Very clean campground and cabin! We had everything we needed for a terrific and relaxing stay! ALL staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. We've stayed here several times and have never had any problems. Thanks for another great visit!

Was disappointed that I couldn't get WiFi, I'm a realtor and conduct a lot of business while I'm camping and hated that I had to go to Starbucks daily to do my work. Every time I went pass the billboard with the free wifi sign it made me crazy.

Staff wasn't very friendly. Bathrooms were smelly, pool hours were bad. The pool opened late and closed early. Stair on cabin was unlevel and I hurt my foot

They sent a couple helpers out to block traffic and get in our spot. We told the helps that we would prefer to back ourselves in but they insisted they should help. My wife and I have a system and they just caused problems. The sites are right on top of each other. My sewer was in the neighbors site. I waited until we were leaving to dump and tried to be as careful as possible. Train within 50’

Area was clean, packed with people, nothing special about the sites but they were level and hookups worked. There was a train that came by right next to the station but thankfully not too loud. Bathrooms were poor - just as claustrophobic as the ones on the RV with inconsistent water temperatures. Pool area was nice but too small for the crowd of people playing.

This campground is one I will definitely return to. Sites were shaded and lots of trees. Bathrooms at our end were new and very clean. We did not use the pool so we can not rate that. Lots of activities for families. Everyone was very friendly.

Sites were wide and very accomodating. We enjoyed our stay, however the water temps in the shower were not consistent.

Beautiful campground... kids had a blast with the pool and Gaga ball! Close enough to get to town but tucked away in the trees .. very nice! Very clean, laundry open 24 hours super convenient, Felix the night guy escorted us to our spot as we came in late at night, also delivered ice to us ... Great place, loved our stay

Very clean campground! Staff was very attentive. Plenty of amenities and close to attractions. The camp store had everything we needed. Pool was good. Facilities were clean. Plenty of cabins throughout. The proximity to the busy train tracks was the only complaint.

We have been staying with you for 30 years, and it has always been good. This last trip the only complaint and I do understand that the new bath rooms were not complete, at the same time. I would like to point out that they were HOT, the little tiny ventilation fans and no AC in there made for very HOT little rooms.

Everyone we spoke to or asked a question was very courteous. Well maintained grounds and pool area. Very clean campground. We stayed in the B&O railroad cabin. Very nice. Definitely will stay there again.

Quiet time was supposed to be at 10pm, people had loud music until 2am. No one was checking, the tent spaces were horrible. I felt as if they were racists. We waked around the whole campground and Hispanics were with only Hispanics horrible area. I will NEVER go back here!!!

Site 38. You did hear the trains, it did not bother us. Wifi could definitely be better. The pool/splash pad area was pretty clean. Overall it was a great time.

Dont stay unless u want to be right next to a train track where trains come through often. And want to be packed in like sardines and have no space. Nothing like eating meals on top of your neighbors sewage hose. Sad that you have to be told or to let your neighbors know that your going to be cleaning out your sewage while they are eating breakfast.

Fire pit has not thing to grill on, We had to ask for it few times before they got it. Restroom is cleaned but smells. Bought too many fire woods, not able to return them.

The staff was very accommodating... picked up trash off campsite and delivered fire wood. Our campsite was next to a railroad track, and was quite busy. We didn't mind it though. We made reservations in advance and they allowed a one night stay instead of two. We were close to the action at the Dells. We would stay again!

Had an employee tell our kids that they were being to loud, which is inappropriate. The issue is that the employee should've told an adult not a child so it could be addressed. Besides this issue I guess the complain came from another camper which in all honesty they were up late being a bit loud themselves but we didn't think anything of it. Our kids were honestly just happy to be camping.

The site was not the size we reserved we had it set for 6 tents with 6 motorcycles and didn’t have room for that. Was told we would have grass for the tents and we had to tent on gravel.

Campsites very close together.. train runs very near & shakes whole rv and was the most expensive KOA so far on our journey. Definitely not worth the money

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Our site was fine. A few things that would have made it better for our stay: a changing table, at least in the handicapped restroom; wood hops rather than sand (sooo messy) on the playground; toddler swings. The location, very near to the Dells attractions, was great. And there were very, very few mosquitoes. The trains at night were annoying.

If I come back with just my husband I would ask for a site away from sand area. Just too noisy. It was great for the kids though.

Disappointed that the Casino shuttle was not available as advertised. We chose this KOA for that reason. We could have stayed at the Casino’s park for a lower rate + had fun at the casino Bathrooms not working was also a setback

I apologize that the casino discontinued their service. I will update the webpage as we were unaware, Dells does have lyft, uber and taxis however for the future! Thanks for staying

Staff were great, site had adequate space, utilities were flawless. The very active train tracks were occasionally an issue, especially when a train rattled our coach. Close to the activities in the Dells. Staff work very hard to provide a good experience.

It was great...bathrooms were surprisingly clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. Only suggestions is wifi...there was no wifi and we needed this for our stay.

This is a very friendly and clean campground. The kids really enjoyed the playground. Our family loves hiking so it would have been nice to have some paths to hike on. The staff was wonderful and very helpful.

Made spontaneous plans to join my brother-in-law for an overnight at this KOA location in Wisc. Dells on their last weekend of the season 2021. It was a very clean facility. Our tent site was right across from my brother-in-law's RV site, which were both right by the bathrooms/shower house (lit up very nicely in the evening). People were respectfully quiet and we had no problems with this KOA. Would return in the future if opportunity arises. Enjoyed dinner at Culver's and strolling through downtown and walking along the Wisconsin River. Because it was the end of the camping season, it was not very crowded downtown at all and shops were closed for season or closing earlier due to it being October. Our trip was intended for camping purposes really, to just relax, but it was nice that the downtown area, shopping and restaurants were all nearby - should you want to come in the summer. FYI, if it matters to someone, there is a freight train track that runs along Stand Rock Rd, so you can hear it, but to us, we hardly noticed. Had a great stay during the weekend at one of the small cabins that had no bathroom. It wasn't an issue because the bathrooms were close, and each stall was its own room with its sink and dryer included, as well as the shower stands. There is a store that carries all the main camping essentials, including firewood and ice. There is also a laundry and game room. The small cabin we got was big enough for the 3 of us, as well as my dog. The park is close to the town center. We had no issues with the train track next door, the cabins have an A/C that would diminish the sounds of any train passing by. The only thing that would maybe bother some is that the sites were pretty close to each other.

I really loved this campground! We were at site 87. I love the trees, the patio, and the patio furniture we got with our site! The staff was very friendly, they even came around to warn everyone of possible rain/wind. The park was super clean and it was a little smaller which was nice! I know others mentioned a train I only heard it a total of three times and it was faint. I also loved the location! Super close to everything yet it was really wooded you felt like you were in the middle of no where. They also are dog friendly, everyone had their pups in leashes or in a pet fence and they all cleaned up after them. I definitely recommend this place!
