awesome KOA! crowded but got right in & settled, thank you! granddaughter enjoyed pool and mini-golf…it’s a wonderful place and they’ve added a food truck � No issues �ϋ�

Only 2 out of the 6 dryers worked. And apparently it's been like that for at least a week.. Things like that , with that many campers, need to be taken care of right away.. The campsites are very close together.

The 2 room cabin we had was great. check in was fast and easy.

Our stay was great, but only after the maintenance man came with a can of yellow jacket spray. there were two places on our cabin where the yellow jackets had built a nest. I would suggest doing a hose down of the outside of the cabins to get rid of spider webs and yellow jacket nests on a daily basis.

We took the grandkids for a close, convenient campout. They loved the swimming pool, hot tub, golf, playground, and s'mores of course. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We live in Billings and requested an early check-in which was granted for after 1PM with no charge. The campground is very well kept and easy to get around. We will definitely be taking the grandkids there again.

We had a great stay and will come again. It was clean with a great atmosphere. We enjoyed sitting outside our trailer in the mornings and evenings.

Beautiful campground. Lots of things to do. When quiet hours came around the whole place was quiet. Staff was great. Everything was clean and well manicured. We will stay there again.

Very nice with lots of fun amenities. Only complaint is that the sites are really close together and hard for vehicles to maneuver down roads to get to their site.

The Billings KOA was average. The dog park was lackluster, most of the dryers in the laundry were broken, the staff was neither kind nor unkind, the pools were outdated and full of unsupervised children. The overall experience was just - blah.

Nice spot. No fire rings due to current conditions. Used the pool and hot tub only once, due to a large number of children, even into the late evening hours. Some adult availability would have been nice. Ice cream was amazing. Free concert by a band passing through was a nice bonus!

Only there for a night, but numerous amenities available. Situated next to the Yellowstone River. Also, a decent bike path just out of the site. A route for 20 round trip. Office is open until 10pm.

Our stay was very pleasant the playground was a huge hit with the kids! Very clean, our only complaint is the spaces are a little tight

Great place to stay. Great amenities! Front desk staff was nice however, could be a bit irritable at times when it was busy inside. We will definitely stay again sometime.

It was very pleasant, clean and well maintained, friendly staff, with swimming, and mini golf as well. The only complaint for us as we would have liked more shade at our sight. We had little to no shade from sunrise to sunset. My advice would be to add more shade to the tent sights.

We have always enjoyed staying at the Billings KOA, but this last stay we were a little disappointed. Our first night, our daughter came for dinner and one of your workers stopped to have us move her car because she was on the grass which was fine (even though she had only 1 tire on the grass). The problem was the next night there were cars all over and I mean ALL over and totally on the grass.

Friendly staff, lots of activity options, campsite was perfect. Impressive shower rooms with many available. I got an electric/water site so used the dump station which was clean & well-equipped. Location by the river and being central in Billings was another big plus.

Although staff and amenities where great, I was totally irritated at the additional $8 charge that showed up as I completed the booking process. Why not just include that in the upfront cost? Why be deceptive? Won’t stay with you again.

Spaces are too close we together. Clean facilities and much to.do. just way to close of sites, some people had to back out of spat multiple.timea because they were not able to pull forward due.to.where their neibor's vehicle was parked.

Very close sites, no clean-up after rv vacates space. Office crew seem so busy they can’t be friendly. No brochures for what to do in area. Tried calling for early no check-in can’t leave message only email or text & on the road didn’t get return message.

This KOA location was perfect along our route of travel. There is a path to the Yellowstone river. The BBQ 5th wheel (yes a 5th wheel fully set up for food 24/7) was amazing. Very clean location!

This is one of our favorite places to do stop on our way South in the Winter. You can always count count on friendly people and a nice space to camp that is quiet.
