water park reservations recommended. Only there for water park and couldn't go. Park was for toddlers, my 5,7,9 and 11 year olds were looking for something to do.

There’s not a lot of shade but it’s clean and open and lots of stuff to do. You usually get a good breeze because it’s on a hill and wide open space. I’d go back for sure.

FANTASTIC KOA.. We stayed at several this trip, all were good, but this was exceptional! Wish we could have stayed and enjoyed the lake! WE will be back! Enjoyed the fancy dog park as well. And Play ground was enjoyed for hours by our 10 year old.

Our stay was just OK, My consern was that the TV Cable did not work and i had no other TV in my motorhome. I called Sunday afternoon just after we got there about No Signel on the cable. the desk said he be right up. never showed. called again, never came or called. Monday, still same thing and I called and they said they are just getting a hold of the TV Repairman to come and look at it. He never

I think it was a great place to stay. The only complaint I have is that it could be cleaner. There was a lot of dust build up on the walls in the bedroom. Other than that I have no complaints.

Very clean and quiet place. The spot we stayed at had a very nice patio, fire pit, grill, and patio furniture. The lake was also very nice. We took out some of the paddle boats and a paddle board.

Overall we had a great time here and there was a nice beachy vibe! There are a few things I wasn’t impressed with. There are some management issues I think. They were out of so many things at the store and waited hours for pizza because nothing was thawed out. I was told there would be a coffee pot and there wasn’t so we had to pay for coffee every morning. The employees were not very helpful.
