Camp fires were not allowed. I wasn’t aware until I saw a sign on the door at arrival. A lot of traffic noise. Store closes early. Restaurant is under construction.

Has a great time as always. Came to town for the opening day tournament. Although we didn't catch any trout, we did have a great, relaxing trip. Accommodations are always great and staff is tremendous. We'll see you soon!!

First time staying at a KOA, and now I’m a member! Service was great and they had everything we forgot!!! Lol. Check-in was fast and informative. ( Thanks Sherry) And I hope I got your name right you were great!! My husband and I work in the hotel industry so that was the last place we wanted to stay, we bought a tent and set out for an adventure. We will definitely be camping at more KOA’s.

There was no hot water in the mens or womens bathhouse. The bathrooms were constantly filled with urine and poop because you have to hold the handle down. I told the front desk about possibly putting up a sign that says hold the handle down, and she said she will talk to someone. It was never resolved

The staff was very friendly and professional. The campsite was clean and had enough room for 4 adults. Our site was very close to a main road, so it was noisy in the early morning from the trucks and cars.

I had heard great things about your campground and our stay exceeded even those expectations. My kids, ages 2 and 4, had a blast and I was pleasantly shocked at all the fall activities! We’ll be back, for sure.

The only issue we had was our neighbors on the next tent site over. They we using very foul language, discussing very adult matters/situations and actions, that was inappropriate for children to hear. My teenager was complaining about the foul language and I can only hope that my kids, or even their own children, did not understand their inappropriate conversations. Other than that, it was great!

We chose this KOA because of its location to the attractions in Cherokee and Gatlinburg. We had a large tent that did not fit on the designated pad. We were able to pitch it adjacent. The deck was nice as was the fire pit area. Bear proof storage was nice and convenient. Staff we're nice and knowledgeable. Down side of tent site was near a highway. Bathrooms not cleaned the last 4 days of stay.

The Halloween festivities and activities were top notch. The KOA staff were wonderful. The campground itself was super impressive- clean, well run, thoughtful touches. However, the tent campsite we had was awful. Right by a road, port-a-potty, and very small- no privacy whatever to boot. We ended up leaving because it was too noisy (and smelly) to sleep. We'll come back- but only in a cabin!

Great location. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This is located very close to where the Elk graze. In fact, as we were leaving the camp, a herd was crossing the street. This is a very kid friendly campground. Movie night on Friday night and a Halloween party every Saturday night from now until Halloween. The campground was also well decorated for Halloween and bathrooms clean.

Stayed one night at a tent site, had to cancel second night due to a sick child (not KOA’s fault). Camp site was not clean, had 10-15 cigarette butts all over the place. Campfire wood from the KOA didn’t burn well, was too damp.

Everything was great as advertised. The tent site had electric hookup for the 2 cold nights I was there. Had water you could pump out which was a plus. Bathhouse was kept clean to take showers in. The campground is real nice and would stay there again.

We stayed there for over a week. Overall we were very happy with everything. The staff were wonderful. We stayed at a tent site and really enjoyed the little station where the plug in was. It was extremely helpful since it rained most of the time. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was the toilets sometimes the toilets didn't flush and we're a little dirty. Tent site very nice and clean. Bath house was not clean. Water pressure very low. Neighbors were up to at least 4 am and other neighbors fighting and screaming. Spent most of the night awake.

Terrible site for a tent on corner of 3 roads roots to trip on. Near table last day their no water in two shower houses

Primitive tent camping spot was covered in big rocks not grass . To close to the pond and to close to the road.

This campground was so bad that we left a day early Didn’t offer a refund for our early departure.The sand pads had weeds growing over it, no trimming done. The deck and picnic table was black &needed power washing & treated &we had to sweep a ton of debris off bear box was filthy &needed power washing also. There were workers all day banging on a bldg showers were filthy & people in store rude!

Beautiful KOA! Tent camping along the river. Staff friendly. So many things to do around the area. Short drive from the campground, you will come to Mingo Falls, Amazing!! A must see! Will stay here and camp again. We loved it!

Nearly 400 cabin / RV / tent sites. Clean, well lighted, heated bathrooms & hot showers. Easy in-N-out even for big rigs. Close to attractions, the City of Cherokee & not far from Gatlinburg TN.
