The campground was five stars it was awesome the only thing that sucked that needs to be addressed is the internet is garbage I have stayed at two and a half star campgrounds with better internet than this KOA otherwise very friendly staffed the guy that brought my firewood and took me to my campsite was Top notch...

The campground attendants were very helpful, friendly and concerned with the comfort, appearance and safety of the campground. Our site was clean, in great condition and easy in and easy out.

My site was nicely located without close neighbours and close to the bathroom. Exactly what I needed.

Everything was great. We can't always stay at KOA because usually we have our dogs, and their breed isn't allowed at KOA unfortunatly.

We love KOA's but just wish they would realize that bigger travel trailers need space to back so get rid of obstacles. You can't watch for a tree on one side and then try to watch for a small bush, which ended up being a tree stump that was broken off with branches growing out of it, and a gulley. Needless to say missed the tree and gulley but slashed a tire on the tree stump. Cut the stump down!!

Beautiful & spacious spots. Ride our bikes to old town. Loved how private and clean the bathrooms/showers are. Super kind people & awesome patios!

The workers were very pleasant. We had an issue with our RV and needed a ladder and they were very accommodating and helpful.

Felix and Victor were very helpful. Laney was very knowledgeable about hiking in the area. Bathrooms were very good, however, they could have had some type of accessories to set things on other than the floor. Great experience still.

We only stayed for one night, traveling South. But this would definitely be a campground I would come back to! Nice, big sites with lots of trees for shade. Super clean facilities as well. Front desk staff was very friendly, checking in a breeze. It's close to town, yet very quiet. Loved it!

Our site was right next to the railroad tracks so trains passed all night. The spot itself was nice and the people at the campground were very nice and refunded us some money for our stay since we had a family emergency and had to leave a day early.

Staff was friendly and helpful. First site (61) was horrible and not level. They gave us a much better one. Online this KOA says they have highly rated restrooms. Wrong. Disliked the unisex bathrooms because men have poor aim. Every rest room smelled like urine. All week. They were never bleached or thoroughly cleaned. Never during our 5 day stay. Also, there is NO counter space in the bathrooms.

Great place. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Asked at the office about propane and was told I would have to drive up to the tank, then let the office know and they would send somebody over. Got to the tank, and one of the employees showed up before I could get out of the motorhome. Once completed they just billed my credit card without my returning to the office.

Yes campground is close to downtown and attractions. The problem is they are directly next to a train track. If you ask the staff how often the train goes by they will say it isn’t a set schedule or don’t really notice it. Truth is, it my not be on a schedule but it runs several times a day and night (1am, 3am 5am). The tracks are 20 yards away from some sites so the trailer gets a good shake!

While we had full hookup the price at the KOA seems to be the highest price of anything in the area the sites are very small and there's a train going through every half hour right behind the campsite and I will not return

We were just passing thru and stayed one night. Access off the highway was easy. Check in was quick, easy and pleasant. Staff led us to our site and directed us as we backed in and showed us the hook-ups. Much appreciated. Bathrooms and showers were neat and clean. Could use a bench and more hooks in shower areas. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Convenient to all attractions.

Service was great overall, especially Sarah. She did great in helping me with all phases of my trip. Only complaint was the cleaning of the restrooms and showers. Floors weren’t swept and they didn’t smell clean. Use a cleaning product.

Made spontaneous plans to join my brother-in-law for an overnight at this KOA location in Wisc. Dells on their last weekend of the season 2021. It was a very clean facility. Our tent site was right across from my brother-in-law's RV site, which were both right by the bathrooms/shower house (lit up very nicely in the evening). People were respectfully quiet and we had no problems with this KOA. Would return in the future if opportunity arises. Enjoyed dinner at Culver's and strolling through downtown and walking along the Wisconsin River. Because it was the end of the camping season, it was not very crowded downtown at all and shops were closed for season or closing earlier due to it being October. Our trip was intended for camping purposes really, to just relax, but it was nice that the downtown area, shopping and restaurants were all nearby - should you want to come in the summer. FYI, if it matters to someone, there is a freight train track that runs along Stand Rock Rd, so you can hear it, but to us, we hardly noticed. Had a great stay during the weekend at one of the small cabins that had no bathroom. It wasn't an issue because the bathrooms were close, and each stall was its own room with its sink and dryer included, as well as the shower stands. There is a store that carries all the main camping essentials, including firewood and ice. There is also a laundry and game room. The small cabin we got was big enough for the 3 of us, as well as my dog. The park is close to the town center. We had no issues with the train track next door, the cabins have an A/C that would diminish the sounds of any train passing by. The only thing that would maybe bother some is that the sites were pretty close to each other.

I really loved this campground! We were at site 87. I love the trees, the patio, and the patio furniture we got with our site! The staff was very friendly, they even came around to warn everyone of possible rain/wind. The park was super clean and it was a little smaller which was nice! I know others mentioned a train I only heard it a total of three times and it was faint. I also loved the location! Super close to everything yet it was really wooded you felt like you were in the middle of no where. They also are dog friendly, everyone had their pups in leashes or in a pet fence and they all cleaned up after them. I definitely recommend this place!
