If you are looking for a clean, fun place to vacation, especially with kids, this is the place! So much to do for such a quaint little place. The staff is absolutely amazing! As always, the cleanest bathrooms and showers I've ever experienced while camping (including other KOAs). Just an all around great time, would highly recommend!

The only thing I really hated about this trip is that it was over too soon. I have never met host nicer than the people here. Big sites. Great pool although a tad warm. Yes there were bugs but that should be expected due to the location. I just kept a small campfire going all the time and it was just fine after that. Some noise coming from Fort Drum at night but that didn’t bother us at all.

Mgr was extremely helpful in getting me electrical assistance in getting my RV repaired.

No one assisted me in placing my trailer..... Arriving to the campgrounds before my group any help is soooo appreciated! It as it is one reason I’ve chose KOA. Other than that it was a very nice campground.

The sites were large with 40 plus year old large trees through out the campground. We had plenty of room even when the camp ground filled up on the weekend. The management was very helpful and couldn't do enough to make our stay pleasant. Their working long hours getting their park in tip top shape. It will only get better in time from what I had seen from the staff of the campground.

Awesome and family/pet friendly campground. Awesome staff members who were very helpful. Full hook ups for RVs/travel trailers! Close to several fun Adirondack adventures. We hope to return next season.

We really liked the KOA, the location was good, the campground was neat and tidy, the owners were excellent people but we rated it low for a couple of reason. The reasons are beyond the control of the owners. Fort Drum was the most unexpected part of our stay and the mortar rounds all night long on Friday was a little too much for us. A screen tent for the deer flies is necessary.

Unfortunately, we can't control the military base, and we do advertise that we are one of the closest campgrounds to the base, however we are glad you enjoyed the campground!

Another nice stay. Have yet to be disappointed with this park or the staff .Its my kind of park love it and can't wait until our next visit.thanks Brian and all the staff .

We did find some of the rules to be a bit tedious. We are a family of seven and when friends came we were given a hard time. My little boy was made to get out of the pool because of the shirt he was wearing under his life jacket. The owner was great but one employee was a bit excessive with rules.

Rules are put in place to keep everyone safe and happy, what would it be like without rules? We do have occupancy laws that we have to follow which allows 8 people per site, unless another is rented to accommodate extra people. As for the pool, the cotton fibers from things like t-shirts or other clothing clogs the filters resulting in improper circulation of water making the pool cloudy.

Great activities for the kids (bingo, scavenger hunt), very friendly and helpful staff. Great site size (#36), quiet campground. Loved our stay!

Despite rainy weather we had an incredible time. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The park and facilities were very well maintained. We will be returning to this KOA. Thank you for being so inviting.

Great campground it is peaceful and quiet . Brian and staff are very friendly . I don't understand the bad review this koa has received from complaints about the weather ,bugs ,and the noise from the military base . It's camping there will be bugs ,the weather is not controllable ,and as far as Fort Drum noise ,that is why you are able to camp and do what you do it's the sound of freedom.

The showers burned my grandson. While taking a shower someone flushed the toliet and the water turns scalding hot. It did the same to myself and sister. The heater should be adjusted or a sign should be up. The pool needs to be updated.

It was ok... Kids had fun but there was alot of ants like ant hills everywhere and ants all threw the cabin! We had to keep everything in the car! And things i thought were there were not! You need to update website. It was very basic! And i will not return if the ant problem isnt fixed!

Hello, sorry about the ant problem we had not realized, if it was brought to our attention during your stay, it would have been taken care of. "The GREAT KOA one room camping cabin with electric heat. A full size bed and a bunk bed allow these cabins to sleep 4." This is the description from the website I'm not sure what would be missing as the cabin is exactly as described.

We had a great stay! The workers were very friendly and they offered activities all weekend long that were a blast for the kiddos! Even the ones that cost $$ were only a few dollars. Very reasonable! We loved the pool, it was HUGE! We highly recommend staying here! We will be back next year for sure! My only complaint would be not to book a site right next to a full hookup site. Smelly when hot!

Owners go above and beyond to provide activities for children. Restroom was clean. Pool was clean. Prices in the store were good. Overall fantastic stay!

We stayed from May-Oct and really enjoyed our stay. Area is pretty calm and great for kids. My kids loved that there was plenty of kids to play with and there was always plenty of weekend activities for kids. Owners & staff were friendly. Clean restrooms, pool, laundry, & overall clean campground. Not much to do in the area aside from Bonaparte Lake. The little ice cream shop in town is a must try!

They were Extremely Acomadating..very friendly and the place was very clean. Our 4 legged baby loved being able to run free in the dog pen..we hope to come back another time..we give them 10 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾Up.😊 it was peaceful..and looking up at the trees was a perfect memory..and All of the Staff were very friendly ..give them a call📞☎️📞..
