everything was great! bathrooms/showers were 10/10. The only problem i had was that i reserved and paid for a electric & water site... but there was no water.

Staff was friendly and very accommodating! We were able to move sites when needing more trees for hammocks. It was a moms and kids trip this time and we felt very safe and taken care of while at the campground. Staff is always available and readily offers help and information.

Great price. Love the events you offer for kids. Love the wood/ice & trash pickup service. My location was a bit smaller than I would have expected, barely enough space to fit my tent and the car, but we made it work. I already had mentioned, my site was very rocky too. It would be nice to have some cheap mirrors in the bathrooms, and a place to set your belongings/clothes while you shower.

We had a great space, I love the quiet time, helps with the little ones when they are ready for bed. We were def looking forward to the heated pool but the heater was broken so we didn’t get in at all. It’s nice that they offer to take the wood to your site. Friendly people, great service. I will come back for sure.

Would give 10 stars but the bathrooms by us were not working. We loved the stay otherwise. The campsites were clean. The pool are was very nice too.

I have been coming here for the past 6 years . Everything was perfect but the bathrooms needed to be cleaned more often. There was always a smell of urine in the bathrooms , making you not want to go. But definitely coming back next year!

Holiday weekend. Sites were quite close together, but visitors were respectful and fairly quiet. Site was clean and well shaded. Restrooms were posted as open and closed within a day of arrival due to incomplete work done while renovating. We book our sites to be near showers and restrooms with a toddler and pregnant spouse, so this was a bit undesired.

Someone clogged the toilets by throwing foreign objects down first day we opened. I apologize for the inconvenience, we reopened them today after finally get roto rooter out

Clean bathrooms and a nice quiet campsite. Great entertainment for the kids and an awesome pool and splashpad. Can’t be beat, 2nd time we’ve stayed here and it won’t be the last

Everything was great. My family stayed at the KOA in Covert/South Haven Michigan last year. That one was very spacious and had more amenities. This is why I only rated 4 stars. Staff was pleasant, thing we ordered were delivered promptly. We just felt a bit tight on space. Thanks for a good stay. Oh, and the lack of the other shower house was a bummer

Staff were super helpful finding parking and getting us setup for the weekend. Also ice and wood deliveries were easy and simple.

Campsite and amenities were great. Disappointed in the lack of enforcement of "Quiet Hours" as a campsite close to ours was extremely loud and disruptive until past 1am. Greatly detracted from our overall enjoyment.

Really enjoyed our site. We were tucked away in the corner but conveniently close to bathroom and shower facilities. As an added perk a kitchen sink is located within the facilities for a quick dinner clean up. In ending, but definitely not last, the night man was personable and helpful. I was washing laundry after hours and the game room with coin changer was closed. He changed our $ for coins.

Kim & Don were beyond helpful as soon as we arrived.. They were very accommodating to our large group we had spread across 3 campsites. I am so grateful for that help. In addition, this was the nicest and most clean campground that I have stayed on. The bathrooms & showers were immaculate. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly. We had a great weekend thanks to Wisconsin Dells KOA.

The front desk staff were rude and unwelcoming. The sites were very tiny. Someone should preface that the campgtare right next to a busy railroad track.

The facilities were so clean and the staff was friendly! The text reminders about store closing and having wood/ice delivered to our camp site was an extra nice touch.

On the site it said I would have a grass patch put my tent on and it was all dirt the picnic table was filthy like it was not washed since last season and I really did not appreciate the train going by every 15 minutes in the night overall I had a really bad experience at this campground and the bathrooms were disgusting

Loved it as usual. I thought the pool and office closed too early, but otherwise it was great. One recommendation. Same as I made last time.... the light in the tent area that is on at night (by volleyball) is way too bright and takes away from the ambiance. I prefer to be dim or off completely. Also, the WiFi did not have internet. This did not affect us too much.

We had a great time! Even after we goofed up and set up at the wrong site when we arrived after hours the staff were so helpful to put our mind at ease. It was a bummer the bathroom right across the way was down but looks like they are working on that. We will for sure come back to this KOA in the future. Felt safe there and things were clean.

We were next to a cabin where the people left for the night but their two dogs were left there barking straight for hours. It hit 2 am and we finally decided to pack up our tent and leave because they would not stop barking and the people were not there to stop them. We had to drive 2 hours back home. It was a beautiful park. Planned to stay longer than planned but travel plans changed. They were very nice and gave me a refund on my balance. Beautiful upkeep of the grounds!

For our first Camping experience this was a great choice. Now we have a further understanding of what we need to prepare for next time. However, although the place is nice. We didn't expect the spaces to be right next to each other tent group. We had a great time. But would have liked more of a wildernes experience and further distance from other groups.

Staff very friendly. Bathrooms very clean. I had to leave a day early because my son was having a bad time. He had fun on Friday but not Saturday He is paranoid schizophrenic and struggles with it. Thanks.

Bathrooms were under construction and our walk was more then we liked. Other then that very nice place.

Very clean restrooms & grounds; helpful staff at check-in & assistance with parking trailer; great communication prior to visit; adequate amenities; noise rules not adhered to our first night by all campers; for my taste it’s not rustic enough-(campsites right in front of main office for example; Nice stay overall and I would recommend for sure to people who like this type of campground ����

Sites are extremely small. Showers never had hat water. Extremely expensive for a small site. I will never stay at a koa again.

There was nothing I was hoping for that this campground didn't have. The staff was very friendly, Facilities we clean. The campsite was perfect. Really a great place!

Made spontaneous plans to join my brother-in-law for an overnight at this KOA location in Wisc. Dells on their last weekend of the season 2021. It was a very clean facility. Our tent site was right across from my brother-in-law's RV site, which were both right by the bathrooms/shower house (lit up very nicely in the evening). People were respectfully quiet and we had no problems with this KOA. Would return in the future if opportunity arises. Enjoyed dinner at Culver's and strolling through downtown and walking along the Wisconsin River. Because it was the end of the camping season, it was not very crowded downtown at all and shops were closed for season or closing earlier due to it being October. Our trip was intended for camping purposes really, to just relax, but it was nice that the downtown area, shopping and restaurants were all nearby - should you want to come in the summer. FYI, if it matters to someone, there is a freight train track that runs along Stand Rock Rd, so you can hear it, but to us, we hardly noticed. Had a great stay during the weekend at one of the small cabins that had no bathroom. It wasn't an issue because the bathrooms were close, and each stall was its own room with its sink and dryer included, as well as the shower stands. There is a store that carries all the main camping essentials, including firewood and ice. There is also a laundry and game room. The small cabin we got was big enough for the 3 of us, as well as my dog. The park is close to the town center. We had no issues with the train track next door, the cabins have an A/C that would diminish the sounds of any train passing by. The only thing that would maybe bother some is that the sites were pretty close to each other.

I really loved this campground! We were at site 87. I love the trees, the patio, and the patio furniture we got with our site! The staff was very friendly, they even came around to warn everyone of possible rain/wind. The park was super clean and it was a little smaller which was nice! I know others mentioned a train I only heard it a total of three times and it was faint. I also loved the location! Super close to everything yet it was really wooded you felt like you were in the middle of no where. They also are dog friendly, everyone had their pups in leashes or in a pet fence and they all cleaned up after them. I definitely recommend this place!
