The reasons I look for KOA are that they are easy to access, they provide an escort to the site or the site map is simple and direct, and they come around to collect the trash.

Really nice, older but we'll maintained park. Loved the trees and open space. Sites are a little tight, but totally fine.

Hard working people working this campground. Only saw two people working there the whole time but worked their butts off. Everything was very clean.

my only complaint is that our site had over 20 cigarette butts on it - I texted this to the park but did not receive any response.

A little tight but nice. Bathhouse did not have hot water

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

we are waiting on a new water heater! right now we just have to reset the pilot light a few times a day. :( I know it sucks!

They had no problem with late check in. They were even open after 10pm. The staff was extremely friendly

It is very evident it is a very old campground and in need of attention. Not what I am used to in a KOA. Everyone was very nice and helpful. For $60 a night I would expect FULL hookups but instead just had electric and water...not even any cable. I was quite disappointed.

Very clean. Good sites and friendly staff. Easy to get to off the highway- not far, but far enough not to hear it.

Very nice staff. We were in a nice level spot at the end of a row by the playground. Some spots are not so nice. Restrooms were clean and maintained. The open food in the office area is a bit gross.

This campground is starting to show its age. There are a lot of upgrades that need to be done, and I don’t mean to make it “fancier”. Just needs some maintenance TLC. On the plus side, the staff is wonderful and there’s a lot of nice open space.

we do upgrades every single year. :) Each year there's about 3-5 projects on the list. It all gets done in time :)

Very clean and nice landscaping! My family was up visiting from Michigan and we enjoyed! Pool was gorgeous and nice people. Felt safe and relaxed. Thanks again!

Overnight stay. Staff was friendly. One drawback was when I checked in, the lady asked if I had good sam or a KOA card it think. I had neither, but when I re-entered the office later, another person was checking in and was asked the same question plus if she was military or a retiree. This irritated me as I am a USAF retiree but she failed to ask me about it so I likely lost a discount.

We can still apply that discount! We honor KOA, AAA, Police, Fire, and Military! sorry about that!

Very quite park and very friendly staff as they did great. Would like the pool to open earlier was the only thing I didn't like but over all great park.

The entrance to the campground is not very pretty or welcoming. The campsites were very close together..There were lots and lots of dogs. The people at the office were very nice and helpful. The swimming pool was a hit with the kids. The game room was closed..

Quiet, spacious, very friendly manager. Lightly wooded. About a mile away from town by bicycle, but steep hills so be physically able to do that.

Fairly well maintained park. The sites were somewhat unlevel as well as needing rock in most if not all of them. The sites were muddy while raining.

Spaces were too close together. We were in a pull through spot and were towing a jeep. The sewer hookup was all the way at the beginning of the site, so our sewer hose wouldn't reach; we couldn't hook up and needed to use the dump station on the way out. It wasn't worth $55.00.
