Great camp! Friendly staff, BUSY place. FUN place. 1 irritation: Option 2 (to reach staff) on phone tree doesn't work. Staff said "Been like that forever. Call the after hours number." Uh, here's an idea: Fix it. OR change the recording to say "To reach local staff, please call xxx-xxx-xxxx." Just doesn't make sense for a highly organized well-run camp to have this inconvenient glitch.

The campground and facilities were great and it had a load of stuff for kids to do. The staff on the other hand were not very friendly and knowledgeable about what was going on. The wifi didn’t work for the first two days and sparingly started working the third day. I ask the staff a few times about activities for kids and they just said we don’t know what they are.

This campsite is great! As a retired couple, we appreciated the bigger size of the campsite and the ease of moving our camper in and out of the site. We enjoyed the many ponds within walking distance of our site. There’s a lot to keep the kids busy, as well. There’s an indoor pool and kids were enjoying just safely riding their bike around the park. We will definitely be back.

Overall great time would definitely recommend to friends ….. $9 firewood on the other hand is a little outrageous and nobody is ever at the concession stand.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. My parents had an issue with their cabin and Rachael the manager went above and beyond to fix it. The grounds were clean and maintained. We had the best time and Will hopefully come back again! We have already recommended this campground to several family and friends!

Had wifi at site first 3 days. Had to go to office the last 2 days. Kids are allowed to play unsupervised at playground until after 11:00. Very noisy.

Well kept. Excellent Halloween decorations! Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Only negative, The premium pull through site we had, had very little privacy and close to our neighbors. Would have been better spread out. Had a good stay.

Loved the Halloween decorations and festivities! JoAnne in registration is awesome, makes you feel so welcome! Our grands had blast, such a kid welcoming campground!!

We enjoyed our stay. But the office staff were about as hateful and worthless as I have ever seen. They would not try to accommodate a change that we needed. They were short and rude to us. Acted like we were idiots.

I booked a full-hook-up site - the ladies in the office were very rude - they put me in a mud-hole with shared water, of which the other guy had his hose, the only way for water would be to unhook him - also there was NO dump - back to the office - the lady told me that all the empty sites closer to the shower house and pool were already booked by paying customers????? what the ---- am I?????

The staff are extremely dedicated and hard working! You can tell that blood, sweat, and tears go into making this campground run at a 5 star level. This was our first experience with any KOA and we are hooked. Campground is well maintained, has wonderful amenities, and seasonal programs were super fun! Again, thank you to the hardworking staff for everything you do!

Camp was well maintained. Scenic views along the river. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Only improvement I would suggest is better maintenance in public bathrooms.

I loved this koa. People gentle and helpful. Enjoyed walking around and really quiet at night. But! The bathroom was a little dirty. Other than that I really liked it

I really enjoyed the campground and location. We had a very nice weekend with family at 3 sites. The only issue was rude staff in the office. When checking in was treated as if I was too slow to understand as she wrote all over my map. When going up for propane was kept waiting with very limited staff in the morning. I will return some day but didn't appreciate the staff.

Very large spaces. Great staff escorted us to our spot brought firewood and we're very accommodating. Will be back again.

Beautiful veiws, nice sites, Halloween activities and movie to watch. Wonderful but price tag was ridiculous. We pulled our TT 500 miles. After gas and site rent. We really could have stayed in a very comfortable cabin. Our next trip camper stays home Again employees and veiw were great.

We loved the activities for Halloween and the clean facilities. We did have some confusion the 1st night as I’d rented a 30/50 amp site for our 30 amp camper, only to find that there was only one 30 amp connection shared between our site and the site next to us (and it was taken by the other rig). We had to boondock the 1st night, but Jimmy came to the rescue with a converter! He made our weeken

Only complaint is the website needs to be updated to say shuttle service is suspended. We chose there because of shuttle service and were told by staff that they have asked many times for it to be updated and nothing has happened.

We had a great time! We loved the location for sightseeing and the fact that it is right up the road from The Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

My husband and I always have a great time together. Your facilities were dirty and unkept. Your prices outrageous and wifi unusable. We will not be returning in the future.

We had a great week with you guys!!! The sites are large enough for our 42 footer. The only thing we would like to see would be more lights. It gets extremely dark early, but the kiddos still want to be out playing. Very nice campground! The Halloween decorations were great!!

Overall good location. Friendly helpful staff and well maintained grounds. However they really need to step up cleaning the bathrooms. I am positive that they only cleaned a couple times the whole week. Not enough!!!

This was the first time my wife and I have stayed at a KOA and could not have enjoyed our stay any better. We had such a great time we plan on coming back up to stay very soon.

Bathrooms were dirty. The electric connection designated for our site had tape around it and was not 30 amp as we had requested so we had to use one for the adjacent vacant site. The rv site facilities were below average (large drop-off at edge of asphalt, missing and uneven pavers at picnic area)

Bathrooms were filthy. Black puddles of water on the tile floors. Smelled really really bad. Showers were pretty gross too. Mine had someone’s chewing tobacco on the floor. Told the desk twice. Shame its a nice area.

Good location. WiFi worked. Sites were tight for camper. Bathrooms were not cleaned. Two ladies checked us in and out. One was kind. The other lady was consistently rude and abrasive not only to each of us at different times but to other campers in line. We had to draw straws to see who was going to go in and ask for an additional night. Lol… but seriously. Overall, good camping experience.

The info on the website and the call we made prior to the visit didn't match the activity agenda. The fishing tournament was only Friday and we were told fri and sat. We were told there was no trick or treating around campsite so no need to bring stuff. Wrong, there was trick or treating.

We stayed for 3 nights and was able to participate in the Halloween fun and get some quiet peaceful time. It was a great weekend!

Beautiful KOA! Tent camping along the river. Staff friendly. So many things to do around the area. Short drive from the campground, you will come to Mingo Falls, Amazing!! A must see! Will stay here and camp again. We loved it!

Nearly 400 cabin / RV / tent sites. Clean, well lighted, heated bathrooms & hot showers. Easy in-N-out even for big rigs. Close to attractions, the City of Cherokee & not far from Gatlinburg TN.
