Friendly staff, nice facilities- bathrooms need a good deep clean and refreshing, they smell like urine even after the cleaners are done. Our cabin was clean, but the beds had food all over in the cracks

We arrived for late checkin after hours. When we entered the cabin there was a lot of sand/dirt on the floor and we had to sweep, there was white dog hair on our bed, and the mattress on the double bunk was as hard as the wood floor. We did appreciate the tidy laundry room and that it was open late. Our neighbors had very loud music, the cabins are super close with no privacy, no porch swings.

Stayed in 4 person cabin. Nice cabin, but could have been a little cleaner. Floor was gritty - I understand that sand was around so it could be transmitted to cabin, but not on first day. Didn't appear to have been swept and should have been mopped especially with covid still around. Bathroom needed a good cleaning. Husband took sanitized wipes and cleaned it. Freezer needed defrosted.

Great location close to the Dells activities. Great campground! Staff was excellent. Personable and professional!! We stayed in Big Ben cabin. Very nice. Air conditioners work great! It had a small refrigerator. The “only” area of improvement for that cabin would be a bigger refrigerator, but I know that it is a space issue. Overall , very nice cabin and facilities!!!

Enjoyed our stay. We were in the RV camping section and the rest of the family was in cabins which were clean and they were satisfied with their stay also. When registering we appreciated the cabins and RV spot were fairly close together. Appreciated the pool opening early after a rainy day the day before. One thing would be to provide extra garbage bags in the cabins.

They pack you in on top of each other. The trains keep you awake all night and the manament is extremely rude.

The owners at the Wisconsin Dells KOA strive to make your stay enjoyable. We have stayed here a couple of times and both have been great experiences. The owners and staff work hard to accommodate each campers needs. I highly recommend the Wisconsin KOA as a vacation location.

We rented a deluxe cabin. It was very nice and accommodating for our party of 8. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. Campground very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

The check in for the cabins it’s really late, The lady that help us check in it’s very mean and unfriendly, then the people that stayed in front of our cabin very loud late night and early morning… Sarah help me to change my reservation by phone and check out she is the best very nice young lady…

We stayed two nights in a camp cabin. I was pleasantly surprised it had a mini fridge. Also appreciated the AC. My few critiques are, beds are almost as hard as the floor, and access to drinking water could be clearer.

The Wifi never worked for us in our cabin. They told us we hit our time limit which was impossible bc we could never get on. They need a consulting firm to come out and access their IT Infrastructure. Also the drain in the shower was very slow and the cabin wasn't as clean as in the past. Otherwise we loved it and that's why we always come back.

4th visit to this KOA was just as fun as we remembered. Staff are kind and helpful, facilities well maintained. It’s so nice to be just around the corner from Dells activities, easy to come back for meals and a quick rest. We’ll be back!

Really enjoyed our stay. Only concern is bathroom cleanliness. Bathrooms often had strong urine odor and had toilet paper strewn on floor. Showers were better.

We had a great stay I think tent sights could me more spaced out and quiet hrs need to be really enforced we had one bad night where families came back late and were so loud tell midnight we had to go over and tell them ourselves to be quiet we should have not do that security should but otherwise we had an awesome stay!!

The cabin was very clean and the staff was very accommodating and helpful! Our only issue was that the campground was a bit crowded, but it was setup in a way that made it seem like it wasn’t.

Very clean campground and cabin! We had everything we needed for a terrific and relaxing stay! ALL staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. We've stayed here several times and have never had any problems. Thanks for another great visit!

Staff wasn't very friendly. Bathrooms were smelly, pool hours were bad. The pool opened late and closed early. Stair on cabin was unlevel and I hurt my foot

We have been staying with you for 30 years, and it has always been good. This last trip the only complaint and I do understand that the new bath rooms were not complete, at the same time. I would like to point out that they were HOT, the little tiny ventilation fans and no AC in there made for very HOT little rooms.

Everyone we spoke to or asked a question was very courteous. Well maintained grounds and pool area. Very clean campground. We stayed in the B&O railroad cabin. Very nice. Definitely will stay there again.

We had a family group of 16. 1 RV site, 1 camper cabin, and 3 deluxe cabins. Everyone had a great time and thought the accommodations were perfect. The kids had lots of activities to choose from and the adults enjoyed the nights around the cabin fire rings. Overall, it was a fantastic week and we would definitely stay at the Dells KOA again!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin for 6 nights. It was incredibly clean, as were the communal bathrooms and showers. The kids loved the pool and splashpad, though the water was a bit cold in the pool for them. We appreciated the communication via text messages for events and storms. We would certainly return if we camp in the dells again.

Staff were available anywhere and anytime we needed them. The bathrooms seemed clean (the one time I looked.. we had a deluxe cabin so we did it actually use them). The campground was nice but some sites seemed very tight. The pool chairs were worn and ready for replacement but otherwise clean pool area. We would come back if we had a choice of site and wouldn’t pay for the deluxe cabin again.

Very friendly staff! Clean bathrooms was a little disappointed that the cabin floorplan showed a microwave in the cabin but upon arrival we found out they didn't have one. Other than that the stay was fun and quiet which we like. They have a nice pool and splash pad. I think they should add a R/C car track for guests to drive their r/c cars. We stay here often and will stay again. We love KOA

Staff was the best anywhere we have stayed. Sites were difficult, train and noisy road boarder property and that was really loud and annoying. Too much money for all the noise all night from train.

It was a great stay except for the storm that hit us on the 14th which was our last night there. And it scared two people in our cabin because they have autism and they can’t handle that kind of sound. I liked how we got text messages saying where to go if there was a tornado spotted and earlier in the day before the storm warning us that it was coming and to make sure we had everything done.

Quiet yet close to all excursions. Trains came through regularly and were a bit loud, but I actually enjoyed watching them go by.

Made spontaneous plans to join my brother-in-law for an overnight at this KOA location in Wisc. Dells on their last weekend of the season 2021. It was a very clean facility. Our tent site was right across from my brother-in-law's RV site, which were both right by the bathrooms/shower house (lit up very nicely in the evening). People were respectfully quiet and we had no problems with this KOA. Would return in the future if opportunity arises. Enjoyed dinner at Culver's and strolling through downtown and walking along the Wisconsin River. Because it was the end of the camping season, it was not very crowded downtown at all and shops were closed for season or closing earlier due to it being October. Our trip was intended for camping purposes really, to just relax, but it was nice that the downtown area, shopping and restaurants were all nearby - should you want to come in the summer. FYI, if it matters to someone, there is a freight train track that runs along Stand Rock Rd, so you can hear it, but to us, we hardly noticed. Had a great stay during the weekend at one of the small cabins that had no bathroom. It wasn't an issue because the bathrooms were close, and each stall was its own room with its sink and dryer included, as well as the shower stands. There is a store that carries all the main camping essentials, including firewood and ice. There is also a laundry and game room. The small cabin we got was big enough for the 3 of us, as well as my dog. The park is close to the town center. We had no issues with the train track next door, the cabins have an A/C that would diminish the sounds of any train passing by. The only thing that would maybe bother some is that the sites were pretty close to each other.

I really loved this campground! We were at site 87. I love the trees, the patio, and the patio furniture we got with our site! The staff was very friendly, they even came around to warn everyone of possible rain/wind. The park was super clean and it was a little smaller which was nice! I know others mentioned a train I only heard it a total of three times and it was faint. I also loved the location! Super close to everything yet it was really wooded you felt like you were in the middle of no where. They also are dog friendly, everyone had their pups in leashes or in a pet fence and they all cleaned up after them. I definitely recommend this place!
