Was disappointed in the camping tent lots . they were on a sloped Hill minimum space that was actually level to put a pop up tent. Everything else was sufficient

The beach area was enjoyable, however there was only 1 water trike and it was in use. Our fire pit was leaning and filled with water, so we were unable to use it. Unfortunately we were not near our friends as requested when registering, otherwise it was a good experience. It was our first time at a koa.

We had a wonderful time. Your staff is amazing. We would have liked a little more shade but not the end of the world.

Loved the cabin and how close the beach was. Used the bike path around the lake and had a fun relaxing stay !

We were in a large group and were spread throughout the campground. After multiple attempts we were able to get a little closer to one another. With the campground mostly empty, I was surprised that we could not get closer together. Also there is very limited shade and there were a couple of smelly dead fish in the lake. Shower houses had minimal ventilation causing which made it like a sauna.

We loved the beach for the kids! We stayed next to a man in spot #4, who was super polite! He was very informational about the campground and the area. He had the sweetest dog named Nova! My daughter loved playing with her. I didn’t get his name but he definitely made an impact on our family! Next time we will request to be next to him!

It was our first time ever tent camping. The lot size was perfect. It was very nice of you to provide picnic table and fire ring. Bathrooms were HOT but pretty clean. Not one negative thing to say. We just really enjoyed our time and will definitely be back.

Grass was way to tall. Island in the middle of the pond over grown. When arriving there was dirty clothes in camping spot, cut up rotting hotdogs around water hydrant. Not a good first impression!

Our grandkids loved the swimming beach and playground, as well as the waterpark nearby. We will be back with them next year!

It was horrible there is no shade anywhere. They said the sites were big but they were very small. I needed to run to town to get something for my 2 year old daughter and when i went to leave they said that if i left after 830 PM i would not be allowed to reenter the park. The lake was disgusting, one its too shallow and two it smells rancid. The Hilton is just down the road go there!!!

It was fun! And the cabins were great. The thing i didn’t really like was the WiFi didn’t work well but we are camping to get away from that technology and also didn’t like how we had to be the ones to clean the cabin. Do they still come in and Sanatize it and clean more ??

No masks (one of the workers said, "We don't got none" and laughed), the TV never worked (first they blamed it on a storm the first night but never got around to check it). Security deposit not advertised

The staff was incredible and very helpful. Wish the Waterpark discount was more than $2 - we couldn’t justify $90 for the family to go

Nice, flat, we'll spaced lots. We were there during covid so the water park was closed but it is a great park for kids and even better with the water park open. Only problem was the wifi. We could connect to the wifi but there was no internet connection.

Nice park with lots of pull through sites. Has a convenience store at entrance and dog park. Second time here passing through Waterloo and we would come back again. 43’ Class A with Toad.

We enjoyed, staying at the Camp ground. We were a little disappointed with all the places closed due to the Virus. We were hoping that there were more places open. But, the camp ground was great.

An amazing stay... if you are traveling with children-make sure and give this KOA a stop for a few days...-across from a large water park and on grounds is a lake and beach. Pups like it to with the great puppy playground. I definitely give this 5!/stars

We stayed there because if the location next to Lost Island. Stayed the 2nd day at the beach all day. My son fished every chance he got. Perfect campground.

They haven't developed this park in the last three years. Some of the trees have died. The water pressure in the morning was up and down, mostly down. Had to turn off shore water to get a shower.

We had a great time. The cabin was good. Mattresses and pillows need to be updated. Not very comfortable. Other wise very nice. We will come again!�

I was really surprised at the grounds! It was very nice. Having a cabin on the lake was a pleasant surprise, also. The cabin floor wasn't very clean, there was a lot of sand on the floor. I only wish I would have taken advantage of the stuff to do in the lake! I definitely will next time.

It was good. We just had a problem with the sewer hookup. It was up too high and we didn't have enough hose with us so we had to go buy more. We've never had this problem before. Otherwise it was a nice clean campground and lots to do for young families. Can't wait till the trees grow a little more to for shade.

Didn’t go to water park. Liked the cabin, large deck, lake area, kayaking and fire pit. Had great view for the fireworks Ordered pizza from Bamboo Ridge and crust was doughy Couldn’t get ind slices of breakfast pizza even though on menu.

This KOA has good amenities but the wifi was very weak and required log in every time. It's the best place for the city fireworks viewing on the 4th of July. The beach was well taken care of but the water was very green with algae. Couple dead fishes bloated along the bank the whole time we were there. Nice trails to walk. Free popcorn & cotton candy provided on Friday movies night. We'll be back.

A wonderful July 4th visit. Campground looked newer and was very well maintained. Sites were wide and mostly level. 50 amp Power was clean. Walking distance to the water park. The town of Waterloo had their fireworks show in the KOA campgrounds which was wonderful. We are already planning our return trip for next July 4th.

We had a great visit! The dog park was an unexpected addition that was much enjoyed by our fur baby! Our family had fun riding around on the water trikes and using the amenities of the park. The staff was always friendly. The beach was nice but a pool for those that can’t or don’t like beach water would be even better.
