Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Great lucation for us!! An additional bathroom near the far end of campground would be very useful for the campers at that end of campground. We loved it here otherwise!

Of course, it was off season, but it was quiet and clean. The office staff was very helpful with suggesting places to visit and what to see.

Great, quiet KOA. Fantastic sites, extremely spacious, under nice shade trees! Only stopped here for one night when we were passing thru in September, but we will certainly be back to camp for a longer time another summer. Also, hosts were very friendly and helpful about using my KOA rewards.

The site was spacious and wooded. The camper across the road (50') had to yipping dogs left unattended for at least four hours and we had to listen to them bark for 4 solid hours. (not the campground's fault). The indoor swimming pool was out of order during our stay.

This is such a peaceful and quiet campground. Very clean and the entire staff is so friendly and helpful. This is KOA'S best kept little secret!

The campground is very nicely wooded. The sites are generally large so there is no feeling being crowded. Even during the busy Labor Day weekend the campground seemed quiet and restful.

Four dollars per person for gust that visit over 30 minuets BS.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The $4 is to cover the cost of the supplies the guest uses. They use the bathrooms covers water, toilet paper, paper towel cost. They use your bathroom covers extra usage on sewer cost, use the pool, go to cost of chemicals they burn off, activities goes towards supplies used. Hope this clears it up

The people who run this KOA are wonderful. The sites are roomy and clean. It is a quiet campground.

Spent a long weekend here. Arrived on friday by friendly staff, enjoyed the full hookup site. Pretty much levelled already. They had events planned for kids teens all weekend and my teens looked forward to the events. They had a family hotday and beans lunch, wad nice to socialize with others. Only thing i would change is they should try putting in some premium sites at the back of park!

We have traveled from California to NY and this one of the top five campgrounds out of about 75 we have stayed at.Large sites.Wonderful host and owner and had plenty of activities for the campers.Thanks for a wonderful stay

Unfortunately, on Holiday weekends the WiFi will be slower than normal at one point we had 30+ devices connected. Next season our company will offer faster speeds to this area so hopefully we will see a boost!

This campground was very nice and clean and the people were all very friendly and wanted to help us if we needed help backing into our site or setting up. It is very close to the Thousand Islands to go for the day or if you wanted shopping its close to Watertown. Good location need to have more KOA signs up before you reach it cause all of a sudden you see the sign and the driveway is right there.

Unfortunately being on a "scenic route" we are limited to what signage we can put up on the roads.

Once again Brian & Amber have outdone themselves with a hotdog cookout for the entire campground. All the things they do for their guests will keep bringing us back for as long as they are running the show.

Let me start by saying that the staff are way over the top.Everyone was sooo helpful from the beginning. So the only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that the sights we stayed in were dirty from the evergreen trees. Now this is not the fault of the staff but some stone in the sights would make them much nicer, both times we stayed we had a torrential downpour and our site flooded every time.

Lovely park, esp if you like isolation. The only problem we really have with this park is the lack of KOA directional signs - there is only one - at the entrance to the park. More signs would a great improvement - along Hwy #3 & Hwy #3A

Management very and responsive attentive to needs. Quiet peaceful sites. Suggestions: improve cabins, instal wooded swings like in other KOA

The campground itself was lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The campground us just very far from any amenities (grocery store, pharmacy ect)

I apologize for the confusion. All needed shopping is only 12 minutes away in Carthage by taking a right on route 3 and following it for 9 miles. Have a great summer

We stayed from May-Oct and really enjoyed our stay. Area is pretty calm and great for kids. My kids loved that there was plenty of kids to play with and there was always plenty of weekend activities for kids. Owners & staff were friendly. Clean restrooms, pool, laundry, & overall clean campground. Not much to do in the area aside from Bonaparte Lake. The little ice cream shop in town is a must try!

They were Extremely Acomadating..very friendly and the place was very clean. Our 4 legged baby loved being able to run free in the dog pen..we hope to come back another time..we give them 10 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾Up.😊 it was peaceful..and looking up at the trees was a perfect memory..and All of the Staff were very friendly ..give them a call📞☎️📞..
