Clean bathroom facilities, well marked signage and friendly staff. Full hook ups needs updating. Water spigot handle was broken in half, made it difficult and unsafe to operate.

We were in town for one night for a race at the Ironman Raceway. If I ever find myself in Crawfordsville again, I will definitely stay at the KOA. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The cabin, bathrooms, pool, and the entire grounds were clean and well-kept. Very pretty landscaping and a nice, quiet place to unwind!

We actually stayed here twice in 2 weeks. Both times as an overnight stop on our vacation. The campground is easy to get to, clean, friendly. We will definitely be back when we travel that way again.

Most helpful friendly people. We stay here almost every year both going and return trip. We sure appreciate these folks! Highly recommend this KOA

Property looks great. Some bushes make it a little tight to pull out but, we know that and have been able to avoid at every stay. Will recommend this to anyone !

One night stay with our small dogs and grandchild. The place was older but cute and nice. The pool and pool area was pristine. We read a lot of the reviews prior to and after our experience we feel very strongly that the bad reviews were unfair and unrealistic. The owners provide a safe, clean, friendly place to rest a night or stay. We had rv issues but they got us back on the road fast.

We have camped here twice participating in a vintage trailer rally. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bathrooms very clean and well kept. Sites are shaded and pretty level. The pool looked great though we didn’t swim. The only negative are the annoying gnats. Not sure what can be done about that. Otherwise we have loved our time here.

1st assigned site was to unlevel for my unit (site #1) and as with the last time we stayed, it has a very good bug population. however good for a 1 night stay enroute to somewhere else.

Very nice facility. Easy to find and check in. Love the shady spots. Cable hookup broken for this site. I didn't notify the staff.

We didn't get in until late, which is a shame because the pool looked extremely inviting. Love all the shade trees. Owner (?) super nice. Didn't have time to check out the cute store. Grounds well maintained and landscaped. Our site was so level we didn't need to do any leveling. Has great walking areas for the dogs and a really nice fenced in area for some leash freedom. Very quiet.

Reception was friendly, professional, and most helpful. The site was OK, but not level. The services we used were OK, Little change is evident over the past 9 years. We will return for a 5th visit if the location fits our itinerary.

Usually we have positive experiences KOA camping. We appreciated the pool/location. However, bathrooms were not clean and the hot water heater was not working! We were counting on using campground bathrooms. We would have liked to know ahead of time about no hot water, received some kind understanding & customer service or small discount b/c of the water issue. We received none, service was rude

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We did offer discounts to people camping in tents with no showers in their camper. I looked your reservation up, it looks like you had an RV with holding tanks that you also could have used. Our water heater is brand new and now replaced, we can't help that it broke. Thank You.

Stayed 2 nights mid August. Lots of shade and grass....decent WiFi (we were probably as far from the office as you can get, so I would assume decent WiFi throughout the park). Facilities were clean. On Day 1 they had issues with the water heater (i.e. No hot water), but by Day 2 they had that addressed and showers were good. Pool area nice a clean and people were nice.

Easy on and off from Highway and very friendly check in. We stayed 1 night on our way west and would stay again. Level sites and full hook up for us and our friends. Took away 1 star since unpaved roads but wouldn’t keep us from stopping again. Clean and spacious and big rig friendly.
