My second night ever at a KOA. Didn't know it was the first until after I got there. You won't be able to tell by looking at it, either. Looked new. Very well laid out, clean restrooms/showers, all around campground was spotless. Was on a solo trip, so didn't stay long, but was happy with stay. The deer walking around outside the fence was cute.

I came in late and left early so didn't have much time to appreciate all of the amenitiies of this KOA but did really appreciate my nicely arranged tent site and the layout and appointments of the restroom. Wish I'd had time to check out the gift shop as I wanted to pick up some nice things for friends but I had to be on the road before it opened and didn't have the time on this trip to browse!

We stayed in tent site 2 with water and electric � it was really nice I absolutely loved it � it’s my 6th time staying at KOA. I always recommend it to everyone �ϋ���� thanks it was beautiful .

The Billings facility was so cleaner the people were really friendly I got to meet some of the corporate people all in all I was quite satisfied with the billing stay good value for the dollar. I would like it if you had nicer tent locations in the back of the facility so I wouldn't have to hear so much road noise.

This KAO was friendly, clean and refreshing. The access to the yellowstone river is really nice!

only one bathroom shower facility on site and the tent / electric site we were assigned was about as far away from it as possible. From past stays, I remember this KOA as being much more accomodating.

I would consider staying again but not any time soon. The bathroom stalls was the only redeeming factor. General disrepair and lack of cleaning showed maintenance is not at the top of the list.

We stayed in a tent at a site closest to the MotorCross event- very noisy. We arrived too late to enjoy any of the upgraded facilities. We had been frequent visitors to your sites across the country but we have been overseas and unable to camp for many years. We were quite shocked to see the changes made and the huge increase in the price of a simple one night stay.

While the playground and bathrooms were awesome, the tent site we stayed at was awful with no level spot for the tent. I expected a flat spot for a tent in a designated tent site. Also, the KOA employees driving around the campground around 10pm at night in the noisy gator/polaris (whatever the vehicle was) was obnoxious. Consider checking on foot that close to quiet hours.

Large, spacious tent site. I enjoyed the free mini golf. Nice, clean, private bathrooms. My main complaint was related to site location. I was located next to enterence/exit road and it did get noisy very early in the morning as campers sped up as they left park. I'd prefer a lower traffic site next time. Recommended to my parents with a camper.

The first KOA doesn't disappoint! Beautifully maintained grounds, generous sites, nice general store. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Also, the mini golf course is something they could easily charge for but it comes free for guests! Beautiful backdrop and very peaceful. We would definitely stay here again

We stayed in a tent right next to the playground. It was very very loud and there were a lot of kids running through our campsite. It was a great campground but would be nice to have a quieter area for tents.

First of all I attempted to call the day we were arriving at 8:10 pm to see if we could move to a cabin because we were getting in so late. All I got was a voicemail for an hour and a half. I spoke to the “manager “ before we left the next day and all he had was excuses and told me I should have called earlier. He was disinterested and a bit rude. Very poor customer service

Tent camped, there was not an obvious place for the tent that was stone free. Car’s lights coming down the road shone directly into our tent. There were many other spots open.

We only stayed one night but it was the fanciest campground we’ve ever seen! I want to tell all my friends with kids to consider this campground because they’d love the amenities.

Nice well kept campground. The best showers/restroom facilities of any campground where I have stayed. All campgrounds should use these facilities as a model. A very helpful cordial staff at the office. Great place.

It was very pleasant, clean and well maintained, friendly staff, with swimming, and mini golf as well. The only complaint for us as we would have liked more shade at our sight. We had little to no shade from sunrise to sunset. My advice would be to add more shade to the tent sights.

We camped in a tent. It was a very quiet setting compared to the bustling city. The staff was friendly and helpful. I tried to phone for a reservation, but always got the recording to try later—no matter what time of the day I tried. You may want to have a better call in system. I ended up reserving my place online.

Just had a nice, relaxing, quiet, peaceful stay. Everything was pergect...the staff, the weather, the other campers. Great environment as well as a very clean campground. Zero negatives. Thank you and I will be back sometime...hopefully soon!

We look forward to our stay at the Billings KOA every year, the staff is friendly and welcoming, the facilities are always clean. There is something for the whole family to go, even if it's just relaxing at camp. We'll be back next year, our sons play in the Big Sky 3on3 basketball tournament.

Young man at front desk was super friendly and worked to be accommodating despite a mess up likely on my part in my first using of the KOA app for reservation. We got a spot anyway despite a pretty full park and all was good. Always a pleasant place to stay.

Very nice tent site that easily accommodated our cargo trailer and truck. The site had shade. The restrooms and showers were clean. The campground was far enough from the freeway so was quiet. The price was fair and would stay again.

This KOA location was perfect along our route of travel. There is a path to the Yellowstone river. The BBQ 5th wheel (yes a 5th wheel fully set up for food 24/7) was amazing. Very clean location!

This is one of our favorite places to do stop on our way South in the Winter. You can always count count on friendly people and a nice space to camp that is quiet.
