The staff was very accommodating... picked up trash off campsite and delivered fire wood. Our campsite was next to a railroad track, and was quite busy. We didn't mind it though. We made reservations in advance and they allowed a one night stay instead of two. We were close to the action at the Dells. We would stay again!

Campsites very close together.. train runs very near & shakes whole rv and was the most expensive KOA so far on our journey. Definitely not worth the money

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Our site was fine. A few things that would have made it better for our stay: a changing table, at least in the handicapped restroom; wood hops rather than sand (sooo messy) on the playground; toddler swings. The location, very near to the Dells attractions, was great. And there were very, very few mosquitoes. The trains at night were annoying.

We travel west from Ohio & try to stay at this KOA each trip…at least 6 times!

If I come back with just my husband I would ask for a site away from sand area. Just too noisy. It was great for the kids though.

Disappointed that the Casino shuttle was not available as advertised. We chose this KOA for that reason. We could have stayed at the Casino’s park for a lower rate + had fun at the casino Bathrooms not working was also a setback

I apologize that the casino discontinued their service. I will update the webpage as we were unaware, Dells does have lyft, uber and taxis however for the future! Thanks for staying

Staff were great, site had adequate space, utilities were flawless. The very active train tracks were occasionally an issue, especially when a train rattled our coach. Close to the activities in the Dells. Staff work very hard to provide a good experience.

It was great...bathrooms were surprisingly clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. Only suggestions is wifi...there was no wifi and we needed this for our stay.

This is a very friendly and clean campground. The kids really enjoyed the playground. Our family loves hiking so it would have been nice to have some paths to hike on. The staff was wonderful and very helpful.

I absolutely loved staying at campsite 14. It was perfect for our little travel trailer and two dogs. Everyone was friendly. It was the best campground we have ever stayed at and we canp weekly from April through October. Thank you again!

Wonderful clean friendly place to stay. Great accommodations for children and family. Very friendly people and close to town. Would recommend that KOA to anybody traveling.

i loved the stay! From the time I pulled in and was greeted out side the office and was escorted to my pull thru site. and all the questions were answered. we truely enjoy the stay will stay again at your KOA if we travel that direction again. mike

We stayed there on July 4th weekend when it was full and had a nice time. a bathroom and showers were closed by the upper loop, but they said will be open soon. the facilities were nice and clean.

Really nice campground. Friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the Wifi was not strong enough to reach our site to stream movies, but I believe there was cable tv available so not too big an issue.

Very nice staff . Hard working and attentive to campers and sites. Very crowded, but fine. A lot of train noise . Spaces a bit tight. Perfect spot though to be in the middle of Dells activities. We just used it as an overnight.

Great location walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Staff were all super friendly and the grounds were beautifully maintained. We'll definitely be back!

The facilities were kept up very well. Staff was super friendly and treated us like family. Showers and bathrooms kept clean all the time. Pool and splash pad were clean. Only negative was all the trains. Fortunately the trains don't blow the horns much in that area but they are loud none the less.

Nice campground but very tight for bigger rigs. What would be helpful is if management have their staff on the carts also ask people to park "well off" the narrow roads. Driving a rig through a ditch off the pavement is not advisable

This KOA is awesome. Separate bathrooms with their own sink, toilet & shower were immaculate. Our site had table and 4 chairs as well as a Weber gas grill! Close to all Wisconsin Dells has to offer!

The place was clean. Friendly staff. There were bad thunderstorms on Wednesday night. We got messages alerting us to the bad weather. The message telling us about the tornado shelter could have come earlier in the day. So we could have found it in the daylight instead of when it's dark and already storming. We didn't use it tho, cuz we were watching the radar and knew we'd be fine.

We stayed for 5 nights visiting the sights at the Dells. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation. Our site did get muddy because of a heavy rainstorm. Maybe since we did not have a patio site, some peat rock down would of helped. Tracked into our camper. The staff in the office were very friendly and helpful. Will someday hopefully stay there again.

We were beyond impressed with the KOA Wisconsin Dells. The staff was always available and went above and beyond. The texts we received about activities and weather alerts were fantastic. The only thing we would have changed would have been to stay longer!

We really enjoyed our stay, the campground was very clean with a nice size pool and water play area for the little ones. Would definitely recommend to friends and family to stay here.

Made spontaneous plans to join my brother-in-law for an overnight at this KOA location in Wisc. Dells on their last weekend of the season 2021. It was a very clean facility. Our tent site was right across from my brother-in-law's RV site, which were both right by the bathrooms/shower house (lit up very nicely in the evening). People were respectfully quiet and we had no problems with this KOA. Would return in the future if opportunity arises. Enjoyed dinner at Culver's and strolling through downtown and walking along the Wisconsin River. Because it was the end of the camping season, it was not very crowded downtown at all and shops were closed for season or closing earlier due to it being October. Our trip was intended for camping purposes really, to just relax, but it was nice that the downtown area, shopping and restaurants were all nearby - should you want to come in the summer. FYI, if it matters to someone, there is a freight train track that runs along Stand Rock Rd, so you can hear it, but to us, we hardly noticed. Had a great stay during the weekend at one of the small cabins that had no bathroom. It wasn't an issue because the bathrooms were close, and each stall was its own room with its sink and dryer included, as well as the shower stands. There is a store that carries all the main camping essentials, including firewood and ice. There is also a laundry and game room. The small cabin we got was big enough for the 3 of us, as well as my dog. The park is close to the town center. We had no issues with the train track next door, the cabins have an A/C that would diminish the sounds of any train passing by. The only thing that would maybe bother some is that the sites were pretty close to each other.

I really loved this campground! We were at site 87. I love the trees, the patio, and the patio furniture we got with our site! The staff was very friendly, they even came around to warn everyone of possible rain/wind. The park was super clean and it was a little smaller which was nice! I know others mentioned a train I only heard it a total of three times and it was faint. I also loved the location! Super close to everything yet it was really wooded you felt like you were in the middle of no where. They also are dog friendly, everyone had their pups in leashes or in a pet fence and they all cleaned up after them. I definitely recommend this place!
