THANK YOU FOR KEEPING THE CABIN WARM WITH THE HEATERS. LOVED THE GARDENS WITH ALL THOSE BULBS COMING TO LIFE AGAIN-NICELY DECORATED AROUND THE CAMPSITE.. CABIN AT TOPEKA , KANSAS, LEFT CEILING FAN ON WITH NO HEATERS-THE CABIN WAS ICE COLD INCLUDING THE MATTRESS . YOU DID A GREAT JOB HAVING ALL THOSE LIGHTS AROUND THE GARDENS/OFFICE HELPING US TO SEE WHERE WE WERE GOING.

Bathrooms were very stinky!! Christmas decorations up in march? Cabin n could have been cleaner. Heat r was going, worked, and appreciated!

It was cold & I understand that but overall the cabin didn’t have ANY SUFFICIENT HEAT SOURCE! This we froze our butts off each night even after asking for another heater. In my opinion the cabins should not be open in winter if enough heat source can’t be provided. It is what it is at this point but I wish we had not stayed there. We deserve a discount for our issues.

we immediately brought you over a 2nd heater after you mentioned the 1 not keeping it warm enough. and we were told all was good, and never heard from you again.

We Never actually stayed there after calling several times, we were unable to get the key. I understand it was a last minute thing on a holiday weekend. But with people now days glued to their phones I think you could have at least dropped of a key. I think its only proper to give us a full refund.

Your Cabin was unlocked and all ready for you upon arrival. I called you and you did not answer, it was Christmas Eve and we were out of the office. I told you I would get you a key when we got back in a couple hours.

We Loved the Camping Cabin and the Full/Queen Size Bed was Very Comfortable. We will Definitely be staying again!!!

Very accommodating! I had a last minute change and they worked with me to swap from an rv spot to a cabin. Granddaughter loved the top bunk, and we both slept very well in the air conditioned cabin. There was a problem with the wifi, but that was quickly fixed with a text to the owner/attendant. Very friendly staff and beautiful campground. We love Crawfordsville KOA!

We were in town for one night for a race at the Ironman Raceway. If I ever find myself in Crawfordsville again, I will definitely stay at the KOA. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The cabin, bathrooms, pool, and the entire grounds were clean and well-kept. Very pretty landscaping and a nice, quiet place to unwind!

Very clean and nice landscaping! My family was up visiting from Michigan and we enjoyed! Pool was gorgeous and nice people. Felt safe and relaxed. Thanks again!

One night kabin rental. Found a totally filthy floor covered in pet hair and grit on the mattresses. Not a show stopper, we cleaned the cabin and settled in for the night as we were departing early the next morning. Some people would have been offended, I recommend management be more cognizant of housekeeping chores. The camp site is beautiful; friendly/helpful staff, we would park our rig there.

What a nice campground. Love all the ornamentation, the gardens, the solar lights and how well kept it is. Someone is as anal as I am about grass cutting. LOL Kudo's to those maintaining the property. Nice walks. Friendly people. We'd definitely stop there again.

Jamie, our host, was great. The pool looked beautiful. Wished we had had the time to use it. Restrooms were very clean. I was not very impressed with the cabin. Especially since we have stayed in others since this KOA. In all It felt very rundown. Especially compared to the rest of the campground. I just didn't feel comfortable there.

Quality was as expected of KOA. Convenient, clean and safe stay for kids and I to explore area. Only suggestion would be to lay down gravel path leading along side kabin from parking space at Kabin 1 so as to not track mud/dirt into cabin. Owners contacted us before stay and offered to have kabin heated prior to our arrival and it was much appreciated!!!

Was not happy with location, no amenities available even for the season. Right off the highway. Left on Sunday evening even though we paid til Monday. Cabin was beautiful and nicely heated. WILL NOT BE RETURNING OR RECOMMENDING THIS LOCATION.

You were here the end of October, so yes we do not have the pool open, outdoor movies are done for the season, the game room has been closed since Covid, I know you were very unhappy that we asked you wear to masks inside the office.

The cabin was warm when we arrived and cozy and enough space for the four of us. Booking was easy and we had good communication lines in case we needed anything.

we were handed a fly swatter when we told the staff there were wasps in our cabin...there were wasps in the bathrooms as well, not a very clean place at all.

Stayed in a cabin and was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and cozy. We loved the front porch and the switch. All employees were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

It was a short overnight stay. Our check-in paperwork was easy to find, as was our cabin. From the little we saw, it looked like a very nice park, we would definitely stop again if we're in the area.

The facilities were very clean and well taken care of. The owners were also very friendly their dog was adorable as well. Definitely was an easy drive to Turkey Run for daily hiking.

Love the road leading to the campground. Really nice staff and well kept. Let me set my tent right across from Cabin we had rented too. Made it much easier to be next to my other family members.

Cabin itself was great. Well equipped and nice location under the trees. I appreciated that it was cool inside but floor should be washed, not just swept. Cabins are on top of each other and neighbors coming in and out and their porch light are disturbing. Cool place, just too crowded!

Nice cabin to stay in. Had ac and tv with DVD. Front desk had a bunch of DVDs you could borrow to watch if you wanted to unwind at night. Pool was open. Nice little basketball hoop.
