I’m so sorry. I don’t like giving negative reviews. The train was awful. The bed literally bounced for several minutes at a time, all night long. And the cabin was not very clean, I get it, that it’s “camping”, but for the price we paid, I would expect a very clean cabin and a fresh roll of TP in the bathroom upon arrival. You might consider replacing the floors with something you can sa

Camp ground needs some updating for the price that was charged. Sites are very close together. Train the first night was very loud but got used to it. I will be back. Just knowing the above.

this is a great campground for families with children. the staff is very helpful and friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and I also like the texting feature if you need an ice or Firewood you could just text it and then bring it to your site Definitely we'll be staying at this koa in the future

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and ready to help serve in any way. It's clear that they work hard to keep the park clean. We will be staying here for our next visit. So glad we discovered it!

Lots of campfire smoke made it difficult to have open widows at night. Nearby busy train tracks literally shook the ground but did not disturb our sleep. Full hookups, nice showers. Lots of kids on bikes and in the swimming pool.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The grounds are kept very clean and the pool was amazing! We will definitely be coming back again. The only down side was the train tracks across the street but that wasn’t enough to ruin our stay

The KOA staff and site was spot on. Friendly greeting and clean grounds all around. The pool was inviting and well maintained. I love trains and the rumble of the freight trains running right next to our site was fun……at first. The night time trains were a bit much but hey what the heck. Choo-Choo!

The campground has a very friendly staff and is very clean. There could be a couple more places for the kids to play in :)

Wonderful park. Super clean. Amazing staff. The playground was great. The one thing I didn't really like was the splash pad was on a timer that was 10 minutes on, 10 minutes off. Which made it difficult to keep my younger children away from the big pool for that time. We would definitely stay there again!!!

Sites were tight along with roads. Had to position 5th wheel so our slide didn’t hit neighbors awning. But connections were not in the middle of your site to trip over. Staff was snotty, especially one young lady. They drove too fast guiding you in & one staff almost hit my husband & dog going at least 20mph. Never received apology & since narrow roads were not 1 way the speed is a danger factor

Location is ideal to shops, etc. The site was level and easy to back in. Pool was small but nice. Showers were clean and comfortable but there were only 5 toilet rooms for many campers in our area. Camp was crowded and every time we were in, someone was banging on the door. Overall, I would stay here again.

The pool was freezing cold! Honestly not the fault of the campground but some of the guest’s at the pool (kids/teens) were terrible and the parents paid no attention. Foul language and whipping a ball with small kids nearby that absolutely could have hurt them. Terrible

Friendly staff, nice facilities- bathrooms need a good deep clean and refreshing, they smell like urine even after the cleaners are done. Our cabin was clean, but the beds had food all over in the cracks

We had the BEST time there. Very clean. Staff was very friendly. I like that I was texted about any updates/ bad weather. Pool was great but really cold. Kids loved the splash pad and game room.

We arrived for late checkin after hours. When we entered the cabin there was a lot of sand/dirt on the floor and we had to sweep, there was white dog hair on our bed, and the mattress on the double bunk was as hard as the wood floor. We did appreciate the tidy laundry room and that it was open late. Our neighbors had very loud music, the cabins are super close with no privacy, no porch swings.

The only negative about the campground and KOA's in general, too close together. No privacy at all. Our fire ring was four feet from the neighbors camper. Well run and very clean though.

Enjoyed everyday! Kid friendly and perfect location for our family. Only thing is we were close to the other campers sewer output.

The stay was great! Close to everything the Dells has to offer, but it felt like we weren’t in the mix of it all. We loved the texts about inclimate weather. The pool and small splash pad were perfect for the little ones. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic campground. We actually would love to come back. The Dells is a pretty great area although a wee bit touristy. The only criticism I have is they didn’t fill their toilet paper in the bathrooms enough.

Loved grill, patio, and quiet. Took off star as we had to take off our car as pull through so short. So not ver efficient for pulling in and out for one night stay due to travel. Very tight campground even for our 31 foot MH. Great for in woods camping feel for families.

Made spontaneous plans to join my brother-in-law for an overnight at this KOA location in Wisc. Dells on their last weekend of the season 2021. It was a very clean facility. Our tent site was right across from my brother-in-law's RV site, which were both right by the bathrooms/shower house (lit up very nicely in the evening). People were respectfully quiet and we had no problems with this KOA. Would return in the future if opportunity arises. Enjoyed dinner at Culver's and strolling through downtown and walking along the Wisconsin River. Because it was the end of the camping season, it was not very crowded downtown at all and shops were closed for season or closing earlier due to it being October. Our trip was intended for camping purposes really, to just relax, but it was nice that the downtown area, shopping and restaurants were all nearby - should you want to come in the summer. FYI, if it matters to someone, there is a freight train track that runs along Stand Rock Rd, so you can hear it, but to us, we hardly noticed. Had a great stay during the weekend at one of the small cabins that had no bathroom. It wasn't an issue because the bathrooms were close, and each stall was its own room with its sink and dryer included, as well as the shower stands. There is a store that carries all the main camping essentials, including firewood and ice. There is also a laundry and game room. The small cabin we got was big enough for the 3 of us, as well as my dog. The park is close to the town center. We had no issues with the train track next door, the cabins have an A/C that would diminish the sounds of any train passing by. The only thing that would maybe bother some is that the sites were pretty close to each other.

I really loved this campground! We were at site 87. I love the trees, the patio, and the patio furniture we got with our site! The staff was very friendly, they even came around to warn everyone of possible rain/wind. The park was super clean and it was a little smaller which was nice! I know others mentioned a train I only heard it a total of three times and it was faint. I also loved the location! Super close to everything yet it was really wooded you felt like you were in the middle of no where. They also are dog friendly, everyone had their pups in leashes or in a pet fence and they all cleaned up after them. I definitely recommend this place!
