A very clean and well maintained campground. We have spent over 100 nights in campgrounds this year and this is on of the nicest.

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. And brought our two small granddaughters with us. They enjoyed the swimming, golf and the new playground area. Loved walking down to the Yellowstone river. They're ready to go back. Made lots of good memories for them and us. I enjoyed the soft bed and pillows. I'm sure we will do it again next year. Would have been nice to have more food options at the KOA

This KOA is a beautiful, well-kept property, as it should always be since it is the FIRST. However, the site rates $$$ seem a lot higher than the last time we stayed here almost 2 years ago. It was very difficult choice between this KOA and saving some significant $$$ and boonedocking at the local Walmart.

The best KOA we have ever stayed. Great facilities pleasant staff. Wished the pool was still open as it was 93 degrees when we arrived.

Love this KOA (the first KOA)! My second stay! It’s very clean and has a great store! Staff is attentive and visible! Is pricey! Most sites are roomy with grass for dogs! They have nice pool and putt putt area! Food trailer on site! My partner had best bfast taco!! Need vegetarian options on menu. One negative, dog park is rock/gravel and much to small! Otherwise, one of the best KOA’s!

Busy park, but that’s because they have something for everyone! Very clean. Very friendly staff. There was a food coach that had really good food. Would definitely go back.

I paid Billings KOA a reservation fee 6 months in advance for camping August 12, 2021. I received a text message from the KOA saying they expect me for one night: August 12, 2021. When I arrived at 5:30 PM the KOA employee told me my reservation was canceled and it was "just a mistake." I was not given credit for previous payment. KOA employee suggested I write that he was "flippant".

We travel with older dogs and we were very disappointed with your dog park. Our dogs are of a small breed and one has lower back problems and can not walk on gravel at all. So your dog park was not useful for us. We also had someone tell us that we had to take our dogs there. We are very responsible dog owners and always clean up after our pets.

Very nice KOA. My only complaint is that they add a 8$ a day resort fee to your bill without telling you..I call BS. This isn’t a hotel it’s a RV campground..just saying…If necessary charge the folks that want to play your mini golf or to use the pool…that would be a fair way to do it…

It would have been a 10/5 if it wasn't for the policy that visitors have to pay that we received in a text. I can see if they use the amenities but not just coming to visit.

Actually loved our stay. Only observations were guests walking dogs in tent area and not picking up 'after' dogs doing their thing. Playground with to many older kids making it hard for the younger children to play. Not enough of parental guidance. As we were close to playground lights were very bright and in my opinion playground should be shut down at dusk. Pedro was amazing to talk with.

It was our first time staying at this particular KOA (our first year with a motorhome) and the customer service we received at the front desk was amazing! Although our stay was short it was very enjoyable, very clean and nice and we will be coming back for years to come!

Cody and the Linde team were great as usual. We stay at the Billings KOA for 4 to 8 weeks every summer. Please accept this as positive feedback. Your park is clean, the showers are supper and the staff is great. The WIFI was up and down an average of 10 times a day. I was in site 57 if that helps. The outage was never more than 5 minutes. The outages were on the 2G and 5G links.

Very expensive. Almost $100 a night, then attempted to charge an early check in fee. No thanks.

We stayed in a tent at a site closest to the MotorCross event- very noisy. We arrived too late to enjoy any of the upgraded facilities. We had been frequent visitors to your sites across the country but we have been overseas and unable to camp for many years. We were quite shocked to see the changes made and the huge increase in the price of a simple one night stay.

Everything was ok except one if the cabins heater didn't work and we were really cold at night, and there is no one to call or tell about in the middle of the night

This KOA location was perfect along our route of travel. There is a path to the Yellowstone river. The BBQ 5th wheel (yes a 5th wheel fully set up for food 24/7) was amazing. Very clean location!

This is one of our favorite places to do stop on our way South in the Winter. You can always count count on friendly people and a nice space to camp that is quiet.
