Decent spot in the middle of the nowhere to spend the night. Kamp is couple of miles from the highway exit but sits right next to the highway and the noise was excessive. Several small RV sites were available but we were placed at the farthest from the entrance. Couple of small sites closer to the entrance were so uneven I doubt RV would sit even even with levelers.

Second time at this KOA. Great staff, nice surroundings and our traveling K9 likes the dog camp. Easy on and off I40.

This week was my first experience at a K.O.A. and I loved it. I can't say I used all there was at the site as I got in late and left early. That said, I loved the convenience and how easy it was to check in and enjoy my night! Hope to get back soon! Jack

Great place to stay if you need a convenient overnight campsite on your US 40 drive east/west. Arrived after hours and left at dawn so our experience was limited. The park is very close to the US 40 so you can hear the traffic . The restrooms were clean and the Log Cabin restaurant just down the road had excellent carry out - highly recommend it.

Arrived late but the packet was exactly where it was supposed to be. The bath house was in pretty bad shape although they were working on it. Owners were very friendly.

Staff was super friendly. We liked the trail to the lake. The place was super clean and we enjoyed the farm animals especially the little donkey. The noise from the I-40 wasn’t bad for us. It just became a background noise. We slept very well :). We will be back again.

Bathrooms and showers great. Reception excellent. Phone reservation polite and helpful. Loved the level concrete pad. Grounds are lovely with sophisticated features for groups. No plastic flowers or junk. We will be back here.

It was such lovely place and the owners were so nice. Our dog enjoyed the clean dog exercise run. You don’t see the interstate but you can hear it. A white noise app works for that! We’d certainly stay again.

We only did a hit and run for one night. Arrived late and all paperwork was ready for us at office even though they closed. We've been here before. We have a big motorcoach with tow car, had a pull through and it all went well. Pleased and would go back again

Stayed here for 3 nights to relax before winterizing our trailer. Nice, well maintained campground. Easy access. Very friendly folks. Only downside is the noise from the highway. Loud, but didn’t interfere with our stay. Highly recommend!

Nice KOA set in wooded area. But you can see & hear I40 traffic like in your backyard. But it is a KOA JOURNEY, & claim to fame is easy access from highway! But overall well laid out, well maintained, & clean. Staff nice to deal with.

Late night arrival and no reservation. The manager spoke with me and I told him I am a retired veteran. He got me into a cabin right away. Trucks on interstate a little noisy but traffic quieted about midnight. A good nights rest. Camp was clean and orderly. Bathhouse was clean as well. I will stay there again.

Very nice stay, park was great. Had a great time, loved the adventure tour we took. Hope to get back someday.

For the price charged I expected it to be a lot nicer. Laundry room had 4 washers all in use by KOA staff so I was forced to wait a while.

My only issue is the noise from the interstate but that is out of KOA control. It wasn't a big problem for the kids. They slept right through it and I didn't have too much trouble myself. Overall very pleased. It's a relatively small campground and very well kept. Nice employees as well. The restrooms/shower were well kept and in great shape.

Good place to stop for the night. The sites are very tight though, both length and width. Mostly pull through sites and management seems to have a plan to fit you in if at all possible without having to disconnect.

My husband is on oxygen after a battle with pneumonia and COVID. We had issues with our Motorhome. Our retracting stairs would not retract and this gave us an error that would not let us level. We pulled up trying to see if this would help. To keep this short I will say that the staff at the KOA were not compassionate to our dilemma and I will go on to say very smug and condescending!

I reported that the bathrooms needed to be cleaned and trash dumped. The next day the toilets and sinks appeared clean. The shower floors had not been cleaned. And. There was NO TOILET PAPER.
