Standard Monthly Sites offer additional availability across a wider mix of site types, which may include back-in sites, pull-thru sites, Patio Sites, or Paw Pen Sites. Site type and features vary by availability, and our team can help match you with the best option for your stay.

Q: Do you offer monthly RV sites year-round?
A:  Monthly stays are accepted between April and December. 

Q: Are pets allowed for long-term stays? 
A: Yes, we are a pet-friendly park and welcome your furry family members.

Q: Is electricity included?
A: No. Electricity is metered separately and billed based on your usage per kilowatt-hour.

Q: Do you offer monthly stays in the cabins?
A: A: Yes, based on availability. Call for more information. 

Q: Can I receive mail and packages?
Yes, you can use our address and add your name or site number in the attention line. All mail and/or packages will be kept in the front office until claimed during office hours.

Q: What is the maximum stay length?
A: Monthly stays are accepted for any length of time between April and December. 

Q: Do you offer RV storage? 
We do not offer RV storage.

Q. Do you fill propane tanks?
A: Yes, we fill removable propane tanks. Stationary tanks can be taken to Camping World on U.S Hwy 19.

Q. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a deposit of $250 for a monthly RV site rental.

Q. Do you allow sites to have additional guests for visits?
Yes, we ask that additional guests stop by the office and get a parking tag for the duration of their visit. If the additional car cannot fit onsite, we ask that guests park in the overflow parking area.
