It was lovely, clean, friendly and helpful from the moment I contacted them o the phone. Well cared for grounds were like a vacation all on its own! Very photogenic!

Always wonderful, one of our favorite KOAs. Grounds are beautiful. Easy access to Interstate but it feels remote. Very quiet and peaceful. Hosts and every employee were so helpful, nice, and professional.

We stayed in the Deluxe Lodge Cabin. Very clean, with all of the comforts of home. The Billings KOA is a fun camping experience in a beautiful location. Fun amenities, very friendly staff. Love the gift shop.. We had a great time and will definitely be returning.

Fun place, right on the river and have tones of things to do really close by. Nice bathrooms, clean. Wish we could of stayed longer.

Very nice KOA campground! We enjoyed the new miniature golf and the kids especially loved playing on the amazing farm playground. There are nice retaining walls and lovely landscaping! The electricity didn't work in our cabin, but the maintenance workers were prompt to attempt fixing the problem. Although it was not resolved during our stay we were compensated to come back another time!

The bathroom stalls were great! Adventure golf, playground, and pool were good enough to keep active children busy. There were cobwebs under the bed so thick I almost left my flashlight there. There was a heavy strip of sand on the walkway to the restroom for all but one day of the five I was there. Generally lack of good maintenance was visible everywhere. River access was poorly marked.

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. And brought our two small granddaughters with us. They enjoyed the swimming, golf and the new playground area. Loved walking down to the Yellowstone river. They're ready to go back. Made lots of good memories for them and us. I enjoyed the soft bed and pillows. I'm sure we will do it again next year. Would have been nice to have more food options at the KOA

Lovedthe play ground, put put & pool. Both railings are needing attention at the pool (coming out of the cement). Deluxe cabin was nice. Except couldn’t shower/wash dishes as there was no hot water. Mtce got warm water to kitchen only, but unable to bathe after swimming ;(. Specifically picked deluxe for bath so would’ve thought they’d have given us some money back but they didn’t seem con

They were very helpful. We had a wasp nest on our cabin and they took care of it immediately. The only thing I would want different is a later check out. But the staff was wonderful

The service/staff was excellent, but a one night stay left our family covered from head to toe in bug bites, and we are fairly certain they are bed bug bites. I would highly recommend KOA take step to clean/kill the bugs in cozy cabin 7.

At check in, young man was not informative to me, person before checking in he was very informative, went in to get change for laundry and same young man acted like I was bothering him, again person in front of me he was very nice. Go figure. Other than that it is a nice place to stay; maybe the young man needs some customer service training to treat ALL guests in the same manner! ���

Our stay was great, but only after the maintenance man came with a can of yellow jacket spray. there were two places on our cabin where the yellow jackets had built a nest. I would suggest doing a hose down of the outside of the cabins to get rid of spider webs and yellow jacket nests on a daily basis.

Loved our stay. Office hours at 7:00 or 7:30 am might be helpful for people checking out early. Another bathroom location closer to tent sites would be nice.

The amenities were great. Staff was very helpful and polite. Only negative was with our cabin at night. The window screen didn’t seal properly and the door has a big gap at the top and along the bottom. We had left the outside light on since we weren’t going back till after dark. These issues with the cabin allowed TONS of bugs to get into our cabin and continue throughout the night. Please fi

Camp ground is nice. The cabin needs some upgrades. The overhead light is very dim and not good enough to read or work by. The main double bed needs a night stand.

We really like this KOA we stayed in cabin 4 the only issue is the screens on the windows need to be replaced and some caulk around the air conditioner would be great! We had a nice time even played a round of mini golf! Thank you

While booking and email sent immediately before arrival, indicated there were breakfast and lunch at camp. Upon arrival, food truck only. Tried to order for breakfast as we had four kids with us and brought no food (because we didn’t think we needed it). The food truck closed ordering at 8:30 am on a Thursday because there was a 1 hour wait. We would have waited, as we were packing up.

We stayed in a camping cabin. Compared to other KOA camping cabins, this one was in poorer condition. The mattresses were more worn out and less comfortable. The exterior seemed in poor shape. We swam in the pool and the water was colder than at other locations as well. The bathrooms were also not as clean.

This KOA location was perfect along our route of travel. There is a path to the Yellowstone river. The BBQ 5th wheel (yes a 5th wheel fully set up for food 24/7) was amazing. Very clean location!

This is one of our favorite places to do stop on our way South in the Winter. You can always count count on friendly people and a nice space to camp that is quiet.
