My only issue was that site 12 was very unlevel. It needs some gravel added which would be an easy fix. Otherwise, nice facilities!!

Everything was good untill I rented 2 bicycles and my grandkids could not ride them as they needed work, Another of you workers told my grand daughter he saw her ride it about 20 ft and they would not give her money back.A total of $8.oo for a not good review. Alice Weber

Kamping Kabin was perfect for our family of 2Ad 1 Child 1 infant. It was clean, cute and ours was in great location. Showers and bathrooms were maintained and clean. Staff was hospitable. Love dishwashing area. Pool hours for summer should open earlier for families with kids. Office store was bonus. 1mile from Downtown Dells. Great location. Train by site annoying but drowned out after awhile.

Staff who does not care about customer satisfaction. I was actually hung up on by the manager after being told to pack up and leave BEFORE check out for expressing my concerns because she did not agree with me. She claimed I yelled but had no reason to. Her response to my concerns...she was not there to hear it so nothing can be done. Poor management, rude staff and small site are why its a no.

The sites were a little close together for my liking but the staff was incredible. They were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Overall our stay was great! Staff was friendly and helpful and we loved being able to “order” ice and firewood delivered to our site! The pool was cold and our site was quite small, but aside from that it was a great vacation! My only other suggestion is to add a shelf and somewhere to set your things in the restroom. There was only a hook and nowhere outside the shower to set your clean cloth

Location great, but price too high. Staff helpful/nice. No parking spaces at office/store. Our site was good, except for the incline to get in it. Our tow bar scraped badly on pavement. We didn't use either, but we liked the clean propane grill and fire pit. We also liked the concrete slab, large window for trash pickup & recycle. Should take 2 minutes to install a couple hooks in shower room.

Good stay. Only major issue was WIFI. Was told by employee it is residential router which is why it was non existent.

Our first time staying at the KOA Everything was great good service, clean bathrooms and showers. They also have little activities of there own which is great because the kids get entertained. I appreciate how they accommodated our families . We had a great stay. Thankyou!

We had a magnificent time staying here. The cabins are nice. The ac was cold. The bathrooms were separate rooms which we really like the privacy. The staff were awesome. We will stay here again.

We loved our time at the KOA in the Dells! The only moment that wasn't perfect was when a couple checked in to the site right next to ours while there were three empty sites not next to us. The couple seemed confused by and uncomfortable about the decision--we just thought it wasn't necessary with so many vacant sites around.

The small cabin with a bathroom was perfect for our family of four as our kids tried camping for the first time! The campfire pit & grill were great amenities at our site! Kids loved the pool and splash pad!!

We stayed at one of the deluxe patio sites, it was wonderful, plenty of space and lovely patio furniture. When we visit again we will definitely be staying at the deluxe patio sites. Wonderful stay!

High Prices. Minimal to non-existent WiFi. We were directly across from the playground, very noisy. Made it difficult to relax outside with a book or music. Would stay again but would request another site away from all the noise. Rated 3 because of WiFi, site location and the $90 plus a night on a weekend.

Although this campground is close to lots of attractions, it leaves much to be desired. No hot water in the shower our first night, dirty bathrooms, and small lots. The Dells is a great place to visit, but next time we'll find a different campground!

Very nice KOA with a lot of things to do nearby. Every employee that we worked with was friendly and kind. Great Customer Service and definitely would return to this location as well as recommend to others.

We had a very good experience at Wisconsin Dells. We were able to have a fire in a firepit. Had lots of room to walk our dog. Very quiet at night.

Made spontaneous plans to join my brother-in-law for an overnight at this KOA location in Wisc. Dells on their last weekend of the season 2021. It was a very clean facility. Our tent site was right across from my brother-in-law's RV site, which were both right by the bathrooms/shower house (lit up very nicely in the evening). People were respectfully quiet and we had no problems with this KOA. Would return in the future if opportunity arises. Enjoyed dinner at Culver's and strolling through downtown and walking along the Wisconsin River. Because it was the end of the camping season, it was not very crowded downtown at all and shops were closed for season or closing earlier due to it being October. Our trip was intended for camping purposes really, to just relax, but it was nice that the downtown area, shopping and restaurants were all nearby - should you want to come in the summer. FYI, if it matters to someone, there is a freight train track that runs along Stand Rock Rd, so you can hear it, but to us, we hardly noticed. Had a great stay during the weekend at one of the small cabins that had no bathroom. It wasn't an issue because the bathrooms were close, and each stall was its own room with its sink and dryer included, as well as the shower stands. There is a store that carries all the main camping essentials, including firewood and ice. There is also a laundry and game room. The small cabin we got was big enough for the 3 of us, as well as my dog. The park is close to the town center. We had no issues with the train track next door, the cabins have an A/C that would diminish the sounds of any train passing by. The only thing that would maybe bother some is that the sites were pretty close to each other.

I really loved this campground! We were at site 87. I love the trees, the patio, and the patio furniture we got with our site! The staff was very friendly, they even came around to warn everyone of possible rain/wind. The park was super clean and it was a little smaller which was nice! I know others mentioned a train I only heard it a total of three times and it was faint. I also loved the location! Super close to everything yet it was really wooded you felt like you were in the middle of no where. They also are dog friendly, everyone had their pups in leashes or in a pet fence and they all cleaned up after them. I definitely recommend this place!
