The front desk person who checked me in was not friendly. The bathrooms and showers were dirty. I would not recommend to anyone to stay at this campground.

We arrived early in the afternoon and were greeted by some very nice staff members. The park was clean and well maintained but the section we were in was very cramped. There were quite a few very large rigs put into very small places. We were worried about getting out at the end of our stay. The amenities were very nice, especially for people with children.

This KOA has many nice recreational family features. However, the majority of the RV spaces are both too short to reasonably accommodate the RV and tow vehicle. They are also spaced very closely which causes campers to park at least partially on the roads. RV’s are packed far to densely!

Unexpectedly amazing. Our first KOA experience, didn’t know what to expect. Services were clean, staff was courteous and helpful. We will most definitely make KOA a part of our cross country journey in the future.

We stayed in a patio site. Great location. My kids loved the playground, putt putt golf and pool. Very clean relaxed atmosphere. Bathrooms great!

Site #6 was very tight to get into (45’class A with/Tow). Trees need to be trimmed we were unable to use satellite.

Very nice stay, bathrooms and showers were clean. Camp grounds were very well kept. The only comment I had was there was an outside kitchen by the cabins and people who used it were not very good at cleaning up after themselves and left the sink very dirty. I had one more comment and that was about the cable service, there was some kind of interference with the reception and the signal was lost

We loved it! The pool and hot tub could use a skimming of leaves and debris.

Put put golf was the best we’ve been to, playground was very nice, staff were friendly and helpful, loved the ice cream and friendly staffer giving it out and trees were trimmed and out of way of RV’s. Would highly recommend

We stayed two nights on our way west, but when we turned east towards home, I stopped back at the Billings KOA to dump our tanks and was refused. We had asked the same (without staying overnight) at the Great Falls KOA a few days earlier, and was accommodated for a small fee. I'm disappointed that the Billings KOA was not helpful. The campground itself and the camping experience was very nice

We were in town visiting our son who lives in Billings. It was a nice option to have the convenience of being right in town to visit Billings and do some sightseeing in the Red Lodge and Bozeman areas, but still spend the nights in our camper. Everything was very nice and clean at the KOA. The office staff were very accommodating as our schedule changed a few times.

Nice park, lots of activities. Sites were level and gravel, with grass areas between sites. Ice cream social had very good local ice cream.

The pool was dirty. Hot tub had 3 to 5 children in it at all times. Our spot was directly across from the tent camping area. One person didn't have a tent and slept on the ground Sites are very tight but manageable. Staff were very nice The park was clean

I was disappointed with our site. I called to book and should have gone on line. They gave us the smallest most congested site that had not been picked up upon arrival.

We have stayed at the #1 KOA many times. This time we stayed in space 161 we loved it and want to stay there again. The only problem was FLEAS many many. My wife and my legs are bitten very badly before we noticed (a very wild game of cards at the table) I hope you can spray so the next people do not get it as bad The other suggestion is ADULT (21 &over)time in the pool 9:00-10:00 or 10:00-11:00

Drunk yelling and fighting in a cabin across pond. Went on for some time. I did not sleep all night. If there was security patrolling grounds that should not have happened

It was a nice stay, but all the sites should have full hookups. We had to empty the RV a total of 3 times. Also make sure all the laundry machines are working. Several were out of order. Other than that a good stay.

Check in was a nightmare. Rigs all over and no one helping. When I inquired in the office Michael got very flippant about and said it happens all the time. However, Parker was very helpful and helped us deal with a mistake we made. After that everything was fine - very nice campground. You just need signage. Faded paint on the asphalt isn't enough.

Nice Facilities, clean, friendly staff. Could have used a bit more shade. It was awful hot outside. They need more full hook ups. We were only able to get water and power and we booked our site 4 months in advance. Overall I would stay there again.

It was my first time at a KOA as there were no state park sites available on the Friday I needed. Although pricey compared to state parks and Army COE campgrounds, I was very impressed with the Billings KOA. The landscaping was immaculate as was the general cleanliness of the campground. I was happy to see the amenities offered even though I had no time to enjoy them. Staff was friendly, too!

Extremely cramped and VERY tight entry roads to site. No one took us to our sight, and cars were allowed to park on a very narrow road to site. I felt like livestock at the fair as the people in charge seemed only to register and take money. The caring attitude I had observed at other KOA's did not seem to exist. If this had been the 1st KOA I stayed at, there would have never been another!

This KOA location was perfect along our route of travel. There is a path to the Yellowstone river. The BBQ 5th wheel (yes a 5th wheel fully set up for food 24/7) was amazing. Very clean location!

This is one of our favorite places to do stop on our way South in the Winter. You can always count count on friendly people and a nice space to camp that is quiet.
