Loved our cabin! We stayed in the newly built deluxe model. Staff were great and accommodating! Convenient location, too. Wish it wasn’t near train tracks though!

We stayed in a charming cabin just minutes away from all the Dells attractions. The pool was perfect for the kids while I relaxed on the rocking chair provided. :)

My boys, aged 2 & 4, had such a great time. Lots of kid friendly activities for them to enjoy. My family loved the KOA and would definitely stay there again! Great location too!

Everything was great except the bathroom or toilet area. Most of the time I used they were dirty. The shower area was fine.

Very clean, the staff was friendly and worked hard to keep the campground clean. Bathrooms and showers were clean. All around great campground.

Me and my family have been staying at the KOA for a couple of years now . We usually always checkout and are able to park our car and use the pool after , we want to enjoy before we drive almost 4 hours back to Chicago . The worker at the front just said “no” and didn’t ask around or anything. We probably will be looking for another spot to stay at next summer . She always had a bad attitude

With how busy everything is we cannot accommodate late check outs, and additional cars on the campground etc. I apologize for the poor experience but this is policy for our campground. Thanks for staying!

This was our first time staying at the Wisconsin Dells KOA and we enjoyed our 3 night stay in a Deluxe Cabin. We usually stay in town but wanted a change this time. We rented a cabin at a St. Louis KOA a few years ago so we knew we would enjoy it and we did. it's a lovely site with easy access to the Dells and all it's offerings. The staff was friendly, helpful and had everything we needed.

I really enjoy our stay! The only complaint is the bathrooms. They were not as clean. I understand that it was a really time a year to visit, but overall everything was well. I really appreciated the air conditioner in cabin.

Very clean facility, and our kids loved the pool and splash pad. Friendly and prompt service from all staff, and it was close to all the Wisconsin Dells activities!

We had a great stay! Cabins were clean, kids had fun in the pool! Staff picked up garbages each morning! Everyone was nice! The only thing I did not appreciate was that they did not tell us ahead of time that the bathrooms had burnt down by us, and that there were no showers. We picked these sites specifically for people in our party who needed a close bathroom and shower. Very hard and inconveni

I enjoyed staying at this campground it was very clean and they did a good job of having people respect others and follow rules. The campsites around my cabins were a little close and no place to park but it was still fun. The sign on the road says heated pool and it’s the cold is full I’ve ever felt.Overall fun time.

I stayed in Big Ben and it was great! The cabin was very clean. I wasn’t expecting towel service which was great! I wished I had a bigger frig with a feeezer and a bigger shower head. But overall it was great and I have already recommended it to a couple friends! I will stay here again for sure.

First time at KOA and I will definitely come back ,great place if you like the outdoors, My Family and Brother's Family absolutely loved it our kids are ready to come back next year , service was pretty good everything is nearby ,Laundry room available at very fair price little shop provides you with most of quick emergencies + more Thanks KOA till next year

We stayed in a cabin! All the staff was friendly and very helpful! Loved it when office was closed and they still had crew delivering ice and would! The rest rooms and other areas were clean! Definitely staying again!!

We really enjoyed ourselves. However, 2 of the women were very sore from sleeping on the bunkbeds, they referred the bunkbeds to sleeping on the floor. I've stayed at your KOA many times and I truly love it there. Thank you.

Overall a really wonderful stay! We stayed in Kabin 2A and there was a smell of trash all the time. Loved the pool and splash pad. Showers and bathrooms were clean.

We enjoyed our short stay very much. Our cabin, Big Ben, was immaculately clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and the only thing missing were grilling tools. We were amazed at the cleanliness of the gas grill on our patio also. We would definitely stay at a KOA cabin again in the future. Our only disappointment was the WIFi was very weak, non-working most of the time.

We will be back!! We had a large group of 6 cabins 9 adults 14 kids. We all want to make it an annual thing but might come back in a months or two. Great customer service, great amenities just great all around!

It was our first time at this particular koa. We rented one of the cabins. We were extremely shocked as to how much room was in the cabin for a family of four. We are considering renting here again next year.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. My family of four stayed in the “Mum” cabin. The kids loved the bunk beds. The pillows seemed new. The place was clean enough for a campground. The pool and splash pad were really a nice touch! My only gripe is that the bed was listed as a queen, but it was actually a full size bed. My husband slept on the futon. No problem, just wasn’t what I expect

Made spontaneous plans to join my brother-in-law for an overnight at this KOA location in Wisc. Dells on their last weekend of the season 2021. It was a very clean facility. Our tent site was right across from my brother-in-law's RV site, which were both right by the bathrooms/shower house (lit up very nicely in the evening). People were respectfully quiet and we had no problems with this KOA. Would return in the future if opportunity arises. Enjoyed dinner at Culver's and strolling through downtown and walking along the Wisconsin River. Because it was the end of the camping season, it was not very crowded downtown at all and shops were closed for season or closing earlier due to it being October. Our trip was intended for camping purposes really, to just relax, but it was nice that the downtown area, shopping and restaurants were all nearby - should you want to come in the summer. FYI, if it matters to someone, there is a freight train track that runs along Stand Rock Rd, so you can hear it, but to us, we hardly noticed. Had a great stay during the weekend at one of the small cabins that had no bathroom. It wasn't an issue because the bathrooms were close, and each stall was its own room with its sink and dryer included, as well as the shower stands. There is a store that carries all the main camping essentials, including firewood and ice. There is also a laundry and game room. The small cabin we got was big enough for the 3 of us, as well as my dog. The park is close to the town center. We had no issues with the train track next door, the cabins have an A/C that would diminish the sounds of any train passing by. The only thing that would maybe bother some is that the sites were pretty close to each other.

I really loved this campground! We were at site 87. I love the trees, the patio, and the patio furniture we got with our site! The staff was very friendly, they even came around to warn everyone of possible rain/wind. The park was super clean and it was a little smaller which was nice! I know others mentioned a train I only heard it a total of three times and it was faint. I also loved the location! Super close to everything yet it was really wooded you felt like you were in the middle of no where. They also are dog friendly, everyone had their pups in leashes or in a pet fence and they all cleaned up after them. I definitely recommend this place!
