Your campground is very nice, but I would not stay there again due to the proximity of the railroad. Trains were running all night long.

Check in process wasn’t that perfect! I had an unpleasant exchange with Kim Roberts because the other Mature lady who checked me in made a mistake/ screwed up regarding campsite number & it was already occupied when we got there. The rest rooms/ shower rooms adjacent to our sites were not usable as it wasn’t finished at all. Restrooms are very Important/staple esp if Campground is fully booked

I apologize for the mixup at check-in. The bathouses on the upper level are under construction due to the former building burning down. We can only go as fast as our contractor builds. Thanks, Alan

we love staying at this campground, my daughter really loves it, i just wish the pool wasn't so cold even though it says heated, but other than that no complaints!

Cute campground very close to all the Dells area attractions. Bathrooms are unisex often had pee on the floor. Might consider cleaning more often or adding more bathrooms. Campsites are perfect size and we appreciated having a concrete pad in a back in site.

We only spent one night but were placed in site that was nothing but dirt..there was a more grassy empty site right next to us. It didn’t have that real trimmed up feeling that I’ve experienced at other KOAs but again, just one night is hard to gage.

On your website and brochure states WIFI at each site LIE AND false advertising. $88 A NIGHT for an RV site with no T Mobile service e. We could not open our canapy as we were sandwiched with our RVs. NEVER AGAIN

Our bathhouse burned down, slow contractors and suppliers have caused a standstill. I apologize, we're working on it as quickly as possible.

Very nice campground with very level sites and easy access to all the Wisconsin dells attractions. It was nice that staff picked up garbage. Would definitely recommend and would go back!

Everyone is super friendly. The campground is very nice with lots of trees and a good variety of rv sites and tent sites.

The staff was great, there was always someone around to help or answer questions. Sites are pretty small, but that’s probably par for the course in the Dells. Trains didn’t bother us, but you can hear them. Would stay again!

My family has been coming to this KOA campground for 15 years. After staying this weekend I noticed some changes. The staff did not appear to be as friendly as before and the campground seemed like it could use some updating. Location is still great, but miss that family friendliness as there was before.

The stay went well. The amenities are pretty standard. The site was easy enough to back into and the help from the staff to guide was appreciated. More directional signs for traffic flow would have been nice for exiting, and the narrow, single lane that is both entrance and exit for the hill area was a bit nervous-inducing. Firewood was a bit overpriced. Otherwise, good place to stay.

Pleasant & helpful staff. Fun activities. Site was big & level. However, the road in our loop was very narrow % made parking a challenge. The electrical & water hookups were at the front which meant to hook up I couldn't back my rig all the way in. Nevertheless this is a nice well run and clean campground.

We loved this KOA! We had the first spot to the left when you pulled in and it was very large and shady! Only downside was the train track literally across the street. It was so loud! However, with the AC on, it only woke me up once at night.

Everything was great! We had a pull through site with a patio. The patio furniture and fire pit was very nice! We’ll hopefully make it back sometime.

Internet did not work. They informed us after we were already set up that a bath house has been burned down to the ground and that one of the towers were burnt with it so the WIFI was not working towards the back of the campground. Also, the dog park was not mowed. The grass was taller than our dog when we arrived. It was not mowed until 3 days before we were scheduled to leave.

Bathroom across from our site under construction (looks like for a while). Deb in the office not very accommodating, Judy-Yes. They had us (grand kids) on opposite ends of the campground. Asked if they could be near us but Deb told us everything was booked. The sites on both sides of me stayed empty (along with several others) from entry to departure-ALL 3 days. Not very good Guest services.

Wonderful clean campsites. Pool was clean. Nice and quiet. The only problem was trying to get cable tv to work.

No WiFi up on the top level, no bathrooms or showers or laundry on the third level, we are close to 75 and 80 yr old, we would have preferred to bottom level

Very nice staff! Lovely grounds. Those of us with patios had grills provided! We had an unexpected RV repair which the staff was kind enough to wait for us to fix even though we were a little past the departure time.

It was smaller than anticipated, the facilities closed so early & you couldn’t play basketball as cars were parked on and near the “court”. They had two very creepy long stay campers near bathroom that made it uncomfortable to allow people to go to bathroom alone. Bathrooms kept so clean!

One camper is the managers for storage, the other is their daughter who is an employee. I apologize this made you uncomfortable. We do not have any extended stay rvs in the entire park.

We have been coming up to this camp ground for many, many years and it was nice to see that the new owners have built on the foundation of the previous owners. Great Camp Ground, Great Staff, and a Great Experience.

Made spontaneous plans to join my brother-in-law for an overnight at this KOA location in Wisc. Dells on their last weekend of the season 2021. It was a very clean facility. Our tent site was right across from my brother-in-law's RV site, which were both right by the bathrooms/shower house (lit up very nicely in the evening). People were respectfully quiet and we had no problems with this KOA. Would return in the future if opportunity arises. Enjoyed dinner at Culver's and strolling through downtown and walking along the Wisconsin River. Because it was the end of the camping season, it was not very crowded downtown at all and shops were closed for season or closing earlier due to it being October. Our trip was intended for camping purposes really, to just relax, but it was nice that the downtown area, shopping and restaurants were all nearby - should you want to come in the summer. FYI, if it matters to someone, there is a freight train track that runs along Stand Rock Rd, so you can hear it, but to us, we hardly noticed. Thanks for your hospitality, Wisconsin Dells KOA Holiday!

Had a great stay during the weekend at one of the small cabins that had no bathroom. It wasn't an issue because the bathrooms were close, and each stall was its own room with its sink and dryer included, as well as the shower stands. There is a store that carries all the main camping essentials, including firewood and ice. There is also a laundry and game room. The small cabin we got was big enough for the 3 of us, as well as my dog. The park is close to the town center. We had no issues with the train track next door, the cabins have an A/C that would diminish the sounds of any train passing by. The only thing that would maybe bother some is that the sites were pretty close to each other.

I really loved this campground! We were at site 87. I love the trees, the patio, and the patio furniture we got with our site! The staff was very friendly, they even came around to warn everyone of possible rain/wind. The park was super clean and it was a little smaller which was nice! I know others mentioned a train I only heard it a total of three times and it was faint. I also loved the location! Super close to everything yet it was really wooded you felt like you were in the middle of no where. They also are dog friendly, everyone had their pups in leashes or in a pet fence and they all cleaned up after them. I definitely recommend this place!
