We only stayed here for a quick overnight on our drive from Canada down to the Mid-Atlantic Region. The campground was quiet, well shaded due to the forest-like setting and very secluded. We didn’t use any of the facilities but the sites seemed well kept and clean.

Short stay - 1 night- could not get access to wifi - washrooms and showers ( while clean enough ) seem quite old and could use a refresh. Staff encountered were all very friendly and polite and helpful. One other point is the proximity to Fort Drum and noise from there- I realize there is nothing you an do about that but it does exist. Short

We apologize about the internet we are actually trying a new router (fingers crossed) we had had some issues this year but we are working on it. As for the bathrooms after our peak season they will be getting a sprucing up! Thank you for staying with us.

As always had a great stay .staff is friendly and park is quite relaxing. Only down side to stay was the lack of artilley sounds from Fort Drum �

Natural Bridge / Watertown KOA was a wonderful campground with outgoing and helpful front office staff. Very family friendly with many activities to keep all entertained. Highly recommend staying here!

well to start the camp ground didnt have much to offer like things for kids to do, the playground is way to far away from the camps ,web sight very disceaving no , bounce house or no recreational activities for kids to do, it appear to me to be geared toward the single older couples that camp,and some of the pamplets like old McDonalds Farm was way out dated.

Sorry you didnt enjoy your stay during the week, we advertise planned activities only on weekends. No one came up to ask about the area (zoo, shopping, mini golf, go karts, white water rafting, horse back riding, water park, boat tours and beach). We took down all photos of bounce has as it is has been damaged beyond repair. We have yard games for borrow no one inquired about, also indoor pool.

It was quiet and peaceful. Pool was in great shape with lots of beach balls, noodles, dive rings to play with. Playground seems to be well taken care of, I just wish it was closer to the camping area. A fenced dog run would be an awesome addition.

Amazing staff! They were the best staff over our 2000 miles of koa stays the past few weeks. We look forward to many stays in the future with this koa!

Mary a work camper in office was great! She assisted us with relocating within camp and checked on us. It is a very quiet and relaxing facility.

i had booked a tent location in Natural bridge but with the on set of a thunder storm they offered a cabin to me, I gladly took them up on the offer. it was great to charge things and not have to set up an already soaked tent. I can't thank you enough for the experience and service at this campsite!

Ceil is extremely friendly, everyone there was. The sites are large and clean. We wanted to go horse back riding and didn't know where so Ceil went on line and printed out a horse farm for us. The couple there were also friendly and helpful.

KOA directory says they have a camp K9, but they don't

We apologize that there is no park, we do have the dog walk. We have plans to put in the off leash dog park after the holiday this year.

It was quiet where we were, but the sewer was full and we were unable to empty our black or gray tanks.

We apologize for not being able to empty your tanks, this sounds more like a clog in that sewer pipe, as there aren't any other sites around having issues. Had we been notified of the problem during the stay we would have taken care of it.

Very quiet and in the woods but compared to other KOAs this one needs some updating. All in all we still had a nice stay.

Being out of the KOA system for many years, the campground did become a bit rustic. Every year we try to make as many improvements as we can to bring the campground back to its former glory.

The staff at Natural Bridge KOA Watertown N.Y. are very friendly and helpful, We need to stay at the KOA for a couple more days then planed do to a mix up at the next camp site we where to go to, they got right on it and we even got to stay in the same site #. Didn't Have To Move !!!!!!!

Friendly staff, grounds well kept, clean washrooms, nice woodsy area. We enjoyed our swim in the indoor pool. Plan to return and recommend to our friends.

Hello, you were only asked to leave at 2pm (you were in the pool at the time), our check out is 1pm, the site was rented for same day and we had a full park and could not move the incoming camper. You left your son in the pool without supervision, our employee kindly sat with him, until you returned. During your stay your party broke multiple rules and even argued with manager upon check in.

This campground is well maintained and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The site spaces are wide and well treed. this is a great spot if you prefer a more rustic setting for camping.

This was a good campground to stay in. We used it as a base station for our motorcycle trips around the area. Quiet at night and did not hear much of dogs barking.

It was the most expensive KOA that we used during a 2 week holiday. Doubtfull that we will return due to the cost

We are one of the least expensive KOAs in the area, what brought the price up for your stay was the 2 extra adults in your RV. Thank you for staying with us and we hope you enjoyed the rest of your summer.

We stayed from May-Oct and really enjoyed our stay. Area is pretty calm and great for kids. My kids loved that there was plenty of kids to play with and there was always plenty of weekend activities for kids. Owners & staff were friendly. Clean restrooms, pool, laundry, & overall clean campground. Not much to do in the area aside from Bonaparte Lake. The little ice cream shop in town is a must try!

They were Extremely Acomadating..very friendly and the place was very clean. Our 4 legged baby loved being able to run free in the dog pen..we hope to come back another time..we give them 10 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾Up.😊 it was peaceful..and looking up at the trees was a perfect memory..and All of the Staff were very friendly ..give them a call📞☎️📞..
