Great place! Very convenient location to highway, restaurants, water park, and shops. It was also amazing having diesel and propane on site! Our site was nice. We were so busy with local activities that we basically just slept there. I would definitely go back again! Perfect stopover going from easy coast to west coast.

Only problem had trouble finding spot. Had to have someone show it to us. All other RV parks automatically led us to our spot. Otherwise, great overnight stay. Gave us an easy pull through near exit as we were only there for one night.

Cute fun park, love the colorful kabins and beach/resort theme, nice well-stocked store! We were very disappointed when we were placed in what seriously was the furthest spot at the very back of the park next to someone who lives there full-time despite (very junky) with many open spots in other areas without anyone around, and we were only there for one night. Will visit the waterpark next time!

Love this campground! This is our 4th time here and won't be our last. Only thing I have to complain about is the grass was tall, could have been mowed. Other than that, good times.

Kids had a blast at the campground, it was clean and the beach area/ swim area was the best! The water park across the street was a bit much for my young ones but they liked it.

We were disappointed in the Waterloo KOA. If you are not planning to go to Lost Island Waterpark (a separate park with additional fees) there is little to do for young children. The swimming beach was littered with dog poop and the playground little more than two slides. We have been to other KOAs that provided much more for young children.

This park needs escort service to the designated spot, we had to do a drive through twice before finding our spot and noticed four other after us do the same which is dangerous with so many little ones running around

Great site, nice people. Wish that the sewer hookup wasn’t so far to the back of the site. Also had neighbors who have been there for some time, and dog feces everywhere, which didn’t smell very good and made you ha e to watch where you were walking.

The park was nice but there isn’t a paved walkway to the shower house. It rained while we were there so we had to walk through puddles. Overall it was nice abs the kids loved the park!

Site was perfect...location of park perfect...waterpark, soon to be completed park with roller coasters...casino for adults...shopping very close by, what else could ask for, oh yes a very nice swimming area with a real beach...golf course near by...GREAT PLACE TO STAY AND PLAY OR JUST SIT BACK AND REST,

The staff was fantastic. The site was perfect. Very clean. The resort looked fantastic. The staff worked with me as I had to change dates. I couldn’t ask for a nicer resort.

We had our family reunion this past weekend at this campground. Great RV sites with some actual room between sites and the cabins were nice and clean. Kids had a blast at the playground and at the beach. A great time was had by all!

We could not believe that the sewer hook-up was at the far end of our site and actually uphill from our rig. Stuff just doesn't flow that way, you know.

Staff friendly. Great location, large sites, however, my only negative is the dog park. They were out of dog poop bags on Saturday, so people failed to pick up after their dogs. The dogpark was full of dog poop. I observed a woman watch her dog defecate, then just walk away. The campground should stress cleaning up after your dog. (I called Saturday night to let them know there were no bags)

Very well laid out, easy in and out with big rigs, clean, friendly staff, close to everything. Only complaint that we had was a need for a deeper part in the lake for adults to swim. Our rig is a 40’ 5th wheel with 50amp, our lot was back in and was level. The lots have room for tow vehicle parking in front or behind

It was very nice except the one night we had to listen to loud music until 10:30 p.m. The quiet time needs to be at 10:00 at the latest.

Very nice KOA, very clean and well kept. Sad about the water with the algae as we didn't feel comfortable putting our kyacks in the water. My only suggestion is to update your picnic tables. They are in bad shape. Otherwise awesome park!

Very clean campground, nice to have a gas station right there, and so much fun at the waterpark across the street. Our site was fairly level for our RV, although not the area for the picnic table. Nice, easy gravel pull through sites with full hook ups made for easy in and out. Nice playground for the kids. Would stay here again.

We always enjoy camping at the Waterloo KOA as as it’s clean and offers spacious sites.

Needs a bit more lighting and it would be helpful for staff to drive each camper to their spot. We watch people driving around looking for their spot and end up helping them find it.
