It is a very quite campground which is different from what we are used to. The indoor pool is nice, and kept clean so we enjoyed that very much. We were a little further away from the playground than we hoped, but overall if was a nice stay.

Campsites are fairly large, leveling may be a problem on some. Pool is nice Manager very friendly The A-Frame bathroom need attention. Voltage dropped to 105V and AC could not work.

We booked online 3 people. $43 a night. Then when we arrive we learn extra $8.00 per night. So a extra $16.00 for our stay. Can't put a tent up on site. Extra charge for additional person to stay in our camper. I can see if it were for a cabin. I don't know if this is how KOAS operate. But very disappointed with extra charges for RV site. Your campground is very nice but not happy this time

Nice, level, shaded sites. Store was not staffed all day long. Mosquitos were a huge problem. Staff was very friendly.

Nice people and very clean campground. Our spot had the sewer draining up-hill (that was an impossible mess). Not sure why they don't put a code on the pool instead of having to be buzzed in, but I'm sure it's insurance or something.Bathrooms could use some updates, but they were clean. Not too keen on the outhouses throughout the park. It served our purposes and we would probably stay again.

Although a coded lock on the pool door would be more convenient, we find the buzzer makes it much safer for us to stop unsupervised children from entering. We have plans for more improvements in the near future. Look forward to seeing you in the future.

Beautiful quiet grounds and super friendly staff. My husband and I were sad to leave and wish we would have booked for longer than one night. Luckily we don't live too far away, so we will definitely be back! For those who plan on staying at this KOA, please be equipped for mosquitoes. They weren't too bad for us, but other reviewers have also made this suggestion.

The owners were friendly and accomodating. The showers were clean as was the park. WiFi worked well. Can't ask for much more.

Very clean. No garbage anywhere! No debris. Grass and landscaping very well maintained

Staff and owners go above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable and fun. Very friendly enviroment. Good size playground and inflatable bouncy house for the kids, and the indoor pool was clean and at a good temperature.

Il y a beaucoup de pratique de l'armé tout près. Donc plein de bruit de canon, de mitraillette, d'hélicoptère à base altitude. Mais les emplacement son très bien, lâaccueil est parfaite, très beau arbre et terrain.

Even with the noise from Fort Drum it was still pretty peaceful. Not a lot to do in the immediate area but it wasn't too far to drive to Alex Bay. TV throughout the campground would be nice. The owners are very friendly and accommodating

Natural Bridge is one of our favorite KOA's. The pine forest is beautiful (yet was incredibly buggy on our recent visit...just needed a little extra bug spray), the pool has been nicely freshened up, the new park was a hit with our kids, as are the numerous activities. The staff are friendly and one of the many reasons we love visiting. Highly recommended and will be back!

The mosquitos were completely unreal. I mean I understand bugs are out in the summer but WOW! Other then that the place was clean and nice

Best koa I have ever been to. Great sites (46) super clean grounds, friendly people, great facility and great activities. Scavenger hunt, coin hunt and wagon rides are great our 2 yr old loved them. 100% recommended. We will be back

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Natural Bridge KOA. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn't give five stars was the lack of Cable TV, but I understand that's a personal preferance. We will stay there again when visiting our son at Ft. Drum.

Friendly people. This is a quaint site, a little tight for big rigs but we were able to position our 42footer with our tow vehicle in place with very little problem

Pretty trees and great wifi but that's about it. Nothing for kids...basketball court is grass and volleyball has no net. And didn't enjoy being awakened every morning by explosions and gunfire from nearby Fort Drum. We won't be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Natural Bridge/Watertown KOA. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We took part in the weekend activities and our kids had a blast! We will definitely be back!

Nice quiet weekend except for the big guns nearby. I wasn't impressed by the DJ show, mostly because of the loudmouth drunk. A frame bathroom lacked toilet paper. Glad I brought my own. Site was very large and clean.

Very nice camp ground with activities for the kids and sometimes for adults. The only draw back was the bathroom could have been a little cleaner and I think they should offer trash pickup for campers maybe have a certain time of day to have your trash out by the site and have the tractor come around and pick it up. But all in all we had a great time!

Junk yard next to us. I was at site 55. Site 56 had an old rusted trailer with tires off & car on it. Site was very unleveled. My front jack up all the way, rear tires off the ground. my 5th wheel only 34' long. The rest of the campground very nice, clean.& mostly leval.

Advertised as Natural Bridge - which is no longer a structure and the 1000 was over an hour away- vey disappointed in the unlevel site and gnats made it impossible to sit outside

Sorry the name of the town is Natural Bridge, we do not advertise ANYWHERE that there are caverns in the area. Unfortunately, we can't change the name of the town we are located in. We also have no control if the owners of the property still have advertisements online.

StorE was closed 1 to 3 every day. Pool is very old, can only get in when store is open. Bounce castle was only up and running twice when we were there

Very nice clean campground with all the amenities. The campground was really quiet on the Sunday night we were there with just a few RVs on site. Staff was excellent and pool was warm and fun for the kids. Bikes were also available to rent and the kids enjoyed them.

This was our first time staying at a KOA. The owners were wonderful and the campground has huge spacious Lots! Pictures don't do it justice highly recommend

We stayed from May-Oct and really enjoyed our stay. Area is pretty calm and great for kids. My kids loved that there was plenty of kids to play with and there was always plenty of weekend activities for kids. Owners & staff were friendly. Clean restrooms, pool, laundry, & overall clean campground. Not much to do in the area aside from Bonaparte Lake. The little ice cream shop in town is a must try!

They were Extremely Acomadating..very friendly and the place was very clean. Our 4 legged baby loved being able to run free in the dog pen..we hope to come back another time..we give them 10 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾Up.😊 it was peaceful..and looking up at the trees was a perfect memory..and All of the Staff were very friendly ..give them a call📞☎️📞..
