Very unhappy with our site. What there was of grass was brown and dead. The area between sites is minuscule and comprised of dusty, dry dirt, dead grass, weeds, sticks, leaves, and garbage. The sites are so close together they are "awning-to-slide." Our neighbors' awning would have touched our slide except it encountered a tree first. I felt like we'd been relegated to the slum section. :(

Excellent stay, from mid-Aug to mid-Sep -- long enough to witness first-hand a very-well run operation in all regards! Nicely laid-out, lots of shade, brand new kids play area, and wonderfully fun mini-golf. Heated pool was very well-maintained despite lots of use -- and the hot tub was actually hot (and not just warm as many are). Best of all: very friendly and helpful staff! Thanks to all!

Easy in and out from I-90; a real oasis in Billings. Nice stop between Hill City, SD and the east side of Glacier National Park!

only one bathroom shower facility on site and the tent / electric site we were assigned was about as far away from it as possible. From past stays, I remember this KOA as being much more accomodating.

A Billings KOA Holiday is one of our favorite RV parks in the nation!

Had site without sewer for two days in a kid area, moved to a complete site and had a great time. Very quiet and peaceful. Would recommend this park as it is very family oriented and also the first KOA.

Great stopover……but Lots of kids….. Wished campsite mgt had told us how beautiful sunset was in the Yellowstone River….spectacular….

Second or third time we stayed at the Billings KOA for the KOA Customer Appreciation weekend. What a nice place. I wish all KOA's were as nice as this one in how they TREAT customers (yes, some campers do care about how the owner or manager handles customer service) as well as takes pride in how the park looks.

Very nice KOA campground! We enjoyed the new miniature golf and the kids especially loved playing on the amazing farm playground. There are nice retaining walls and lovely landscaping! The electricity didn't work in our cabin, but the maintenance workers were prompt to attempt fixing the problem. Although it was not resolved during our stay we were compensated to come back another time!

Comfortable. Clean. Hosts were very friendly. Appreciated that the office was open passed 8PM-especially in summer/later summer months.

The grounds were very clean except when people would not pick up there dog poop which of course wasn’t your fault. Enjoyed our stay. Will return sometime.

Patio sites are poorly maintained. Some patio sites are better than others. Swings were placed awkwardly. The pool and golf was fantastic. Dog park was all gravel and very difficult for small dogs to walk on. Recommend some grass. Staff was very nice. Food was lacking.

Great park, very clean with a lot of good amenities, definitely a place we’d stay at again. Maybe the nicest KOA we’ve stayed at.

Everyone was very friendly during our stay and they explained everything well at the check in. The sites are small, this is the only complaint we would have. Place is super clean and lots to do as well.

Best KOA campground!!! Large bathroom/shower combo. Nice mini-golf area and kid playground. Laundry facility has a large table and plenty of room to sit outside. Dog park isn’t very big but there is plenty of area to walk your dogs, especially out along the river. Clean store and friendly staff.

Had such a fun put put golf course. Would have been a fun place to have kids. It was hot. We wanted to swim but they had the pool closed.

The bathroom stalls were great! Adventure golf, playground, and pool were good enough to keep active children busy. There were cobwebs under the bed so thick I almost left my flashlight there. There was a heavy strip of sand on the walkway to the restroom for all but one day of the five I was there. Generally lack of good maintenance was visible everywhere. River access was poorly marked.

I would consider staying again but not any time soon. The bathroom stalls was the only redeeming factor. General disrepair and lack of cleaning showed maintenance is not at the top of the list.

This KOA location was perfect along our route of travel. There is a path to the Yellowstone river. The BBQ 5th wheel (yes a 5th wheel fully set up for food 24/7) was amazing. Very clean location!

This is one of our favorite places to do stop on our way South in the Winter. You can always count count on friendly people and a nice space to camp that is quiet.
