Great if you have children a lot to do. But I was constantly worried I was going to hit a kid because they would jump out in front of you. I also wish there were dumpsters so you could take your trash at your convenience instead of having to set it out. But over all it’s a nice place and I will more than likely come back but bring my kids next time.

Great showers,only complaint is grass around site was not mowed in 12 days. All rv sites were concrete with plenty of room between sites. Will stay again!

would have been better if the pond had been stocked.2 mornings and 2 late afternoons and didn't even see a fish.a friend fished hard for 4 days and only caught 5 five fish.i have been coming to cherokee koa for 30 + years and have never seen the fishing this bad.

Really nice and quiet. Our site was great. The people at the KOA were also very helpful when I needed a ladder.

Excellent!!! However, for years we have been coming here and for years there has been a dog barking, crying, screaming most of the evening and night. I believe it belongs to someone off the property. It's so sad. And loud!!! Call the Humain Society!!!!

We were not happy with the our stay as we would like it more quiet and less kids. There are a lot of rowdy kids and for adults not a lot to do. That being said, the staff were very friendly and helpful and restrooms clean and easy to get to. The price was more than other campgrounds in area. This place was not our cup of tea... for us...

.We had a great stay. Staff was super friendly. After check in, a staff member showed us our site, and even helped us back in our trailer and brought the firewood to our site that we purchased. Full hookups worked with no issue. Only suggestion for improvement would be to get an FM radio repeater on site; our rig could only pick up one station. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful updated campground (some of the campground is still undergoing updates)!! The staff have been so welcoming to since the day of our arrival. Level campsites, clean bath houses, hot showers. The WiFi is not the best but as expected we were able to do more on it when the camp ground was not as full. Only complaint was the high price of a river front site (which is more of a creek view).

We choose KOA for the constant standard. Facilities are usually well kept and clean and staff members are pleasant and helpful. Not here. Bathrooms and showers = disgusting. ALL bathrooms were out of TP for over 3 hours. When multiple campers told staff they shrugged it off, said "it was being handled,"or"find some napkins." DISAPPOINTED for price paid for gross facilities and poor attitudes.

Clean campground. Good trout fishing. Campground grill has decent food. Variety of entertainment for both young and old (and in between)

The campground and location were very nice. The ability to make a reservation with a group was extremely difficult. Waited 2 hours to talk to someone left 2 messages with no return call. We were not our group despite the campground being half empty. The mask situation in and around the Cherokee reservation was unbearable with no consideration for health exemptions. Will not be going back.

Beautiful KOA! Tent camping along the river. Staff friendly. So many things to do around the area. Short drive from the campground, you will come to Mingo Falls, Amazing!! A must see! Will stay here and camp again. We loved it!

Nearly 400 cabin / RV / tent sites. Clean, well lighted, heated bathrooms & hot showers. Easy in-N-out even for big rigs. Close to attractions, the City of Cherokee & not far from Gatlinburg TN.
