Me and my wife had a very nice stay.

We really enjoyed the premium sites with the round tables which we used for playing cards. We also like the individual shower rooms. Your location near the train is my only complaint.

My family Loves your camp grounds, Friendliness of all Staff, very clean showers and restrooms, The delivery you offer to your campsite. Also your staff works very hard to keep the grounds clean, this is 10 stars by itself. You and your staff can be very proud of the job you have done. I will see you next year at the same time same site.

Great place to stay. We have been there several times before when the previous owners were there. We did miss seeing them, however the new people were nice .

Very Clean and Friendly.

The KOA camp itself was great. So much space between sites. Not like some places we’ve been where spaces were 10’ or less apart. I estimated our site to be at least 40’ feet on one side and 50’ on the other side. But, I can’t recommend this park to anyone. Our site had train tracks 60 yards away. Trains ROARED through at 1 am. 3 am..3:30 am..the same morning! It was awful. Reall

The personnel were the most helpful in every way. We stayed as a camping experience and found the rules to be fair and the accommodations first rate.

Very nice stay but very busy. Campgrounds were very clean and staff very helpful.

Friendly staff. Pool was closed while the rest of the Dells still had them open. Very short pad and no shade. Steep climb to campsite. Train made my camper vibrate alot when it passed.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

It is the SOP of 9/10 parks to close their pool after labor day. Noah's ark the largest waterpark in the world closes labor day, it is advertised on our website and I apologize but we have to schedule winterization with a very busy vendor.

Love it here. Clean, quiet and beautiful.
Sep 20, 2021
Very nice clean spot. Employees were super friendly and loved that we were put by other adults with out kids. We went to get away from the kids. Very nice stay. Will be back.
Sep 20, 2021
The park was well maintained, however the spots are entirely to close together on the level behind the office. No room to hardly put a lawn chair up once the neighbor puts out a slide and of course the noise was crazy being that close, be left a day early because of it.
Sep 20, 2021
The campground was nice and clean but my site was right on the road and a very short distance from the train tracks. Between the traffic and train noise and shaking the camper, sleep was difficult

Again the stay was good accept it was a bad smell in the water at my site and I have use that site all of my stays most of the time and not to impress with the office staff

We had a great time at KOA in the Dells. This was our first camping experience. Staff was very helpful. Our site was nice. The showers and baths were clean and nice with hot water. Checking in was super easy. We were also a 2 minute drive to downtown Wisconsin Dells. We will be back! Lori & Doug

we have a very nice and relaxing weekend. KOA staff was very nice and helpful. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. i was very impressed with how well the staff did their jobs. People are going to give a lower rating due to the railroad track and trains that go by but in reality it is not the KOA's fault. After a couple of days it really didn't bother us too much. we still have a great time

Sites are too close to each other. Not fond of being so close to railroad track and the rumble of the trains. Lights were too bright coming from the bathhouse building.
Sep 18, 2021
I was put right next to the screaming kids in the park. No one was supervising the high pitch screaming. Never never again will I be put near a playground. My mistake..booked to late

It was very good

I am happy staying there . Very clean and friendly .
Sep 16, 2021
The train tracks were on the other side of the road behind us. However, clean, easy check in, friendly front desk help and very nice to be close to everything downtown Dells.

Very nice campground to stay at.

Fabulous campground
Sep 14, 2021
Check in was good. Friendly staff. Even prime spots are very small/tight. Our picnic table was beside the neighbors sewer hook up. A lot of noise from the Dells Main Street.

I would have given a 4 rating before the Campground reached out to us before we left. They were very responsive to our comments regarding opportunities for improvement and this gives us the feeling that they are always ready to listen and make necessary changes. Hence giving them the highest rating.

The people that work there are always nice. Was a very nice relaxing weekend. will visit there again next year

The camp ground was nice. Our cabin was great as there were no steps up to the cabin and there was a nice patio for the table and firepit. Campground staff was friendly. The only thing that would have been better is to have handicap buttons to open the handicap bathrooms and showers. Great place, nice activities. Trains go by but didn't bother us. We will go back.

Staff very helpful and friendly. We had a nice wide pull through spot. The dog park is a big plus! The facilities were nice and clean.

Sites are small.

Everyone was amazing and friendly loved that someone shows everyone to there site and makes sure they get in good wish other koa’s did.

The campground was clean and the check-in process was quick. Our site was in a wooded area with tall pine trees. The only reason I wouldn't recommend this campground is that there is a fairly busy train track nearby, so during the night it was noisy and our RV would shake when a train roared past. This is not the fault of the KOA, but I will probably pick a different campground next time.
Sep 13, 2021
The staff was very friendly and we appreciated the fact that they helped us back into our site. However, I do not think we will be staying here again. We were 2 sites from the road and the train tracks and really did not like getting woken up at 3am every morning with the camper shaking because we were so close. Too bad because it's a nice campground. Just too close to the trains.

Staff need to be more friendlier. I’ve never been to a KOA where the safe doesn’t say hi, ask how our day doing, ask if we need help or etc…The employee act like they don’t want to be there. There is nothing for the kids to do. The park needs a big improvement. Sight are to crowded and on top of each other. You being next to a train track is a big killer but if you had more activities for

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

As children are in school past labor day, our activities usually are less as we have mostly adults at the campground. During the in season we have plenty of weekend activities.

Our site was very cute and designed well for families. The bathrooms/showers were incredible and the staff was friendly. We will be making KOA campgrounds our go to from now on.
Sep 13, 2021
The campground and our site was very clean. The workers were overly accommodating and made our stay simple and easy. I will definitely be coming back.

Friendly knowledgable helpful staff. I like the remodel on the shower house, the shower stalls see a little bigger which was a needed improvement. Please update your Wifi to handle more devices. I was unable to use it until the last day of my stay when the park was near empty. Also I suggest the fire pit for the site adjacent to 74 be moved more into that site.

Made spontaneous plans to join my brother-in-law for an overnight at this KOA location in Wisc. Dells on their last weekend of the season 2021. It was a very clean facility. Our tent site was right across from my brother-in-law's RV site, which were both right by the bathrooms/shower house (lit up very nicely in the evening). People were respectfully quiet and we had no problems with this KOA. Would return in the future if opportunity arises. Enjoyed dinner at Culver's and strolling through downtown and walking along the Wisconsin River. Because it was the end of the camping season, it was not very crowded downtown at all and shops were closed for season or closing earlier due to it being October. Our trip was intended for camping purposes really, to just relax, but it was nice that the downtown area, shopping and restaurants were all nearby - should you want to come in the summer. FYI, if it matters to someone, there is a freight train track that runs along Stand Rock Rd, so you can hear it, but to us, we hardly noticed. Thanks for your hospitality, Wisconsin Dells KOA Holiday!

Had a great stay during the weekend at one of the small cabins that had no bathroom. It wasn't an issue because the bathrooms were close, and each stall was its own room with its sink and dryer included, as well as the shower stands. There is a store that carries all the main camping essentials, including firewood and ice. There is also a laundry and game room. The small cabin we got was big enough for the 3 of us, as well as my dog. The park is close to the town center. We had no issues with the train track next door, the cabins have an A/C that would diminish the sounds of any train passing by. The only thing that would maybe bother some is that the sites were pretty close to each other.

I really loved this campground! We were at site 87. I love the trees, the patio, and the patio furniture we got with our site! The staff was very friendly, they even came around to warn everyone of possible rain/wind. The park was super clean and it was a little smaller which was nice! I know others mentioned a train I only heard it a total of three times and it was faint. I also loved the location! Super close to everything yet it was really wooded you felt like you were in the middle of no where. They also are dog friendly, everyone had their pups in leashes or in a pet fence and they all cleaned up after them. I definitely recommend this place!
