The water views are wonderful--the lakes and the river running through the campground. Very picturesque! The bathrooms are very clean and well-tended. I keep coming back and it's always a pleasure to stay here.

My Wife and I were blown away at the “resort” style bath house with wood floors and floor to ceiling tiles. It was like a fancy hotel!!! Absolutely wonderful and courteous staff who were delightful and helpful in every way.

We were only there one night but would love to go back when we have more time. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Lot of available activities. Nice sites too!

Very nice campground. Sites were big, it was very easy to maneuver around the campground with a crew cab truck and 37 foot fifth wheel. Would definitely stay again while working in Arden NC

We’ve enjoyed staying at this KOA numerous times and have always been satisfied. This time the weather cooperated so it was that much more enjoyable.

We very much enjoyed our stay there! Very quiet during the week, the weekend filled up quickly. They have a service to come drain your tanks if you do not have full hook up. Everyone in the office is so sweet and so helpful! the view we had was amazing (D25)! We will definitely be coming back in the summer months. My only complaint has nothing to do with KOA, but you can hear the traffic.

Very tight sites. Has a lot of beauty but it’s blocked by stuffing in RV just a few feet apart. Overrated and would never stay there again. Worst KOA in terms of space. Should be higher standards at a KOA. If all KOA’s were like this we’d never stay at one. This KOA is not good for your brand.

Absolutely unacceptable bathroom/ shower conditions. All of the emergency contact numbers don't work. when the staff never left me my welcome packet with my spot listed i had tried calling all numbers and nothing worked. I ended up walking around at 10:45pm to find a spot. And the main map is outdated. They never even offered to comp me my stay. I have pictures that i will be sharing. Very bad

You are very nicely situated to see Asheville amd the Biltmore. We loved your ponds and river throughout the campground. We will come again if we are in the area. Thank you for recycling!!!

Nice campground in a pretty area. Many of the sites are small and tight, though. They've really crammed them in. We'd stay there again, though.

This was our first camping trip anywhere and we were very happy with this experience. Check in girls were great and the staff was very helpful overall to help get us settled in. The campground was nice and had plenty to do to keep our 4 year old entertained. We enjoyed walking around the trails around the lakes and it was peak leaf season. We will be back for sure.

We had a great time!! The whole family loved the campsite. We cooked all our meals over the fire. The kids loved exploring outside, playing at the park and arcade. We can't wait to return.

Lakeside site was spectacular and felt fairly private. We loved watching the ducks and geese (campers should be reminded not to feed them, because then they become a nuisance to campers nearby). We were directed to the site and assisted as needed, without being overbearing. Office folks were great. 3pm check-in seems kind of late, especially in late Fall when it gets dark earlier. Utilities worked

Great place for Halloween for kids and adults. Park is clean, welcoming and interactive. Our patio site was well appointed with upgraded table for 4 and Adirondack chairs . Very pleasant stay!

Check in was great and sight was good. Only issue was bath house/restroom. I went around 6:30am and a homeless man or maybe somebody that had a bad night was laying on the ground blocking the entrance. I walked back to my sight and watched. He got up walked around the front of the office and then disappeared into the darkness between some campers. I then discovered the restroom was to nasty to use

Found 3 miniature pumpkins under the mattress on the bunk bed. 2 were rotting. Door lock was loose and the screws needed to be tightened. It worked hard. Reported these issues to the front desk clerk at checkout on Thursday morning.

Love this campground! Lots of activities and clean bathhouses. Campsites along a small river or lakeside are available along with bikes and small pedal boats for hourly rental. Close enough to Asheville to stay, but far enough that you can feel like you got away. We try to come at least once a year. Bigger cabins no longer have a stove top.
