We really enjoyed our stay, the campground was very clean with a nice size pool and water play area for the little ones. Would definitely recommend to friends and family to stay here.

The KOA was in a wonderful location, the workers were fantastic and went above and beyond, grounds beautiful were well kept, pool was great for the kids…… the train ��

This was our second stay at this particular KOA. The first being 15 years ago which was really good. This time around we were very close to the tracks which can't be helped or changed, BUT I would highly recommend that site #2 be removed & NA . No campsite should ever be so close to a K9 dog park. No one wants to smell dog poop while relaxing at a fire or trying to sleep. Otherwise, all was okay.

Quiet yet close to all excursions. Trains came through regularly and were a bit loud, but I actually enjoyed watching them go by.

We liked our stay but the campsites are very small and not lots of room to move around. Also, they need a pancake breakfast like they do at other KOA’s. The place was clean and the staff took care of anything you needed. We would go back but would want a different site.

Cleanest and most helpful. Helped us with air to our tires and gave us 2 extra garbage bags. Campers were friendly too. You can tell they took pride in their work!

Loved our cabin! We stayed in the newly built deluxe model. Staff were great and accommodating! Convenient location, too. Wish it wasn’t near train tracks though!

We stayed in a charming cabin just minutes away from all the Dells attractions. The pool was perfect for the kids while I relaxed on the rocking chair provided. :)

My boys, aged 2 & 4, had such a great time. Lots of kid friendly activities for them to enjoy. My family loved the KOA and would definitely stay there again! Great location too!

We enjoyed our stay at KOA in Wisconsin Dells, all the staff was very friendly and Polite.. would recommend this place to everyone who likes camping.

The Management as whole was lacking experience in handling MINOR complaints about ants around the campsite. A teenager, Management's daughter was left at Front Desk, and had no Temperament for customer relations. The Managers (husband & wife) chased my wife down with there Golf Cart and berated her for making their teenage daughter cry. (She was not crying when my wife left the front office.)

Everything was great except the bathroom or toilet area. Most of the time I used they were dirty. The shower area was fine.

Great price. Love the events you offer for kids. Love the wood/ice & trash pickup service. My location was a bit smaller than I would have expected, barely enough space to fit my tent and the car, but we made it work. I already had mentioned, my site was very rocky too. It would be nice to have some cheap mirrors in the bathrooms, and a place to set your belongings/clothes while you shower.

Great campground. The rv sites were everything we needed and even had cable tv and wifi available. The store had quite a selection of things you might actually need. The pool and splash zone was great for kids. And there are sinks, restrooms and showers if you need them. We stayed near the entrance and a train track is close. Lots of trains come by. If you don't like trains ask for a site in back

Location is very convenient for any Wi Dells activities! Well maintained & clean, staff very friendly. Sites were VERY small. Kids were also disappointed in the splashpad which was on a 15 minute on/15 minute off cycle. Would much prefer a user button to stay on while in use.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The nature of splash pads is they do not run the entire time. It is hard on equipment and pumps and is not feasible. Thank you for staying!

Check in was kind of rough we drove all night and couldnt get to check in cause it was to early and being first time campers we had to ride around for two hrs which wasnt yo good. But it was a adventure. But other then that we had a great time the guys helped out alot. Thank you

Check in time is at 1, I apologize we couldn't accommodate sooner but as check out is 11 we have a short window of time to mow, and clean up sites for you to enjoy your stay better.

Very enjoyable the staff were friendly, the showers and bathrooms were very clean. The texting convenience for more firewood and bagged ice delivered to your campsite was awesome! The kids enjoyed the pool/ splashpad. We will definitely come again.

We had a great space, I love the quiet time, helps with the little ones when they are ready for bed. We were def looking forward to the heated pool but the heater was broken so we didn’t get in at all. It’s nice that they offer to take the wood to your site. Friendly people, great service. I will come back for sure.

We were only there for a quick overnight, but the staff were incredible, the facilities were clean and accessible, and we enjoyed our stay.

The new built bathhouse was not working and the portable bathroom was not properly maintained nor stocked. The outdoor kitchen/dishwashing station did not have regulated hot water. The bathhouses that were in working order were not properly vented to allow airflow. The staff and pool area were nice and the campsites were very shaded with trees which was great in a popup camper.

Overpriced, bathrooms were closed (supposedly due to fire in winter??) why haven’t they been rebuilt?, internet sucked, no reception. sites were small for price paid.

With covid and getting contractors it's been impossibly hard getting it rebuilt. We finally have our 3rd bathhouse open. It's been difficult I'm sorry your stay was subpar and we hope you give us a try again!

Me and my family have been staying at the KOA for a couple of years now . We usually always checkout and are able to park our car and use the pool after , we want to enjoy before we drive almost 4 hours back to Chicago . The worker at the front just said “no” and didn’t ask around or anything. We probably will be looking for another spot to stay at next summer . She always had a bad attitude

With how busy everything is we cannot accommodate late check outs, and additional cars on the campground etc. I apologize for the poor experience but this is policy for our campground. Thanks for staying!

Everything was nice. The only complaint is the train constantly coming by. Having a pop-up camper you I can really hear it. Would want the furthest campsite from them, next time we stay.

It was great the people were so nice I loved that a guy helped direct me into my spot, that was an awesome service. It was very clean and well kept. I will be back in the future.

Made spontaneous plans to join my brother-in-law for an overnight at this KOA location in Wisc. Dells on their last weekend of the season 2021. It was a very clean facility. Our tent site was right across from my brother-in-law's RV site, which were both right by the bathrooms/shower house (lit up very nicely in the evening). People were respectfully quiet and we had no problems with this KOA. Would return in the future if opportunity arises. Enjoyed dinner at Culver's and strolling through downtown and walking along the Wisconsin River. Because it was the end of the camping season, it was not very crowded downtown at all and shops were closed for season or closing earlier due to it being October. Our trip was intended for camping purposes really, to just relax, but it was nice that the downtown area, shopping and restaurants were all nearby - should you want to come in the summer. FYI, if it matters to someone, there is a freight train track that runs along Stand Rock Rd, so you can hear it, but to us, we hardly noticed. Had a great stay during the weekend at one of the small cabins that had no bathroom. It wasn't an issue because the bathrooms were close, and each stall was its own room with its sink and dryer included, as well as the shower stands. There is a store that carries all the main camping essentials, including firewood and ice. There is also a laundry and game room. The small cabin we got was big enough for the 3 of us, as well as my dog. The park is close to the town center. We had no issues with the train track next door, the cabins have an A/C that would diminish the sounds of any train passing by. The only thing that would maybe bother some is that the sites were pretty close to each other.

I really loved this campground! We were at site 87. I love the trees, the patio, and the patio furniture we got with our site! The staff was very friendly, they even came around to warn everyone of possible rain/wind. The park was super clean and it was a little smaller which was nice! I know others mentioned a train I only heard it a total of three times and it was faint. I also loved the location! Super close to everything yet it was really wooded you felt like you were in the middle of no where. They also are dog friendly, everyone had their pups in leashes or in a pet fence and they all cleaned up after them. I definitely recommend this place!
