I’ve always lived in the area but never stayed. It was one of the best experiences my daughters and I have had camping. Very friendly staff we loved all the activities and we will be back.

We had very positive experience. The office was open very late at night and we were thankful, as we came to check in pretty late (11 ism at night). Sheldon was very quick to help, he made sure we had everything we needed. Facilities were clean, we would definitely come back if we are in the area.

The guy at the check in was sarcastic and rude. Cabin was not clean. When I went to office to ask question 4 employees were standing around and all were rude to me. I will never stay their again and would not recommend this KOA. Also was told WiFi works. Tried to watch Netflix on my labtop and kept losing signal.

I apologize but I believe you have rated the wrong campground. We always get compliments on the wifi, on the dates of your stay there were only 3 employees in the entire park, so impossible for 4 to be "standing around"

The staff was good. Earl was friendly and helpful. The issue was the smoke alarm started chirping the second night. Sleep is medically necessary and the whole reason why I paid for a cabin instead of using a tent. The alarm started at 2:40AM and made returning to sleep almost impossible.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are sorry to hear about the smoke detector, unfortunately they are hardwired in so it's not just a removal of the battery, we have since fixed the issue with it. If something like this arises again the managers number is on the map from check in and the office door, please don't hesitate to call.

Very clean, shady, quiet. Responsive staff who have created weekend itineraries with a coin hunt for kids and wagon ride. Kids loved the playground and grassy areas.

Outdated. Needs upgrading at all amenities. Stayed In a cabin which was good but, we were asked to turn down our music at 8pm on a Saturday night...Quiet Hours are 11pm!! 8pm REALLY!! Staff was good but, won't be back...

Very friendly staff! Clean cabin and cozy stay. Indoor pool is fantastic, especially since rain showers dampened other plans. Great little camp ground! We look forward to another visit!

We were looking for a nice weekend getaway. So glad we found Natural Bridge/Watertown KOA. The cabin was cute and cozy. And because of Covid policies, we had our own bathroom. Everything was clean and disinfected even the pool area every hour. It was an amazing weekend! We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Really enjoyed our stay in Kabin 1 and private use of the bathroom. It made us feel very safe and comfortable. Enjoyed our daily walks, nightly campfires, the dog park, the friendly and courteous service, and the indoor swimming pool!!

Visited my brothers camp in the area so we really only slept there. But did use the cabins and showers. Both where clean and the bed comfortable. Which in most cabins isn't so. The place was very quiet and we will be coming back next year. Good job at this campsite!

Cabin was clean, warm and dry. The grill was in great shape along with the fire pit. The employees were friendly and nice. Over all very enjoyable!

Très bon accueil. Il y a un certain besoin de rénovations mais c'est très propre. L'environnement est tranquille malgré quelques bruits de tirs provenant de la base militaire.

Thank you for staying with us, every year we try to make as many renovations as we can, we do have plans to do the office building and the pool building in the following weeks. Unfortunately we can't do anything about the military base, sometimes they are loud and sometimes they are quiet, but we do advertise we are one of the closest campgrounds to Fort Drum.

This is the 5 th year we have stayed at this KOA. Everyone is always so nice and friendly! They offer a lot of activities for the campers. It is kept up and very clean.

If you are looking for a clean, fun place to vacation, especially with kids, this is the place! So much to do for such a quaint little place. The staff is absolutely amazing! As always, the cleanest bathrooms and showers I've ever experienced while camping (including other KOAs). Just an all around great time, would highly recommend!

It was ok... Kids had fun but there was alot of ants like ant hills everywhere and ants all threw the cabin! We had to keep everything in the car! And things i thought were there were not! You need to update website. It was very basic! And i will not return if the ant problem isnt fixed!

Hello, sorry about the ant problem we had not realized, if it was brought to our attention during your stay, it would have been taken care of. "The GREAT KOA one room camping cabin with electric heat. A full size bed and a bunk bed allow these cabins to sleep 4." This is the description from the website I'm not sure what would be missing as the cabin is exactly as described.

We stayed in one of the wooden cabins, i think they are great and so much better than a tent, I wish tou had more cabins. Also, nice to see dogs allowed but some dogs roaming and one dog a bit too big for a small campground. Lovely checkin and checkout people. Great showers and bathrooms

Wonderful campground and staff. We look forward to coming back in a few years to see the changes they've made. It sounds like there are big plans for the place and they are doing a good job so far. Recommendation to have a mini fridge in both cabins, we were upset to learn K1 had one and we did not for our 5 night stay.

Hello. Thank you for staying with us! The fridge in cabin 1 was a trial to see if it was in demand as it does take up the limited floor space. Adding the fridge to the other cabin will definitely be added to the list of upgrades.

A lot of mosquitoes!!!! The staffs are being bias to our group. Our kids can not enjoy because they are always watching our kids unlike other kids! We left early because what is the point of staying if you're not allowed to do anything fun being that we are always being watch. We are a regular customer of koa and this was our first time we've been treated like this!!

Hello, sorry you felt you were being singled out but your group kept speeding when told multiple times not to, your children were riding bikes through others campsites, almost hitting a sewer a hose. You had guests kept coming without registering in the office. Multiple times staff came down and tried to get the kids to participate in activities. Sorry you felt singled out for breaking rules.

The Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We rented a cabin and it was very clean. HOWEVER.....Upon check in, the staff informed us that due to a recent test of the water supply we could not use any of the water. They supplied enough bottled water to brush our teeth etc. but did not feel comfortable using it for a shower so it was very inconvenient. We still paid full price!

Sorry for the inconvenience, the lab we send our test results to got our test mixed up with another sample taken in, there was never anything wrong with our water, but the state did not allow us to say so.

Another amazing camping trip thanks to the staff. Friendly & accommodating to the children and adults! Definitely will be back with ...and without kids ..either way...excellent experience! Highly recommend.

We stayed from May-Oct and really enjoyed our stay. Area is pretty calm and great for kids. My kids loved that there was plenty of kids to play with and there was always plenty of weekend activities for kids. Owners & staff were friendly. Clean restrooms, pool, laundry, & overall clean campground. Not much to do in the area aside from Bonaparte Lake. The little ice cream shop in town is a must try!

They were Extremely Acomadating..very friendly and the place was very clean. Our 4 legged baby loved being able to run free in the dog pen..we hope to come back another time..we give them 10 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾Up.😊 it was peaceful..and looking up at the trees was a perfect memory..and All of the Staff were very friendly ..give them a call📞☎️📞..
