First of all I attempted to call the day we were arriving at 8:10 pm to see if we could move to a cabin because we were getting in so late. All I got was a voicemail for an hour and a half. I spoke to the “manager “ before we left the next day and all he had was excuses and told me I should have called earlier. He was disinterested and a bit rude. Very poor customer service

Wonderful campground. I loved seeing children playing everywhere. Restrooms very clean and many of them. Putt putt course and pool were nice. Only negative is you have to be able to maneuver your rig very well. Tight spaces. We usually have sewer hookup but had to do without this time. But overall very nice campground.

Absolutely great. Clean level sites full hookups plenty of room. Plenty of things for the kids and don’t miss the breakfast burritos. Thank you for being such gracious and helpful hosts.

A one night stay. Amenities are nice, but charging extra for them when the cost is already at the high end is a bit much. Site could have been cleaned up before we came especially during wasp season.

This campground is very nice. The restrooms are clean and modern. The campsites are roomy. There is activities for all ages.

If I had children and wanted to pay a mandatory $8.00 for amenities and stay in an over priced park, it was wonderful. When you pull in for one night, you just want clean, comfortable facilities and pull out the next morning. Only spaces you have that are not in the $90-$100 range are not even full service and tight for Motorhome towing. Lesson learned, not for me!

Excellent campground especially for families. Clean. Nice staff. They sHould answer their phone. We called for hours during business hours and the phone was never answered.

The water & electric sites are far too tight for large fifth wheels and motor homes. When we were ready to leave, we had to go down the lane and ask people to move vehicles so that we could pull out. Had to pull in at an angle because there was not enough room to swing our rig wide.

Our spot was a huge mud hole - the least they could do would be to rock the roads. There was also very little room between sites. We were only there overnight and didn’t use any of the amenities. Very disappointed in this KOA

Very nice atmosphere. Friendly employees the whole stay. Your miniature golf course was a blast and our granddaughter had a great time at the playground. Beautiful place.

Very tight quarters compared to many other KOA's we stayed at. Worst excuse for an on sight "cafe" i have ever seen. Like a ghost you can't see taking your order and cooking behind a secret wall. For being the first KOA.......not impressed...the others do KOA RIGHT.

Great stay... loved the miniature golf. The park was immaculate. The showers set the standard for camping. One of the very best camp grounds we have ever enjoyed...... and the walk along the Yellowstone River eating an ice cream cone from the park was beautiful .

We did enjoy our stay, but when you list amenities with your campground and then $8 a day in addition to your site fee is wrong! A lot of people don’t use the pool, hot tub, mini golf, wifi, yet you pay everyday you stay. Maybe it’s the new trend but list it that you pay extra for it. A huge dislike. Staff is friendly and helpful and your campground is beautiful

This campground was very nice. Had lots of amenities. Spaces were a little too tight. Had a difficult time getting situated on site so stairs could come down and level.

WE had our grandson with us & we hardly saw him as he was always out meeting new friends~!!! We also had a medical emergency with my husband staying overnight in Billings Clinic & Torey on your staff was FABULOUS in working things out to keep our space as I could not move the RV. We hope to stay with you again. Your facilities are immaculate & aside from the medical issue it was a perfect stay!!

Everything was great except for the employee who raced way too fast on the campground roads in his utility vehicle. There was only one that drove like that. Every other one drove slowly and considerate of their surroundings.

It was great. I had booked full hookups when I made reservation on line, but when I got there, they only had electric..so I made do Staff is awesome!

My stay was a single overnight stay, although my previous stay was for two nights. In both cases the staff was friendly and informative. Thank you for the opportunity to spend the nights in your facility.

Probably the best KOA we have ever visited. Clean, beautifully maintained, kids loved the mini golf and our site was beyond big enough for our 45 ft rig towing! As well staff were very helpful and friendly! Will be back for sure!

We love coming to the KOA in Billings, everyone there so very nice and friendly and very knowledgeable when checking in. We are from Powell and we like coming up because there is things to do at the KOA and then we go shopping and eat out. I love that you have put in the new play ground and it's the cutest thing I have ever seen!

Very nice park, although we were in a part of the park where the spots are closer together and the roads are a bit narrow. Took a bit of maneuvering to get both in and out of our spot.

This was our first time camping-together.On our 8thyr Ann. It was very special we had a friends camper. We enjoyed the comforts nice cubic bathrooms with showers, pool, hot tub (didn’t work ��) was hot. We had a. Blast @the Mini golf. I got a hole in one � the store had a Selections of Souvenirs. Our KOA was the first one ever. We bought the mug & coffee cup. All the worker were friendly

This KOA location was perfect along our route of travel. There is a path to the Yellowstone river. The BBQ 5th wheel (yes a 5th wheel fully set up for food 24/7) was amazing. Very clean location!

This is one of our favorite places to do stop on our way South in the Winter. You can always count count on friendly people and a nice space to camp that is quiet.
