We had a very enjoyable stay. Staff was very helpful. Very nice campground.

My site was nicely located without close neighbours and close to the bathroom. Exactly what I needed.

Felix and Victor were very helpful. Laney was very knowledgeable about hiking in the area. Bathrooms were very good, however, they could have had some type of accessories to set things on other than the floor. Great experience still.

The campground and our site was very clean. The workers were overly accommodating and made our stay simple and easy. I will definitely be coming back.

The only complaint I have is the noise of the Amtrak train that runs next to the campground and although the bathrooms looked clean they had a strong smell of urine. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

With the exception of the periodic freight trains disrupting our sleep, it’s in a great location and well maintained.

Our site was just what we needed and Campfire Kevin sealed the deal!

Was great despite the weather but that's not something we can control. Always a good time here. 4 years in a row we've camped here. Can't wait to come back again next summer.!

We loved our time at the KOA in the Dells! The only moment that wasn't perfect was when a couple checked in to the site right next to ours while there were three empty sites not next to us. The couple seemed confused by and uncomfortable about the decision--we just thought it wasn't necessary with so many vacant sites around.

Our tent site for 6 people was incredibly small, we couldn't set up more than 2 of our chairs once our tent was up. When asked if we could upgrade to a cabin due to impending severe weather we were told "No, unless one of you goes home" I wouldn't recommend to families with teens or tents. But if you're in an RV/have children under 10 it would be great. Rock painting & movie was fun.

Everything was great until campers across from me parked in my spot.

TOO CROWDED!!. NEEDS LOTS OF REPAIRS. TENTING AREA ALL DIRT!! DANGEROUS FOR SMALL CHILDREN..THERE IS A DROP OFF WHERE THE TENTS ARE SUPPOSED TO SET UP.STEEP HILL..DANGEROUS!! THERE IS A "SEMI" FENCE THAT NEEDS REPAIRS TO KEEP CHILDREN AWAY. STAIRS TO THE UPPER BATH HOUSE NEED REPLACING.APPARENTLY THERE WAS A FIRE LAST WINTER IN THIS BATHHOUSE. THEY ARE WORKING ON IT..SO NO BENCH OR MIRRORS AVAILA

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I apologize your stay was not up to par, we are going to fix all tent pads to have woodchips for next year as with the shade and use its too hard to keep grass. I assure you our guests safety is of utmost importance to us as we continue to improve the campground.

Is a great clean place. I just think the sites are kind of small. I will like more space.

Our stay was not ideal. The train that went through the night next to the site was very disruptive to our sleep - especially for a family with young children. The bathrooms often smelled and were dirty. And the sites were very close to other sites, and sadly we were near people with very vulgar conversation. It was not worth the price compared to the cleanliness and experience of a state park.

Staff was friendly. Disappointed with the bathhouses. They were never clean (it didn’t matter what time or which one we tried. They were dirty.) Bathrooms need more ventilation, they were miserably hot. Staying in level 3 there was not an easy one to get to. The “cut through” path we were told to use was dangerous with loose gravel & uneven. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Everything was fine besides, it said we had a grassy tent pad...well it was a rock tent pad...everyone slept on rocks. Would have been nice to get a warning, not tent pad or grass on our site to put the tent on...only rocks. The upper restroom the one of the doors does not actually lock. Someone walked in on me while I was in the there, the lock was pushed all the way in too.

Quiet time was supposed to be at 10pm, people had loud music until 2am. No one was checking, the tent spaces were horrible. I felt as if they were racists. We waked around the whole campground and Hispanics were with only Hispanics horrible area. I will NEVER go back here!!!

Fire pit has not thing to grill on, We had to ask for it few times before they got it. Restroom is cleaned but smells. Bought too many fire woods, not able to return them.

Had an employee tell our kids that they were being to loud, which is inappropriate. The issue is that the employee should've told an adult not a child so it could be addressed. Besides this issue I guess the complain came from another camper which in all honesty they were up late being a bit loud themselves but we didn't think anything of it. Our kids were honestly just happy to be camping.

The site was not the size we reserved we had it set for 6 tents with 6 motorcycles and didn’t have room for that. Was told we would have grass for the tents and we had to tent on gravel.

We only stayed for one night, but everything was great! Instructions and information was explained clearly and all of the staff was very friendly. Bathrooms ands showers were well kept and the rest of the grounds appeared in order. Although we didn't partake, we loved the activities offered and text info sent about them daily. Thanks again!

13 scouts and adult leaders from Scout Troop 402 from Miamisburg, OH stayed at the Wisconsin Dells KOA going to and from Ely, MN. The facilities were great and the staff was very accommodating to our changing schedule. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended KOA!

I arrived on a Monday afternoon for a 6 night stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was taken to my campsite and set up. We had water nearby if needed. The camp dish washing stations where a major bonus for me as i normally use propane to heat water. 3 different bathrooms set throughout the camp grounds for convenience. My kids had a great time at the gaga pit every evening!

We had a nice campsite near the trees and bathroom. Parking near the tent was a little tricky but we didn’t want to have to walk a ways to the car every time we needed something so we just made sure we were parked before dark so we didn’t have to worry about the huge rocks. The kids loved the big playground and water play area. Very nice staff. We enjoyed the kids movie. Lots of fun!

Made spontaneous plans to join my brother-in-law for an overnight at this KOA location in Wisc. Dells on their last weekend of the season 2021. It was a very clean facility. Our tent site was right across from my brother-in-law's RV site, which were both right by the bathrooms/shower house (lit up very nicely in the evening). People were respectfully quiet and we had no problems with this KOA. Would return in the future if opportunity arises. Enjoyed dinner at Culver's and strolling through downtown and walking along the Wisconsin River. Because it was the end of the camping season, it was not very crowded downtown at all and shops were closed for season or closing earlier due to it being October. Our trip was intended for camping purposes really, to just relax, but it was nice that the downtown area, shopping and restaurants were all nearby - should you want to come in the summer. FYI, if it matters to someone, there is a freight train track that runs along Stand Rock Rd, so you can hear it, but to us, we hardly noticed. Thanks for your hospitality, Wisconsin Dells KOA Holiday!

Had a great stay during the weekend at one of the small cabins that had no bathroom. It wasn't an issue because the bathrooms were close, and each stall was its own room with its sink and dryer included, as well as the shower stands. There is a store that carries all the main camping essentials, including firewood and ice. There is also a laundry and game room. The small cabin we got was big enough for the 3 of us, as well as my dog. The park is close to the town center. We had no issues with the train track next door, the cabins have an A/C that would diminish the sounds of any train passing by. The only thing that would maybe bother some is that the sites were pretty close to each other.

I really loved this campground! We were at site 87. I love the trees, the patio, and the patio furniture we got with our site! The staff was very friendly, they even came around to warn everyone of possible rain/wind. The park was super clean and it was a little smaller which was nice! I know others mentioned a train I only heard it a total of three times and it was faint. I also loved the location! Super close to everything yet it was really wooded you felt like you were in the middle of no where. They also are dog friendly, everyone had their pups in leashes or in a pet fence and they all cleaned up after them. I definitely recommend this place!
