It was good, just the camp is less than 100 ft from the I-40. Trucks going by all night.

Who would ever open a campground next to a major road??? I felt like all the trucks were ten feet from me, really it was more like 50 ft. They ran all hours of the night, we could not hear ourselves talking and we were only a few feet away from each other.

Great, clean facilities. We were there for a short night on our way from NY to TX. Easy check in since we’d reserved ahead of time. Nice layout. Easy to get on and off route. Loud next to highway but fine with ear plugs.

I did not realize that there would be no Bathrooms or showers open I will Never stay again unless they are Fully Open

Our stay was wonderful. We arrived after sunset and everything we needed was left for us by staff. The tent pads and area were all lovely and close to the well kept bathrooms.

We enjoyed our stay! The campground is very clean and the new bathroom was very nice and clean. We loved the pool—well maintained. The only downside was the noise from the highway.

The campground is really very nice. I had a tent pad and was comfortable. I liked the gravel pad, made setting my tent up easy. I don't know what to do about it but my biggest complaint is the interstate. Wish I had ear plugs. Maybe plant more and thicker shrubs to help block the noise?

That was the worst tent site we’ve ever stayed at!! Our tent site was literally a short distance, maybe 100 ft, from interstate 40. The traffic noise was deafening, especially the semi’s. We didn’t sleep the entire night.

Should let campers know how close they are to the interstate. Nice area, clean, and convenient for a quick night stay when traveling.

Well kept park, clean bath rooms, nice staff. Was a bit surprised that the tent sites are the closest to the freeway versus in the back with buffer zone. Just like sleeping on the shoulder of I40. Otherwise nice park.

I arrived after dark and had trouble seeing the site numbers. The host came out to help me and actually moved me to a different site which worked better for my set up. He helped me back into my site and made sure I knew where everything was. Above and beyond! Thank you!! A+ customer service! Will definitely stay again.

Tent sites are literally steps away from I-40 so the traffic noise is deafening. Don’t recommend tent camping at this campground. RVs may be ok. Easy check-in and courteous staff.

The closeness to the interstate is a killer because of too much noise. Build a sound barrier wall and that would help GREATLY. Other than that, the stay was great!

Such friendly owners! Great little spot. Bit of interstate noise if you are in a tent. Great amenities and clean. Owners have added tent pads since my last trip which greatly help if it rains.

Very nice & clean. Only drawback is the highway noise at night trying to go to sleep but that can't really be helped since it's so close to the interstate. Staff was very nice and helpful.
